TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called and one worker was SO RUDE. I asked a simple question and she acted mad for no reason, then hung up. WOW

Something abiut this place makes me feel like im on a 10 story building. i feel very uncomfortable. the staff is also very rude. i asked for 80 plungers and they said they only had 20 in stock and they were not arriving until 5 days. i dont have the time nor the patience for this. i need to talk to their manager but they said they didnt have one. i said i will call the police and they brought out a manager. i cannot believe i had to go to that to bring out the manager. the manager said the same thing as the staff and i got furious. i then proceeded to smash the whole counter and take all of the money in the cashier. now im going to court in a few days. do not go to this cvs. they will put you in jail.

Dont know how to answer a phone...been calling and will be on the phone for 30mins and still no one answered.

I love this store because the staff up front are always so helpful and dont get upset if I use coupons. They actually try to help me save the most money when Im shopping there. The other stores in the area make me feel like Im bothering them when I use my coupons. This store has excellent customer service because they always greet you when you walk in the door and always so friendly!!

Horrible service ended leaving and driving across the street to Walgreens. Walgreens is light years ahead of CVS.

I consistently pay in app before picking up all of my prescriptions. Because I know there is sometimes a delay, I do it about 5 minutes before I get to the window to let the transaction upload. Today after I gave my info to the pharmacist, he asked me if I was aware of the price, & I was because I had just paid. I figured he was asking because the payment hadn’t showed up yet. When he got to the window, he pushed the tray out & tells me my total is $100.01 to which I respond: “I’ve already paid in the app.” What ensued was the most abrasive and inappropriate customer service I have ever experienced. This man berated me for 5 minutes because my payment hadn’t showed up in their system yet. I continuously & politely told him that I had paid & I wasn’t sure what he wanted me to do, my app told me my prescription was ready. He finally yells “well I can try & run it again” to which I responded “yes could you please do that”, & when it went through, he slammed the prescription tray out towards my car and walked off. Walgreens is looking like a pretty great alternative right now.

Do not use this pharmacy the customer service is horrible thay cant fill my medications without getting it wrong and I constantly get it it late this place is the worst I have used 2 other pharmacy in my life never had a problem at her or wallgreens

Every time I go to pick up there’s always a wait time of 20 minutes sometimes longer then that. Today I went to go pick up my prescriptions because the app said I had 3 ready for pick up. Well after waiting in the drive thru for the usual 20 minute wait I get to the window and give the lady there all my info only for her to tell me they don’t have my medicine ready and it was going to be another 15 minutes! I told her I’d come back because I can’t wait another 15 minutes. Then as I’m driving home not even 5 mins after I left I get a text saying my medicine was ready for pick up. Seriously I never had this many issues at the cvs in Killeen TX. I’m thinking about switching to Walgreens because this CVS is absolutely insane. Also the customer service isn’t that great.

I thought I may have left a prescription behind after shopping. When I called the pharmacy Zak answered, remembers me & went to check to see if I had dropped it. I waited several minutes thinking he had gotten busy, but no. He reviewed the cameras, physically checked the parking lot & store. WOW! But wait, theres more. He told me he would assist me if I needed the script refilled. Way to go above beyond Zak! He just made me a customer for life.

6 Apr 20 10:49am: Just spoke to the rudest pharmacist EVER! Called to see whether a scipt was transferred to them as it was $20 cheaper at CVS over Kroger. I called CVS to see if it was ready mentioning this, and he just said, youd have to call them to see if they did it no offer to check if it had been filled no let me see what we have. I then asked if hes just check to see if there was any script listed for me and he made that process as painful as he could and then said nope, nothing and then thanked him (he said nothing) and he hung up.I am going to Kroger now and paying the extra $20 to get whats called Customer Service as CVS obviously is clueless as to wha that is.

Never tried cvs before, and never will again. Came twice to pick up my meds , first time they didnt fill both of my scripts so i left while they were being filled. Came back 2 hours later just to be told now they cant find them???? Like how.....

It is apparent to me that this store, particularly the pharmacy, is extremely understaffed. This is the closest pharmacy to my home, so I use it often and commonly wait up to 1/2 hour just to pick up a prescription that I had dropped off days before. Prescription is rarely ready within an hour if I have it filled while I wait. However, as stressful as the job must be for them - with complaining customers, the phone thats always ringing, and new prescriptions coming in by the second - the staff is always cheerful and polite. I dont know how they manage to keep their cool, but they do, and I applaud them for their positive attitudes and hard work. Their management needs to do something about the wait times, though - those folks are always SO busy...please staff the pharmacy accordingly.

I will be dead and gone before I get my prescription. Only had to wait 6 hours and its still not ready. The kids behind the counter nor the adults care at all that Im waiting either. They think this is funny. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give a negative rating I would!

They handled my prescriptions and did a good job.

I have to tell them how to do their job every time I deal with them. I should get their paychecks. When they have to call a dr to refill a prescription, they give me a date that it may be ready. A week later I call to see where my medicine is and Im told the dr hasnt gotten back to them. But when I call my dr I find out the prescription was already filled. Then CVS staff will argue that the dr didnt send it. Meanwhile I dont have the medicine.This has happened repeatedly. Then they ask if they should contact my dr again. Ya think? So I do a roller coaster with my medicine often because of the intake interruption. Luckily this medicine isnt something that will keep me alive. If that were the case, I would be dead by now.

Service is always very quick and everyone is so helpful! Any time Ive ever had trouble (with prescriptions) the pharmacy staff has done all they could to help me!

Worst pharmacy workers in town very unprofessional, I got there 30 mins beforee they were closed and denied to fill the prescription for my brother with an ear infection because they were about to close! I will from now take my prescriptions to Walgreens were they were happy to help me!
