Wow. I rarely write reviews but I have not been this impressed in a long time. We worked with Lenny on my daughters new construction home and Ive never seen a salesperson be able to read someone so fast and know exactly what they want and need. Super friendly, unbelievably knowledgable and we were in and out in under an hour. Fantastic place.

Very nice knowledgeable sales people that are helpful and not pushy. The salesperson we had helped us and stepped away to give us space. We also found out that they do consider prices from other competitors. The sales person before he gave me a price he looked at all the competitors and told me that his price was lower. Yes they do have prices clearly listed on all of their appliances. I just happen to like an appliance that the price tag just ran away. Could you believe they make full size ovens with air fryer technology?! Who knew!! Well I found out about this at this particular store. It’s really big and they have tons of appliances to choose from. Although I’m not ready to make a decision I’m glad I received help.They also offer extended warranties as well as do a lot of their own repairs from what I gather. It seems that there main go to is the General Electric product. Although they do have Bosch, Frigidaire, Sub Zero among others.

We have shopped at Home Appliance for some time. We stopped in to ask a question about a problem we are having with our ice maker. The sales person was very helpful and advised us our unit was still under warranty. We were also looking for air conditioner and they had one great price. Good place to shop.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with home appliance in Brunswick From the service department working on my old fridge to the delivery of the new fridge, There was the smallest Dent on the new fridge and they called me within 30 minutes to ask me how I would like to resolve that issue. Everything was amazing, I highly recommend

Ron, Eric and Joe did a great job delivering and setting up our new LG stove, microwave and refrigerator. Moved our old refrigerator to a different location in our home, showed us how to operate our appliances, and gave suggestions for best results for first time use. Love the black stainless look and competitive pricing...better than we found at the big box stores for comparable models.

Incredibly helpful salesman, he helped us select an oven that had all the features we desired within our price range. I can not say enough nice things about Home Appliance. I was looking for a freezer and the big box stores just really didnt care about me as an individual. I couldnt get information and I never did talk to the same person twice. But working with Lenny was different-it was a joy. I kept thinking this is how a salesperson should be, how it used to be. He took time to help me get the perfect freezer because he really cared. Its obvious he loves what he does, which tells me Home Appliance, as a company cares about their employees, and by extension they care about their customers. Friendly and fast service. The store is clean and inviting. It’s well organized. Sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our third purchase from them. We have a refrigerator, a freezer and now the washer and dryer.The delivery people are also friendly and helpful. They call ahead to tell you when they are coming and then again as they get closer to your home. Before they leave they make sure they explain everything. Our sales person was knowledgeable, listened to our needs, and knew which GE appliances would meet them. The appliances were delivered on time, the date we requested delivery. Aaron and Dylan, the two men who delivered our appliances were the icing on the cake. Professional, efficient, and very pleasant. The company also followed up with a call to be sure the delivery had gone ok and the appliances weren’t damaged in the process. I can recommend this company highly.

My husband and I bought a GE Range & Microwave from Home Appliance in May and was very pleased with the service we received. Now we needed to replace our 15 yr. old washer and dryer. We saw Lenny again and he showed us several washer and dryers and explained what each had to offer. No high-pressure sales pitch, pricing was better than a big box store. On Lennys recommendation, we decided to go with the LG front load washer and dryer with the pedestals. So far we have been very pleased with the performances of both the washer and dryer, weve had them now for 10 days. Theres a little bit of a learning curve on both of them as they are LG SmartThinQ, but love the performance and look. Also the delivery men, Troy and Shane, were on time, very professional and courteous and very careful with taking out the old washer & dryer and bringing in the new. Thank you Lenny!

Tracy Kelling is the sales person I have used for our rental properties and who we use for our personal appliance purchases. We have been buying from Home Appliance for over 20 years and Tracy has always gone over and above to take care of us. Just last week our personal refrigerator quit. We were going to have it fixed, but decided to buy a new one. A trip to the Lodi showroom and Tracy helped us find the right refrigerator for us. This was on a Tuesday. Expecting the delivery to be the following week as they are so busy, Tracy was able to squeeze the delivery in on Thursday. We really appreciate her as she always treats us, and all her customers, as super friendly and professional. Thank you Tracy!!!

I received excellent service with the salesman understanding exactly what I needed. He did not try to offer things I didnt want or need as I usually encounter in larger stores. Installation was available within 3 business days. The installer also provided excellent service and recommendations.

Technician Daniel C. arrived well within time range given and called to give notice about 15 minutes before arriving. Dan made no issue about being asked to park in the street. He was knowledgeable, and performed repair in a timely fashion, explaining what went wrong and answering all questions patiently. He was personable, neat and clean. While I may think twice about purchasing another Samsung dryer ( the one requiring repair was less than three years old and well taken care of) I wouldn’t hesitate going to Home Appliance, as they service what they sell. Also notable, I was given an appointment within 2 days of calling.

I have to say its most likely the best customer service weve had in a long time. Mike P. was very informative regarding the Speed Queen washer we wanted. The price was great, much less than the other competitor in our area (Amherst) that sold Speed Queen. Everyone we talked with was friendly with no pressure or negativity whatsoever. I walked in dreading having to select appliances from so many options. The salesman immediately welcomed me, I told him what I wanted and I was done in less than 1/2 hour. I walked into the store after my refrigerator completely stopped working. Len greeted me and within 25 minutes I walked out of the store havingordered a new refrigerator. He also lent me a college refrigerator to help me until mine could be delivered in a few days. The two delivery guys, Ron and Joe, did an excellent job of removing my old refrigerator and installing the new one. They did a good job of explaining the features on the new one. I would highly recommend Home Appliances to everyone. I know I certainly will use them again.

The products and customer service received at the Brunswick location is second to none. I had to replace a freezer in my home that no longer worked. The Salesman (Lenny Kaminski) helped me to stay within my budget and gave me an excellent price on a new freezer. The delivery of the freezer was challenging, as it would need to be carried down a spiral staircase to my basement. Those who delivered the Freezer took the utmost care to ensure that nothing would be scratched or damaged to my home or to the freezer. Their professionalism was outstanding. I never take the time to post reviews, but had to make an exception in this case. Anyone ready to purchase a Major Appliance should truly put The Home Appliance Store at the top of their list.

I learned my lesson. I ordered a new refrigerator from a big box store. After two ridiculous mishaps during delivery and about 45 days between date of order and attempted deliver, I finally terminated the transaction. I then went to Home Appliance. I did not go there first because I mistakenly believed it would be more expensive. Well, I am happy to admit that I was wrong. Not only was the exact same model refrigerator less expensive, but it was delivered the next weekend. The Home Appliance delivery guys were great, too. From now on, I will always check with Home Appliance before wrongly assuming that the big box stores will be cheaper.

From our first meeting in July with Brunswick store Salesman Lenny Kaminski to the October 15, delivery and installation of our new appliances, we experienced nothing but excellent service. Lenny was professional, courteous and knowledgeable with impeccable follow-up throughout the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with. The delivery and install team of Dylan and Tyler were also very professional, courteous and thorough in their service. Bought 3 new appliances in 2015. Dishwasher has been serviced 3 times with the latest being May of 2018. In May spent $500.00 on new part, in November started making the exact same noise on start up. Notified Home Appliance and they wanted to charge me AGAIN for the same problem. I am not even so much as paying for the service call. For the 500.00 I spent I could of had a new one. Will never deal with them again. Buyers better beware!!!! Go somewhere else. This place absolutely sucks and will let everyone I know not to go there. There stuff is junk!!Christine Sheehan

Disgusted. The only word I can use to describe my experience with Home Appliance. We ordered appliances about 6 weeks in advance of a new construction move in. I called in a week prior to the scheduled delivery to make sure they were still on schedule. I was informed that our dryer was damaged but that they had another on order which would arrive by our delivery date. The delivery day comes and the second dryer that they ordered comes off the truck damaged. Are you kidding? You would think after you just received in a damaged dryer that you would stop and inspect this one before sending it to the customer. Nope. So they order and schedule a third dryer. Four days later the new dryer is delivered. Guess what. Also damaged. At this point they have to be messing with me. I call the office to see what is going on. One damaged dryer? Fine. But three? Clearly they have some policy or procedural issues they need to correct because the sales manager told me they do not open or inspect appliances. He also said the products arrive damaged and that it was not the fault of Home Appliance. If you don’t open and inspect the products, how do you know you didnt cause the damage? We ended up having to order a completely different set. I explained to the sales manager and two salesmen that they need to inspect the units prior to delivery and was assured they would. When the truck finally showed up with the last set, the units were never inspected. Still packed in the original packing, unopened, confirmed by the delivery guys. Thankfully, they were not damaged. On top of them not inspecting like they said they would, the new set was an extra $66. You would think after having to inconvenience a customer with three days of lost wages that you would take care of that $66 right? Good joke. I was told that because they were already price matching Lowes and that they didnt charge us for multiple deliveries they couldnt eat the $66 - on $3200 worth of product. You read that right. By not charging us for two extra deliveries was somehow a benefit to us. Who charges to re-deliver a damaged appliance? Shameful. Delivery crews get an A+

He helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made sure that we paid the best prices. They had exactly what we were looking for, and at no point did I feel pressured.After my appliances were delivered, three loads of laundry in, I experienced an error message on my new washing machine. Of course it was 10pm on a Wednesday night and I had a locked washing machine door with a large load of wet clothes inside. I contacted LG to find out if there was a quick fix, but they were not able to help me. They told me that they would not be able to have anyone out to service my machine until the following Tuesday. Almost a week later. Ugh.Quite frustrated with the thought of having a brand new washing machine full of moldy, ruined clothes, I contacted Home Appliance first thing the next morning and spoke with Diana. I thought that I would need to return my washer and go through the process of getting a new one delivered (based on what LG told me), but she confidently reminded me that they are an authorized repair provider. She got me on the schedule for the following Monday, but told me that she was going to see if she could do better. Within 10 minutes of my initial call, she let me know that someone would be out that same day to my house to see if they could fix the problem.At 3pm, I met Dan at my home. He looked at the machine and told me he was leaving to go back to the store to see if they had a part to fix my machine. He said that if he didnt have the part, he would call me, but if he could find the part, hed be back. Within an hour he was back at my house. He did not rush through; he made sure that everything was in order, and he took time to explain what had happened, and made everything right. I was able to finish my laundry that same night!Home Appliance really made me feel like a valued client. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance needs!

Weve had them out twice to service our oven. Both times theyve been professional, polite, and on time. The second time was because the broiler still wasnt working and because it was supposed to be fixed the last time they were out, they didnt charge us anything.They also are willing to go a little bit further for repairs (Im about a half an hour from Brunswick, where theyre located). Their service was impeccable and I would highly recommend them for your appliance repairs, etc.

Been in house two weeks and now our oven does not heat up at all. So....can’t cook and waiting for service call.Talked to Jim “the manager” because Sandy is always on vacation. He does not stand behind the manufacture and blames them for all the issues.To sum it all up I believe they buy secondary type product. I paid $16.02 for a thermal fuse because I was in a jam. They sell them on line for roughly 1 to 3 dollars per fuse. Parts person did not care. They got me once, they wont get my business again.

We shopped the big box stores and all competitors. Even during the 4th of July sales other stores could not beat the prices we received at Home Appliance. Mike was knowledgeable and even stayed past closing time to ensure we received the appliances we wanted but also set the delivery time for when it was convenient for us. When the guys delivered they were extremely professional and made sure we were familiar with the appliances and all questions were answered before they left. In the future if I need any appliances this will be the only place I go.

Bought appliances December 2018 when they arrived they had damages it’s August 2019 and I’m still waiting to get repairs replaced. Every time they receive the new pieces they come in damaged so then I have to wait months longer for the new pieces. This has happened numerous of times. Yet the store hasn’t tried to compensate us in any sort of way. Don’t return calls or emails regarding the matter! Will never buy from this company again.

We just purchased a new Bosch dishwasher and had it installed this past Wednesday. Ken was the installer and I referred to him as the Dishwasher Magician. By himself he removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. He cleaned the flooring before he installed the new one, you would never know he was there, not a spot of dirt or a drop of water even with inclimate weather. He then gave me pointers and tips about the dishwasher. Great experience.

We had Home Appliance Sales and Service do a repair on our Samsung refrigerator about 3 months ago. The repair technician (Dan, I believe) was prompt, polite and professional. Our refrigerator is now working fine. Highly recommend this company.

Bought a GE freezer back in July , when it was delivered the door was damaged , they told me they will order new door and get it installed and it will arrive in August or September , it’s now December and they never fixed or replaced door . I have zero tolerance to unprofessional businesses .

Good dealer but I don’t recommend Bosch appliances. We got an $1100 built in microwave and its been broken waiting on parts several times now. Only about 18 months old and Bosch quick to take care od the problems.I”ll never buy Bosch appliances again.

Want to charge over $800 to repair my refrigerator, and didnt even bother to tell me that their repair is only warranted for 90 days! This was after I had to wait over a week for my repair appt. - just to have them call and cancel because they didnt have the parts yet. It is clear to me now - you arent supposed to repair - you are only supposed to buy

I am posting on the behalf of a verifiable customer, Carol S. of Brunswick. After doing business with Home Appliance for years, she is extremely disappointed with her last experience. She purchased a refrigerator. The first one delivered was the wrong color. Second one delivered- the handle wouldnt attach. The third one was so badly damaged she couldnt even understand how it ended up on the truck for delivery. These exchanges took weeks! Needless to say, she took her business elsewhere. Not recommending this company to anyone.

Purchased a number of appliances for a new home we had built and they either had the best price or equal to others. Very pleased and relieved to have been able to purchase right here in our neighborhood and not have to deal with out of town companies.

Really impressed...with the Sales staff. The rest, not so much! Bought 4 appliances in record time. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. LISTENED to what I said and got answers immediately. Matched or beat big box prices and included exceptional delivery services. So heres the rub. I bought a KitchenAid refrigerator that was just louder than I thought it should be. Home appliance came out and said thats the way it is, too bad. Now had I bought from Home Depot, Lowes, or BestBuy I could simply return it. So buyer beware. Also, were supposed to move my old appliances to garage for future use, but they tore the handle off the dryer and bent the frame on the stove! Finally I was told Everything would be hooked up, but they didnt have the correct connectors for the water supply, so the left it disconnected. Really unimpressed.

I have pretty much bought all my appliances and service from the Brunswick store for many years. Sandy, Jim and their service department is 2nd to none.Dont think twice, contact Sandy Demczyk for your next appliance.

We looked around their showroom for 10 minutes waiting for a salesman. When one became available we asked him where the scratch and dent section was. He pointed us to the back room, said someone will help you shortly, then proceeded to help a couple that walked in 15 minutes after us. Thanks but dont bother. We left and wont return.

It seemed like they carried more high-end models. We had good customer service when shopping for a new dishwasher.

The absolute worst experience ever!!!!!!!!It starts about a month ago when I stopped in to look at appliances. The sales person Sandy showed me the different options. I let her know I need to replace everything. Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, and overhead Microwave. I picked out the ones I liked. Sandy took my name address, number and email and stated that she would email me the final quote. A week went by and I never received a quote. I never received a follow up call from Sandy.I called to follow up and Sandy was out. I left a voice mail for her. She never returned the call. I called back. She was out. Another sales person emailed me the quote and he would have Sandy call me. Sandy never called.My wife and I stopped in and asked for Sandy. I asked her why she never called. She said she never heard from me.We let it go and looked over the appliances. We spent about an hour in the store. We decided on the ones we wanted.The next day we gave Sandy the go ahead and paid in full for the appliance $4,649.The next week(today 5/2/18) they were to be delivered. I received a phone call stating that the refrigerator had damage to it. I called. They could not tell me how bad it was. They said they would check and call me back. 1 1/2 hrs later no call. I called them. They stated that you will just have to wait and look at it when it shows up.They get to our home. The damage was small however it was the wrong refrigerator. I called Sandy. Sandy said I don’t know what happened. I explained that they ordered the wrong one. They refused to leave the wrong one until the correct one would be delivered. There was still 3-4 hours left in the day. They could have went to the warehouse in Lodi and picked it up and brought it to me. They refused to do that. The said they would bring it the next day but would not give me a time. Not able to take off work I let them know that would not be possible. They ended up telling us they did not want our business and that they would refund our money. Sandy stated that we must have chose the wrong one.Horrible experience

Home appliance is my go to place for purchasing appliances and for any repair service required. Recently purchased washer and dryer. Will continue as my number 1 choice.

ReviewKen and Ethan from Home Appliance installed a dishwasher in my home on October 20. I noticed that locks were removed from a hard plastic case and a firearm was stolen. The firearm was located near the location of where the dishwashers plumbing was installed. I filed a police report and left a message for the owner. The owner never returned my call.

Went to order replacement parts for a Samsung fridge. The guy in the parts department was beyond rude. I got there near his quitting time and he let me know a couple of times. I said I have the part in question in my car if that would help to verify to what the schematic showed on his computer. He literally snapped his fingers and said make it snappy its time for me to go. No exaggeration, some of the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.
