I won’t buy another Honda, I’ve had a crf 250lfor a few months and the front bearing came apart on the highway and the dealer told me it’s not a covered component even with the extended warranty I purchased for a additional 5 years, other manufactors cover that under under their warranties, I guess Honda doesn’t stand behind their products. I will post a update once I get ahold of Honda corporate offices and post their reply update spoke with Honda amd they apologized for the lack of customer service I received and they said they would help locate the next closet dealer that I can go to for service that isn’t realistic for me to drive a hour to another dealer long story Short I now own a Harley that was purchased through the ranch in college station and their customer service is second to none you are really treated like family, the ranch is my one stop shop for anything motorcycle related

Have been here a few time and the staff are helpful. Also I bought a used motorcycle here and feel like I got a good deal. They do order gear and the staff actually cared about me having gear for my first bike and where helpful in teaching me about correct helmet fitment. Are they as cheap on gear as online sites no but I support them because having a business in the community for motorcyclist is important to me and worth a few extra bucks. I will continue to be a customer of Great House and extend my thanks to them welcoming me into the motorcycle community.

Greathouse Honda performed recall work on our Honda Pioneer. It took 30 minutes from start of work to ending phone call. Chris went above and beyond to help us. He took our initial call, ordered the part, unloaded and loaded the Pioneer and even put air in our trailer tires! I was very impressed! Keep up the great(house) work!

I come here for service on my bike and recommend it to all of my friends with metric motorcycles. While they are a Honda dealer, I bring my Kawasaki Vulcan here with no hesitation. I actually prefer to bring my bike here over other motorcycle service places in BCS. Super friendly staff and fast service. Most oil changes and tire installations are Saturdays on a first come, first served basis. But if you are waiting, theres a Shipleys, Starbucks, and an HEB nearby if you need to kill some time while you wait for your bike to be finished

I went by to look at a Goldwing. The battery wasn’t charged so nothing worked. I gave the salesman my number and asked him to call me when the battery was charged...no call 24 hours later. I called to ask about the out the door price and was quoted $27,000. The average retail for this bike is $22,685. I guess I was bothering them. I wonder how much money this dealership loses due to poor customer service?

Great experience buying a Metropolitan for my daughter. They offered me a price as good or better than what I could have gotten in Dallas, had the bike ready to go, and all papers organized for signature. They took their time showing her how to operate the bike and went over everything in detail. First class experience. Thanks Aaron and team.

I have no issue with most of the people here but if youre not buying a new bike or theres service you simply cant get done anywhere else avoid this place. Their prices on everything is too damn high. I went into get shims for my dirt bike and they charged me $9 for one shim. I called across town and asked for a price and the exact same shim, same brand was $2. If youre looking for parts go somewhere else unless you just have money to burn.

Ive got to admit I was shocked to read all the harsh comments in the reviews. My name is James Knight and I have known and dealt with the Greathouse group for fifteen years. In this time I have purchased three new bikes from the organization. The most resent being a 2012 Gold Wing. I have always been treated in a very professional manner regardless of who I have dealing with. No matter the issue and there have been a few. My problems have been resolved in a prompt and timely manner. I have never had a single issue with the Greathouse team.And should I decide to up grade or purchase another new bike I would certainly consider Greathouse as a starting point on my next search.

Sales person treated me like I was burden. Took Honda VTX 1800 in to be worked on and was charged $700+ for work that didnt even fix the problem. Its best not to take bike there for service. Ended up trading vtx in for Kawasaki somewhere else so I didnt have to deal with them again.

These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with! They barely told me the features of the car. Only bragged about how great Honda was. Like this always the only reason to buy their car. Then when we started talking money the guy actually told me and my husband that if we were going to buy a car he would be glad to help us but if we were just shopping we could leave. So, we left. I have never been spoken to like that you in my life by someone trying to get my business. Would never buy from them.

Update: I recently had an appointment for a tire replacement and a cursory health and welfare inspection on the bike. I was in and out in short order. And, Im happy to report...I had a Greathouse experience. I did get the opportunity to visit and speak the owner. He is like any other owner, work, stress, distractions, RBF sufferer, he should smile more, lol. Staff and crew is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. Ron, is a Master Mechanic and has been working on bikes well over 20 years. When you go to Greathouse, you are in great hands.

These are some rude people who can really lie. Charged 45 to take apart a kids little ATV. They s as Id it was junk but found parts for it. Cost kept adding up they wanted to do everything to this bike but wash it, but lets not forget its junk. Didnt give me back battery guy keeps saying it was on machine that was apart. Now I had to help load it cause 2 men couldnt do it . Now I think lifting that thing into a 3/4 ton truck we would have seen battery especially since I helped to unload it as well. I would be ashamed to have to have a woman help me load something. Then lie about the battery. Rude crooks do not buy here do your service elsewhere. Most of the good remarks come from friendsHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE BUSINESS BEWARE AND STAY AWAY
