I go here to drop off my husband for work and from what Ive seen and whom ive met, the staff is really friendly and hardworking. They are constantly delivering to homes and even put it together for customers! Always going out if their way to help in any way they can!The manger Sed is always on site and ready to help customers, the girl at the front desk is also very helpful and friendly! But most of all I recommend you go see their furniture pieces! And have them delivered to your home by the friendly crew,! .. and maybe if you need someone to do the work of setting it all up, I recommend asking for Mitch !

Ive been shopping at Stevens Furniture since 2004. They havent let me down yet. Always friendly and extremely helpful. Much nicer merchandise than the other rent to own places in my area. I always get a great deal and even more incentives for paying off early.

Honestly, I would love to give a business a great review, yet it is hard to do that when they will not accept you on their financing because your only living parent lives out of state. Was looking to buy my husband a recliner for Christmas and this one I found here was beautiful and better looking than all the rest of the ones I have seen in other stores. Was told I needed to have at least 3 family references and 2 friend references. Well that is kind of hard to do on family when you only have one parent and she lives two states away. My husbands mother has passed from kidney failure and my dad died when I was a teenager. I used my sister in law as a reference, my best friends of 12 years and a friend. I was never called back to see if the application was accepted and I was told it would take up to 45 minutes. I called them about 2 hours later and was told they couldnt accept it because of me only having one parent as my reference and she lived out of state. Well sorry dude, I guess I can do a seance and called my dead father who I never spoke to in my life and see if he can back me up and let yall know that I can afford your monthly payments. When you have a darn good credit score I guess that doesnt matter, being as you gotta have a reference who lives in state because they sure as heck didnt call the sister in law or the best friend......Not sure if I will do business in the future with this company or if I do make sure I have the cash flat out and see if they will accept that.

High priced Ashely furniture for slightly older models. Good if you need financing I guess but I went with cash and tried buying damaged furniture and still $700+ for a ugly love seat.

I needed a new recliner one with remote control and they delivered it within a couple of hours after the purchase, they are always helpful

This place is really great and the prices are cheapest in town. Just ordered a bedroom set for my daughter and it is Ashley furniture bedroom set but at half the price of the Ashley furniture store . Not being a bit sarcastic, I went to Stevens furniture got the price then went to Ashley furniture store and they were charging me over double of what Stevens furniture was gonna charge me . They even delivered my furniture at no extra cost and I live in south college station by William d fitch . If your looking to save money and get excellent furniture Stevens furniture is a great place .

DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE! THEY SCREW UP YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOBODY KNOWS HOW IT HAPPEN! THEY HARRASS YOU IF YOUR ACCT IS A FEW DAYS LATE! LEAVING THREE NOTES ON YOUR DOOR AT A TIME. I COULD SEE IF YOUR ACCT IS MONTHS PAST DUE BUT TWO WEEKS AND A FEW DAYS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY COREY. Horrible. My husband and I were not greeting. When we walked up to the counter to ask about a price on a couch the guy acted like we were bothering him. I do not recommend them to anyone!
