Friendly, kind and seemed helpful. I called to schedule then to measure then install a new shower enclosure. They took my information, and said they were working on the schedule for the following week. They never called or contacted me to even set a time to measure I guess they didnt need my business.

The few times I have needed glass work, A-Plus has been knowledgeable and efficient. Their showroom is nice. Their prices were good. I had a mirror that was 3ft. by 6ft. cut for $5. The staff were helpful and professional.

I had a friend of mine that just quit, as their employers made fun of him... He lived in a garage and had to drive 45 minutes everyday to and from just to be bullied for what he didnt have. Good people they have have working for them.

Love my custom mirror! These people know what they’re doing. I had my custom mirror done within 2 days and I arrived during the lunch hour when only the receptionist was available, and she went into the warehouse and helped me load my mirror into my jeep. I highly recommend A+!

I noticed this company had a rating of 2 and complaint of staff rudeness. I typically dont judge by others experiences so proceeded with getting two table protector pieces for nightstands made. When speaking on the phone, the girl was cordial but when picking up the lady was rude. She didnt greet me and wanted me to sign that what I received was satisfactory before seeing the product. When returning with the wrapped items, she snapped at me to sign the paper. I pointed out that the statement is confirming that I am satisfied and havent yet seen. She said that no one has ever had a problem signing the statement. I told her that I now understand why reviews say staff is rude. What I didnt tell her was I intended on inquiring about a glass enclosure for my guest bath after finishing my initial transaction. My small purchase could have turned into a large purchase. Thankfully there are other glass companies in the area that I can take my future business to.

I dropped in to ask about a dilemma i was having with a decorative glass shelf. The guy suggested two alternatives, gave me sand paper that is made just for glass. (he said i wouldnt find it in a local big box store) My problem was solved with that free sandpaper. He made my day!! I found them professional, caring and very knowledgeable.

Older lady with glasses and moles on her face was very rude and acted like I was asking for too much from her because I wanted pricing for two different size mirrors with labor and without. Now their website states that they will HAPPLY give you free estimates for your glass and mirror needs. So nothing has changed from pass reviews..still rude to their customers. I wouldn’t give them a single star.

HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!! This company has got to be one of the biggest RIP OFFS in the area!! WAY OVER PRICED!! NO warranty on windows.....NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS! Product is crap! Customer service DOES NOT care...just WANTS THAT MONEY! Not worried about truth, honesty, quality...just that money! DONT DO IT!! GO SOMEWHERE...ANYWHERE ELSE!!
