Always great going here. Its stocked with everything that I want and need. The staff is friendly and there is lots of parking.

Went to get donuts as they opened. Full selection available. Also wanted to get a bottle of peanut whiskey but the glass room doesnt open until 9 am.

Clean, well-stocked store with a good selection and great bakery. Taking 1 star off because some of their cashiers could use a little extra training on things like not plunking frosted cakes in plastic shells down sideways in your grocery bag so that the presentation is ruined by the cake smashing into the lid.

Enormous grocery store that does have every kind of packaged food, fresh meat and fish and paper products that you can think of. They do have good produce and a wide selection of it. They also sell some small kitchen gadgets and greeting cards and gift cards. You earn points for purchases that you can use toward a discount on gas or food. General prices are higher than Marcs but about the same price as Heinens. They do have a great selection on everything.

Friendly staff at the deli counter directed me to the correct person to take my catering order. It was super easy to order.

We do all our shopping at one of the three Giant Eagles near our Ohio home.We especially love their bakery and have found their store brands to be very good. During the pandemic, we started utilizing the Shipt supported home delivery. Now were hooked! We may never shop in person again!! Thank you Giant Eagle!

A place to shop until meijer gets built for better prices, stuffs a little overpriced like milk for example only because they can and there is no walmart in brunswick

Pretty busy store. Always seem to have a lot of people all times of the day. The liquor store is great. Deli is good, Bakery always has plenty in stock. Bathrooms are generally clean and service through the registers is okay, sometimes fast.

Had to come up here to fill an Rx that Medina didnt have in stock rather than wait a day. Extremely long drive through line, we pulled up 7th in line, second past the cross walk. Probably would have been faster going inside at this length of line. About 4:30pm on a Monday. Service was good.

Giant Eagle Supermarket on Center Road, Brunswick is an impressivley stocked supermarket serving Brunswick and beyond. The store features an extensive fruit and vegetable section, fresh, frozen, and everything todays family needs for their convenience and comfort.

I wish that Giant Eagle would open the salad bars again. Sometimes I just want a salad bar salad to go.

The store its is fine, clean no issues there. There is even one cashier there named Irene who is probably the friendliest cashier Ive ever met! My issue is the parking lot, Im convinced this is one of Dantes levels of Hell. I would rather drive to the Strongsville market district, which is nicer overall, a tad farther, just to avoid this cluster of a parking lot...

Poor customer service at the sandwich/fresh food counter - older lady with glasses was not friendly (in fact she was rather curt) ringing up our sandwiches. If you dont like your job, STAY HOME. The general public does not want to see you either. This is not the first time we have encountered such attitude or incompetence in this store. It appears to be a managerial problem.

Prices are going up everywhere but when I compare identical items from Marcs or Walmart and see they are a dollar or more *per item at giant eagle, I feel that is excessive overpricing.

Dry cleaning lady had a attitude problem. She also lied and said it would take a 3-4 days for dry cleaning service but when I brought it in the next day she said a week. Go to a locally owned one. I went across the street and the owner was super friendly and I saved five dollars! Didn’t take as long either. I’m more upset with the attitude I received from the lady at giant eagle dry cleaning. Very unprofessional

Fine for everything else but do not buy the GE branded ground turkey. Bought some months ago, brought it home and it was bad when I opened it 2 days later. Went back to the store and got another of the same product, brought it home and immediately went to cook and that one was also bad. (Both were rancid, color looked fine though.) I talked to customer service when I went back and they were great, but ended up getting my money back for the one purchase and got meat from Marcs for that day. So I just opened GE brand turkey today that I bought yesterday (months since incident, so I assumed it would be solved) and it was putrid too. I’m just saying don’t buy their meat. It has to be a handling issue.

Will start shopping at another grocery store. They stopped carrying vegan meatballs beyond meat...I bought them every week. Was told they were not selling and everytime I went buy them they were selling, as only a few left.

I shop at the Brunswick location.G.E has a clean, spacious, well stocked store. There employees are friendly and helpful. The meat and produce departments are excellent. The prices and reward system is very reasonable.

Brunswick Giant Eagle has an excellent meat dept. I was impressed with how well organized, stocked and presented all the meat and seafood selections were. Best Ive seen in ANY Giant Eagle.

This Giant Eagle is great! Its always clean and the staff are knowledgeable about where the items are located or which items are a suitable replacement.

Probably one of the better stores in the chain as far as how customers are treated. Manager is doing a good job with customer relations

Not the same place. Every week it gets worse. If you have time try to shop at local small stores or mini markets or just a stand on the side of the road. My believe is we all need to start shopping like we did in the 70s and 80s... local farmers for meat and small stores for our veggies

Your typical grocery store. Nice produce section. Neat and clean grocery store. Bakery is mediocre and has a decent amount of baked goods. Usually always pretty busy and has most things you might need for everyday life.

I wish I could give a giant eagles a 1 star. So instead of giving customers a discount for checking themselves out and saving the company money, they force you to have their spy card to use self checkout.

This sort is very rude and inconsiderate I am legally blind and every time Im in the store security follows me around the young lady that is blond have you set any cash out room and another lady which is kind of short brown hair long straight I have said to them many times I am legally blind they never try to help me ever this is the only store Ive ever had problems in I despise going into the store theyre never helpful

Rude staff. Waited quite a while for help at the bakery just to be ignored then told I had to wait while 1 associate bagged bagels, another was waiting on a customer and the other one, who told me I had to wait, listened in on the conversation the other associate was having with the customer. Then at checkout, I didnt know you had to have your giant eagle card for the self checkout, as Ive never used the self checkout before. The associate overseeing the self checkout snapped at me and said just look it up. I figured it out but will never shop this store again.

Went to store for sale items and was charged regular price even though we had their shoppers card.

Although there are still lots of items that remain unavailable, apparently because stores arent stocking the variety they did pre-pandemic, Giant Eagle carries a pretty large variety of organic foods. That matters to us and is the main reason we shop at Giant Eagle.

Giant Eagle is giant. It does boast space for you to shop in the deli, bakery, produce and alcohol sections. They offer good deals and sales although they are priced higher than their next door neighbor, Marcs. But they do offer gas perks and pretty much one-stop shopping. Even a dry cleaning service. The health and beauty section had a nice variety of products and is pleasant to shop. Great parking, great location and they do have a few self-checkout counters. You shouldnt leave here too disappointed.

Near the place is okay but youre overpaying. But for the sheer variety quality of their meats an okay place to shop

Worst experience I’ve ever had in haunt eagle unorganized and managed poorly, food at sushi place all week long I’ve gone food is expired or one day away from sell date never cooked or veggie sushi, poor selection last five times I’ve gone never going to Brunswick Giant Eagle ever again always going to Strongsville from now on, no good customer service trying to get assistance or someone to help you find fresh food isn’t available ever. Very unpleased with my shopping trip.

Literally the worst giant eagle I’ve experienced. I frequent Stow & Cuyahoga Falls.The deli was backed up (understandable), but the ladies were taking their dandy old time and chatting while they had 15 people waiting. I left without deli meat after waiting 15 minutes.The employees fulfilling pickup orders had 0 self awareness. 3 times they were parked with their carts sideways blocking isles while staring the device to fulfill orders.The employees at the registers were kind (hence the one star).You can tell the place has poor management. The teams aren’t tight or organized!

The place is always out of stock on curbside orders, never calls to tell you what’s out of stock, and they take forever

One of the Best store layouts to any Giant Eagle we been to. The only problem was Not once we saw one employee smile from the entrance to the check out area even are cashier was rude and never did smile. This is not the location to visit and not worth it.If you want friendly helpful service Go the Medina Giant Eagle they are friendlier, helpful if something your looking for no problem they will help you. Need help or an escort to your car No problem, the Medina Giant Eagle will clean everything like its are own home and treat customers as are guest.

Couldnt find many things. I requested a manager in produce to cut a seeded watermelon and he refused. He stated they only cut seedless ones.
