I made an online order here. It was ready on time, and the checkout experience was extremely efficient! I would come back if I was in the area again.

Picking up my online order was quick and easy. The staff were welcoming and helpful. A young gentleman even carried my items to my vehicle. The store was very neat and well stocked too! Nice store.

Went in to drop off chain to b sharpen lady who helped me was very nice.Looked for a couple bolts for my ATV and a young man assisted me and found some similar that worked.And the cashier was also very nice.overall very nice experience.

Theres only one person there to help you nobody else was there and you feel like youre not wanted to shop there customers come first

If I could give zero stars I would. We were there for 20 min before anyone asked if we needed help, while wandering the same two aisles. There were like 6 employees just walking around talking amongst themselves. Once we got help the kid LOST THE SCREW WE BROUGHT IN. Were trying to put up a crib and told him that we needed the same size and gave the samples of what we needed. We left with not one thing being correct and our screw is gone.

Fantastic experience renting a tiller for a backyard landscaping project! Pedro saved the day after some H0me Dep0t rental department worker talked down to me and said I needed a few more pieces of equipment (I didnt). Pedro, thank you for respecting me and showing me how to use the tiller!I love this store and the attention and care they give their customers. Ill certainly be back.

CARDAN Hardware closed in December 2014 and new ownership and management will be re-opening this True Value Hardware & Just Ask Rental location in August 2015. Along with the changes in ownership and management, a complete remodel and renovation was undertaken in an effort to serve the community better. I arrived at site and needed plumbing and some hardware screws. It was easy to find on both items. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and upon leaving. We like going to this store you can get in and out fast and have everything you need.
