This place was absolutely abysmal. From service to food quality, there’s truly no worse restaurant you can visit in the New River Valley. The pizza lacks moisture, sauce, and freshness. Everything tastes artificial and poorly prepped, unevenly cooked. The waiter we had will let you sit at your table with no drink refill as long as you let him. To top it all off, one adult buffet is $10.99. I was absolutely appalled to learn the price associated with such nauseating food. I hope things improve here for the sake of the owners, this place is depressing.

Food was dry and barely edible. Tried multiple different pizzas and none of them were very edible. There were several flies flying around and booth and table were sticky despite them both being cleaned before we got there and saw the waiter doing it. Covid precautions could have definitely been improved upon. Food could definitely have clothes or hands/arms being dragged through other dishes

I love Pizza Inn but we live in Burlington NC and they have closed all the ones near home when I seen this one I had to go. I was a amazing experience everything was fresh and our waitress Hannah was great she done a wonderful job and the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and to top it off it was my birthday 🎂🎉. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Very rude management, was refused service yesterday. Will never return , employees were called out for busting tables, and serving the buffet bar no washing of hands. I called the girl out after she had called me out for touching the pizza sever. No glove. She had no glove or mask.

If youve ever been to Cicis pizza, this place tastes the same. Thin, small slices that are more like cheap frozen pizzas. Ive been to other Pizza Inn restaurants that were not buffets and their pizzas were totally different from this place. The salad bar is nothing but the pizza toppings with a selection of dressings. I would not recommend going here if you want good pizza.

Best Pizza around. Stuart and his staff go out of their way to make me feel at home and enjoy my experience. I have Cerebral Palsy waist down, Stuart knows my fav is thin crust pepperoni and soon as I go in he puts one in the oven fresh and brings it to my table. Best Pizza and staff around.

Pizza cold on buffet and wait staff inattentive. We ate about 6pm so we were in with their regular dinner crowd. Maybe we just went on a bad night.

Not much variety on salad bar and ordered a supreme pizza which was covered with black and green olives. Other veggies and the small amount of meats you couldnt taste. Only olives. But our waiter was very friendly. Service was great but food not so much.

Poor customer service, doesnt honor simple requests for pizza on the bar, the manager/owner is not a friendly person in the least. The pizza is ok but skimps on the toppings and the salad bar is always a wreck. Going down hill fast.

Loved our waitress she was sweet git my daughter fresh goldfish when she overheard her say the last time she was there the goldfish were stale. My daughter wasnt complaining just remembering.

Great place for Pizza. I drive here all the way from Fairfax, VA just to eat here. Best pizza in Virginia. The only place I know of in Virginia where you can get a custom made taco pizza.

Delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes they never apologized. They said they was backed up because of no drivers. Not my problem and when you take 1 hour and 40 minutes you’re definitely not going to get repeat business. Bad service !

Best experience I have ever had at a pizza place ever. The service is fantastic and they have great food. They’re very kind and attentive to you. They make sure what kind of pizza you want is out and fresh for you on the bar for the buffet. Not too long ago we went in close to close and they were the nicest anyone has ever been about it. Service was great and food was ok. It made my girlfriend and I very sick to our stomachs after eating the dinner buffet.

My boyfriend and I went here because we heard that it was a great place to eat. When we got our pizza it was cold, dry, and didn’t look appetizing. The tables were sticky and didn’t look very clean. We got charged $30 bucks for the buffet which I thought was ridiculous for cold pizza! Not a great experience.

Great service, had a pizza made per our request. Was happy since the one on Roanoke closed. Was happy to see this location open!

Best dessert pizzas ever! Buffet was kept refreshed and full while our family of 6 was able to stay a safe distance from other customers and have a nice system in place so everyone is not touching the same handles to scoop your slice. First time in years that we had no complaints with the food or customer service! We will definitely be going more often than once a year after this pleasant dinner experience 😋

There was a group of us who went and I was the only gluten free one among them. I ordered 10 wings because the server said you only got ranch dressing with them.. no celery even. It took at least 20 minutes to get my order and when they FINALLY came out, I was shocked at the size of them- about 1 1/2 long. We have never seen such small wings. We joked that maybe they came from a quail. I asked the server about it and all he could say was sorry. $10.99 for 10 wings that I would have gotten more meat off one drumstick. If we werent with company, I would have sent them back and got a salad. We told the cashier about it and all I got was sorry. The buffet was $9.99 and they all had their fill. I was quite embarrassed!

Been waiting many years to eat at a Pizza Inn again! They need to start invading New England!

The place reopened recently so there was not a lot of variety. But all they had was tasty! Very kind staff and good price for the buffet. Also theyre following CDC guidelines for Covid. Place was clean.

Food was disgusting and the staff were extremely rude. Asked for one Pizza to be made for a family member who couldn’t eat meat and they refused to do it, bathrooms were dirty with toilet paper and dead flies on the ground. I will never visit here again and i will advise many people to avoid you guy’s.They could get the food for every white person but not for the hispanic family that was there 🙃

I love their buffet, so many different pizzas to choose from. Also love their desert pizza! They have some of the best pizza around.

Ordered a 35 dollar with 20% tip carry out meal of small pizza and 10 wings. Paid 15 for a pizza that was barely a personal size and SOGGY with WATER and undercooked. The wings were pathetic, basically 1 inch long, never seen such small wings in my life. Cost over a dollar each even. Not to mention they didnt even start making my order until after I had gotten to the store, and I arrived after my pick up time. Absolutely pathetic, will not be returning. If you want a buffet to fill up on trash for cheap this is your place, otherwise go elsewhere with your money. 🤮

We ordered a pizza with a visit to the salad bar. The pizza was great, the salad bar looked like it had seen better days. Gnats all around the food, vegetables that looked like they had been there longer than they should have, The floor was kinda of nasty and the table was a little sticky. Definitely won’t return unless they clean the place up.

Alwaya good food and friendly staff. There wasnt much selection last time we went (a few days ago) which was a bit disappointing but other than that, love going especially on Tueadays when kids eat for only 99 cents! Plis their Taco Pizza is beyond yummy!! 😋

They were pretty packed so the drinks came slow at first, but then they gave us a few pitchers. We had 9 people and everyone else had came in groups. The food is always good and it normally doesnt run out without something else replacing it. They always take suggestions for what to bring out next. Love this place and will continue to come here ❤

Ordered out a small veggiw pizza and 10 wings. The wings were each barely and inch long (smallest wings ive ever seen) and the pizza was so soggy it was practically WET. Will not be returning.

Friendly, helpful staff, but FILTHY. Never seat someone at a table that hasn’t been cleaned beforehand. It was easy to tell that the people who sat there before me had kids because there were thick gobs of cheese on the floor that I stepped in and had a mint stuck to the bottom of my shoe. Very gross. It’s been years since I’ve been here until today. Now I remember why.

Called and got lots of static on the line so bad I couldnt place an order, tried multiple times no change. I was going to make a call in order for pickup, I went to the restaurant and tried to place an order and ask for a discount after taking my time to come in and do some business with them and I even waited another five minutes to talk with a manager, I would have been happy with a buck off but instead I got a no. Dominos got and will have my further business.

Havent been to one since I was a kid. Pizza is good, staff was outstanding, must have the Taco pizza.

I definitely enjoy the pizza, just wish the buffet table was a bit bigger, it feels cramped.

Came in for the lunch Buffet on Sunday. Definitely plan on getting there early if you can. They definitely kept lots of pizza on the buffet. Overall had a good family lunch. Will be back!!!

Place is kinda overpriced but the food is okay, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is nice.

Took our drink order and then informed us no one under 12 at the bar. (So How do you allow your child to pick what they want if they cant see it). Then every 2 min asking was we ok.....And everything we went to buffet bar, (Someone came to the bar watching us) and having to use wax paper to touch the food handles. The food was ok....But not to my enjoyment taste

My daughter loves Pizza Inn, so we had her family birthday dinner there. I, of course called ahead by a few weeks to let them know we would have a good number of people.. and reminded them a few days before too. I also arrived early to request some pizzas and make sure we got some seats for everyone... David was our waiter and we had like at least 30 in our party which he worked and did great as well as maintained other tables because there was only 1 other waiter. I had a few of my guest complain that the pizzas were cold and not fresh, and that there werent many choices. Itwas a busy Sunday evening for the whole restaurant but I was hoping that since I had given multiple advance notices of the party size to expect that they would have been able to keep up with the amount of guests. Overall we always have a good meal here, food is great and so. is service.

Reminds me of Ghattitown Pizza if youve ever had that. Not bad for the price and buffet is a good place to crash on those days youre extra hungry with room for plenty in the ole tummy tank.
