I hit a deer earlier this year and decided to take my car to this shop. The WORST mistake I could have made. The timelines changed tremendously after my car was dropped off. I made an appointment to drop my vehicle off 3 weeks after initially speaking with the shop. Once I dropped my car off it was supposed to take the approx 7 days to do the work. 7 days turned into 4 weeks to replace a front bumper and apply paint. The finishes and the work was not so great, but I can live with them as my car is a 2012 and has some minor paint dings in other places. I found out today, the work was not completed, as they were supposed to recharge my AC after placing a new condenser on my vehicle. I took my car to Kia Automotive where they informed me that it would be 410.00 for them to recharge my AC because it no longer blew cold air. They saved me a couple hundred bucks on the deductible, however it was not worth the headache of having to deal with them.
