I called about a Cutler-Hammer breaker type to find a replacement part. The guy at the parts counter was kind enough to let me know that Summit wasnt a Cutler-Hammer parts dealer and that they would be more expensive. He then told me who the local dealer was. I found this highly honorable and full of integrity. This is not somethings most businesses would do now days. As a result of Summits great customer service, they are my first call for electrical parts because I know they are trust worthy.
