This is mostly an online business I believe but was in the area on my sailboat and called to see if I could stop in. They were very friendly and do allow for customers to go to the where house and shop. I had a couple cables cut to length and lugs crimped on. Great price, super friendly, will definitely be back!

TERRIBLE BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY! I was looking to buy some battery wire for my boat and found this merchant was having a SALE. Supposedly youd get 10% off a $50+ purchase. Just enter Coupon Code SPRING SALE. I put together a order for well over $100, but upon check out there was no place to enter a code. So, I called the phone number and left a message explaining the situation. It was Presidents Day. So I went back and tried again to place the order online. There simply was no place to enter a code! The next day I got a return from the owner telling me Sorry, the sale ended yesterday- The 15th There was nothing she could do. Really? As owner I think NOT!. She knew I was there trying to order on the 15th during the supposed SALE. She simply said well I guess the web service took it down. She would not honor the posted SALE discount even when I offered to show her a photo showing that indeed her website was showing the SALE after the time I was trying to order. The time in my photo shows that it was 4:04 PM and I had been trying order an hour earlier. The posted stores closing hour is 5:00 PM.I just placed a order with another merchant and saved over $15.00 shipping, which is more than the 10% off that the FAKE Sale would have gotten me. BEWARE of this merchant!

I ordered from them twice. Twice I didn’t get my complete order despite the website making it seem that way. This ended up costing me shipping three times to get what I needed in the end. They were unresponsive to me asking why people don’t get communication asking if they want the rest of the order when they aren’t shipping in full given the website doesn’t show when an item is out of stock. It would’ve saved me time and money. They were unresponsive to me asking for a refund of the shipping fees on the second order. I made the case that I had to pay shipping once again to get what should’ve been in my order.Additionally the second order was missing an item from the package to which they responded and shipped out.This all wouldn’t be a problem if their website just told you when an item is out of stock when placing an order. Instead they let you make an order, take your money, then refund what they can’t ship and ship the remaining order out. Again, I could’ve ordered elsewhere assuring I got everything I needed when I needed it and without paying $15 shipping for a $65 order

Great place for boat wiring, connectors, etc.... Excellent prices, well below big-box stores for tinned primary wiring, and very fast delivery.
