I have bought two vehicles from Dan Vaden Brunswick and had an excellent experience each time. They had the truck I wanted at a fair price and the process was quick and easy.

Tyler (the internet manager) was great! He is by FAR one of the best people Ive dealt with over multiple dealerships between shopping for my wifes car now and my truck a few months ago. He deserves a raise and a promotion!Then theres the sales manager Angie...... She failed to answer basic questions regarding the quote we were given. Instead of having a conversation about discounts and what we do and dont apply for she proceeded to tell us how we dont qualify for anything, then had the audacity to claim that WE were withholding information from her! Definitely not what you expect when youre trying to spent $60k+ on a vehicle...Part of the reason people buy Cadillacs is for the ownership experience, and Ive honestly had better experiences buying cars back in high-school when I barely had two nickels to rub together.

I have bought a used Ford pickup here and I was completely satisfied with everything!! Then I went back a couple weeks ago and bought a new suv and this is my first Chevy and Im hooked man what a ride!!! And the staff there are wonderful so talk to Tray he will have you riding!!!

Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. Unbelievable, waited at least 6 hours for help! Lied to us about how many owners had the vehicle & we are missing our Nd card and these liars won’t get it for us. Awful place drive to Jax! Even talked to managers there to no avail! Pretty bad to take advantage & lie to senior citizens who served in the military during wartime!

This is a very busy service center which is both good and bad. Theyre are excellent at determining the problem and letting you know whats needed to fix it. I would have given four-stars or higher if not for the difficulties with scheduling. I will definitely use them again.

I had an appointment. Vehicle was attended to quickly. I had to wait while they performed the service. Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

First, Angela is really nice she went out of her way to make everything good. I suppose the downfall was the vehicle they gave me to drive while they were repairing mine was just such a downgrade I think that was an issue. It smelled good. Then when I return to get my vehicle they always say they wash the vehicle at the end of a service will they came up with an excuse that the pressure washer was broken I think it was because it was the end of the day and everyone wanted to go home so my vehicle was not washed I thought that was a bummer.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to do the best that they could for me in the Service Dept.

We were driving from FL to NC and were experiencing a problem with the USB outlets. They were not charging our phones. We googled a Cadillac dealership and went to Vaden. Angela Harden was so kind and friendly putting us at ease; she was able to get Lincoln Buell to check out our car and see if there was a blown fuse. Lincoln checked everything; was also very kind, friendly and so professional. Our problem was solved and we were on our way. What a great dealership! What wonderful employees! Thank you!

The quickest time Ive ever spent there I wish they had more to offer in the waiting area, but the quickest service and very nice

Yes Dan Vaden is a wonderful place they do offer new and used vehicles they give you good guidance and support for all the things that offer including Khan detail cleaning parts and accessory Dan Vaden as great for everything and they do give her sisters and all areas

Will take my business elsewhere next time. AC had issues when I made my purchase was promised in writing it would be fixed. When I returned to have it fixed after several hours they only recharged it.

The service representative was very pleasant and professional.

Salesmen are too pushy I didnt care for them. I have bought 2 new vehicles from Dan Vaden but I wont be going back. The class of salesman working at the one in Brunswick isnt very good. I will NOT be returning!!!
