Called for a start-up capacitor for my big AC unit. The guy I spoke with about it said they had it and the cost was around $20-25. I said that I would come pick it up, I was on my way. When I arrived the part was right there by the lady who took my payment. With tax and all it was just over $17. I was even happier than I thought I would be! And the part is doing what its supposed to to this day. Whoever that guy was thank you. So many places I have tried to get parts from nearly every time complicate the process and then you get there and wait even longer while they go and find what you need. But that didnt happen here. 5 star customer service as far as I am concerned. Now I know who to call in the future! Thanks guys! (And ladies loo!)

We had a 9pm septic back up. I am a severely immunocompromised patient with many medical issues and needed help ASAP. The gentleman that I spoke with told me “it may seem like a big problem to you, but it’s not...” and told me over and over he would not come out, then ended the call with if he did send anyone out, he would send 2 people and charge me well over $250/hour and time started when they pull away from house and doesn’t end until they’re home. Thanks for caring so much! I am just so impressed at how kind you were and how well you were willing to work with us—-whoops! Wrong company on that last bit.... will NEVER call them again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone ever!

Gary does a great job revived my dying central unit on the first time. He did restarted the motor after we had the bad weather. I appreciated his timely service with a great technique. The bill is little more than my estimate of the time. But, it was two men. So, it might be the reasonable. Yes, Id call them again.

I called on a Friday morning and they had Robert call me back to make sure they knew my problem in order to have the correct tools with him. They arrived quickly, listened to the idiocies of my system. They had the problem resolved quickly and cleanly. Very friendly and to call over the weekend if we had any more trouble. Had to put a drain pipe back together under the sink. Line still did not drain afterwards. Called their after hours number but did not get a response. On a plus, they got to me quickly.

Fast, friendly and professional. We had our capacitor go out on our AC in the dead of summer. Friendly secretary informed me that they may not be able to make it out same-day, as they had a ton of calls over the weekend. I was grateful they even answered the phone because everyone else in town was swamped. They ended up making it out that day and had the AC up and running by 1PM. If you need a water heater replaced, rurally, call this company. I called at 8am, they were there by 9:15am, installed, working properly and out the door by 10am. Technician and office staff were professional, knowledgeable, kind....what more can one ask. I highly recommend Roberts and Petty.

Had a very small gas leak under my house. I suggested that it was probably in the small area that had not been replaced yet. They took their time and checked every connection under the house with a little spray bottle of soapy water anyway. Hours later and 650 dollars later, found the leak exactly where I said it was. I will never use them again!

Got lost then showed up and charged overtime at a rate of 300.00 for 45 mins. Owner never called us back! Will find another service. Btw the same part was replaced 2 months earlier by these people.
