Staff was friendly and helpful checked to make sure I had all parts I needed to do the job I was working on and that I didn’t forget to get anything while I was there. The store appeared to be clean. Will return again

Got me my rear brake rotors for my F150 no problem. O’reilly’s did have any rotors for my truck and it’s the most popular VEHICLE in the USA. Anyway got my rotors and he even gave my third rear rotor for free!

Best NAPA and therefore best autoparts store in BCS area. That also means you pay for it. Clean and great staff. Had my air compressor parts.

My battery was dead .being a single parent its hard to watch a 2 year old and put in a battery. I was so blessed they helped.

I needed a battery replaced ASAP for a trip the following day. I called AutoZone and they werent able to do it. I went to NAPA after 6:00 PM and was assisted by Jeremy. He said no problem, lets get it done. Jeremy was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I will strictly be a NAPA customer moving forward. Sure wish we had more Jeremys in this world.

They were very friendly and helpful. They changed my wiper blade and my battery. It wasnt too busy when I was there on a Wednesday morning. I would definitely recommend them!

Visit here weekly. Clean, helpful, well stocked.Access from Hwy 6 can be tricky. Easy to miss & pass up the entrance.

Phenomenal service!! I didn’t mean to call 5 minutes before closing to let them know I was 10 min out for a new battery. ButClemente told me that he would keep the door open just for my and to take my time driving. He took his time with me over the phone and ensured that he would be able to assist me. As soon as I got there, they met me with smiles and customer service. Henry installed the battery was fast, nice, and respectful. Very very happy customer of a new battery for a 14 Ford Fusion. Thanks for making my day so much better Napa, Clemente, and Henry!

Jesus at NAPA is AWESOME! I have a 2014 Ford Taurus and my driver side headlight was out. All other auto parts places looked at it and said they couldn’t change it for me because it was too complicated. Ford dealership told me it would be $400 including labor because they would have to take my bumper off to replace it. Jesus was very knowledgeable and came outside and was able to replace my bulb without without taking any parts off and it took less than 5min. NAPA you got a great employee! Thank you!

Love shopping at this NAPA store. I have purchased many lifetime products at this location and have never had a problem getting something warrantied out. These guys are very professional and usually go above and beyond the customers needs. I have even had non-warranty or out-of-warranty items replaced free of charge just because they wanted to take care of the customer. 11/10 would always recommend these guys!!!!!

I spent too much time searching for parts for a unique parts application issue. Peyton at this NAPA helped when other places and people just couldnt. He took the time to ensure the correct part was found and he had the resources and tools to do it. Thank you. I feel foolish for having gone to Advance, OReillys, and AutoZone first. I assure you, from now on, I will only go to this NAPA location.

We were driving home after a late football game and we noticed after pulling out from a restaurantthat one of the headlights was burned out. Given that the highways around there are pretty dark, we needed to find somewhere that was open. This place was open and right on the highway! Was offered help by very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but fortunately I did not need it and we were on our way within 15 minutes!

Normally Id give this store 5 out of 5! But this last go around trying to get a part has been a nightmare. Between the order not actually being put in, to being told it would arrive at a time and it hadnt (twice), to getting customer service full of uuhhh, well, uhhh. Im not sure what is happening there! Outside of this experience, theyre easy to work with, courteous, and quick.

Best parts store in town. Went to OREILLY first for a u-joint. Got the wrong part. Took it back and got another wrong part. Went to NAPA and got the right part the first time. Great tool selection also.

Went in asking for a fuse, they checked the fuses and they were all fine, so they helped me figure out what was wring and the part was very little. Happy as can be!

This is one of the nicest napas Ive ever been to. I would also have to say its the largest napa ive ever been to. I cant give it 5 stars though because its generally college kids working the counter. So if you walk in and set something on the counter, especially without a part number you wont have the guys that have the experience as most smaller stores to help you out. I had this issue the time before I was there. I had to figure out what I needed on my own. They also carry ranch hand bumpers and can even install them as well as a lot of other aftermarket products which is pretty cool.
