Ive been in at least twice over the last couple of months and all I can say is, WOW! This is a business built on old school principles of customer service, integrity, and respect! Its no wonder they have been open so long and with such great success. If you have any jewelry needs from watch batteries, watch adjustments, to jewelry purchase, repair, or cleaning, these guys can do it. On site repair professional fixed my watches while I waited, which was only a few minutes. Friendly staff made the wait fly by! Thank you!

It has been my experience that they are incredibly helpful and customer service oriented to the non African American customers. Both times I was in the establishment they were cheerful and helpful to their non African American customer but the people of color were not greeted warmly, thanked for their business or asked to return. They were the least expensive when it came to repairing my jewelry but did not call me to give me an estimate nor did I receive a call once it was ready and for this reason I will not return.

I was looking for a tie tack for my Dad. This was the 4th jeweler I visited. Ned Cash was the only jeweler that offered to order one for me. In fact I couldnt decide between two and they ordered both so that I could see both in person. Said that I was under no obligation to purchase either but was hoping I would like one.They will call me when they came in, guaranteed in time for Christmas. Ned Cash & Assoc. was so nice that they have my business for life.

Great selection, great people and they fix watches and clocks of all sorts. I took a grandfather clock here when no one else could fix it. You can trust them.

The BEST jeweler in Glynn county! If you need a clock out watch repaired this is your best bet!
