Purchased over 10 days ago… have tried to call to see if product has even shipped. If I would have known this I definitely would not have purchased from them… stay far away from these guys … they don’t answer phone, voicemail is full and no way to contact. It is ridiculous - shouldn’t even get one star…

I ordered a tester back in April of 2021 with PayPal the money was taken from out account that day. We are now in October 2021, 6 months later still no tester. I have left more messages then I can count, emails and nothing. When I filed the complaint with PayPal he finally responded that he had a heart attack, which I am very sorry about. I hope he is feeling better and can ship our tester. I told him when I filed the dispute with PayPal that we really wanted the tester. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Ship it.

Purchased 3 items from them a month ago. Never got any confirmation email or anything. Have been trying to call, email and even send Facebook message and they never respond. They never answer the phone and have never called back. The items are paid for but there is no way to even get the money back since they won’t even answer anyone.

Ordered over 40 days ago. Not responding to emails, phone messages. They took my money but didnt send product!!!

I wish I had read reviews. I ordered over 1 month ago and have not received anything despite numerous calls and emails to find out where the product i purchased is or if I can get a refund. I usually disregard one or two poor reviews but unfortunately this time I guess I got scammed.

Koster is EXTREMELY slow at shipping. I ordered a part for their Koster Moisture tester and paid with paypal. They took 35+ days to ship my order. They didnt respond to my emails asking when they would ship my order. This is not the first time this has happened. We have been a customer for over 10 years and this is their usual MO. They have a good product, but their customer service is extremely poor. Hopefully some bad reviews will inspire change. They have a good product so I wonder what their business could be if they would care about their customers.

Do not order from them. It took 9 business days for them to ship from Ohio to Pennsylvania and did not respond to numerous phone calls and e-mails. They see nothing wrong with this timeframe to ship and will not take it back. After multiple unreturned phone calls I assumed the product hadnt shipped and purchased one 6 business days after ordering. The second unit beat the first one there and got used. Stay far away or you will be sorry.

The Koster moisture tester is by far the best on the market i called and they were very friendly and knowledgeable highly recommend

Do not purchase anything from this place or purchase any of their products from magazines or retailers. We have delt wih this company for thirty years and for no reason all of a sudden they do not fill orders, respond to calls, faxes, or emails. That means if you buy something from them, you are on your own if a thermostat quits or if you need anything at all. We ordered products from them in August, confirmed our order and through multiple channels have yet to hear from them.As a test I contacted the company via their web site and iquired of purchasing 230 Moisture testers. After a week i got a response that they would be able to help me out but i didnt leave a phone number. They asked if i could return that information.This company is bogus. move on to something else.
