I like the old fashioned hospitality they have there very friendly polite courteous. Now their customer service is awesome management awesome they take care of your customers right safety shop I recommend

I love going into united because its so clean and fresh and their fruits and veggies are so tasty and colorful! Their meats are tasty and stays fresh til your ready to cook,cashiers are so cheerful and polite! Thank you for taking care of our community in Brownwood, Texas.👍👍

Clean well stocked store. Produce always looks fresh. Meat bins are neatly arranged and cleaned. Staff are courteous and helpful.

United supermarkets been a good chain to have around Brownwood many people love it and many people go there it was easy access in and out theres plenty of handicap parking its overall a good rated store

Store personnel tend to be very helpful. This is especially appreciated when one is looking for fresh greens. Their meat section is well stocked with very good quality protein.

Best place to shop for groceries in Brown County. I love this place! The employees are amazing. The freshness of the food...both cold and cooked...is always top notch. Everything is always well stocked. The selection is great! Ill say it again. I love this place!

Expensive ,as big ss Brownwood is you need a HEB. You have a Walmart( Yuck) a great store Like HEB would be a benefit to the community.

I love the deli specials, the people in the deli are always nice. Ive come across a somewhat rude grocery checker once or twice but theyre kids, I cant expect too much there.

Love this store. Fresh produce with variety not found often out here (papaya, pomegranate, vegan options,crunchy lettuces!). Not quite Central Market but CLEAN, and clean, non-smelly bathrooms with actual toilet seat liners!

Very friendly staff in the Pharmacy. I was nervous about getting my vaccine shot and Stephanie in the Pharmacy was very sweet, and professional.

Josey is on a vacation far away, come around and talk it over. Theres so many things that I want to say, you know I like my girls a little bit older.

The morning shift people need to be fired! I went in there with my family and a friend. Had a cart full of products and had to stand there waiting for one of the several people gathered around a single register chatting to actually open up a register! If you dont want to do your job, then leave so they can hire someone who will!

Great meat market. Some everyday items are cheaper at Walmart but you will love the produce section. They also have a great deli with hot meals like fried chicken that surpass the fast food places that should do it right. Good beer selection. They also have a clinic.

Got only part of order had go get the rest of the order was inside the door of store. The item they didnt have was still on shelf so they did have it but to much problem to fill the order cat food I dont know if they had it or not. I wont be use them again.

Don’t ever leave my cart in the parking lot but it was tempting today when there were 7 employees standing around talking and no one offered to take my groceries out, guess I should have went to Walmart 😡

I go early to beat the rush. I love that they open at 6 am. BTW, I have checked several products and they have mostly been cheaper than walmart.

Great store however the deli is the worst! So slow! They have 3 slicing machines but maybe only 1 person working. They ignore you too because they are so busy preparing pre made meals. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes for 1/2 pound of turkey!!

I wouldnt step foot in a place that is trying to lure people in with a discount on their groceries if they get a flu vaccine.Think about it people.Doesnt it cost to manufacture a vaccine? Yes, it does.So why would they pay for a vaccine, and then take another hit by giving you a discount on your groceries?

Nice store. Picked up a few supplies for our trip back to Oregon. Staff is always helpful when I was there with my cousin. Cooper went above and beyond showing me where everything was. A very nice young man. A good representative of this store.

Im a big fan of United! They carry a lot of organic products and produce and they make and sell Gouda pimento cheese!! Every time I go to Brownwood, I try to stop and pick some up. They have a great bakery and I love their breakfast! There is an inside dining area and a Starbucks, if you want a specialty drink. They also do a hot lunch bar and there is a salad and soup bar, as well. Everything on the bars looks fresh and the area is kept clear of soup and dressing droppings! I dont remember if they do a hot bar for dinner. They probably do. The staff makes your plate on the hot bars while the soup and salad bars are self serve. There is a nice selection of bottled drinks close to the dining area. Their prices are higher on some items, but they are always having great sales. I appreciate the size of the store. Its not super sized, but its not small, either. I always enjoy shopping at United. I wish there was one closer to where I live. I could buy more cold things to bring home, like ice cream and pimento cheese!!

All the checkers are phenomenal all that baggers are phenomenal. anyone you speak to in the store is more than willing to help you locate an item if you cannot find it.I especially love the little tall curly red headed boy he is such a delight and adds such a smile to my face every time Im in the store

I had an excellent experience today at the deli department at the Brownwood store. We forgot to order a deli tray over the weekend but we needed it for 3 this afternoon another store told me no but United happily accommodated us and had it ready by 2:30. The deli tray was excellent and the customer service was even better. We love this store and its staff.

I like the store a few times I went and their specials was gone I dont buy much and I go for the specials and they have none left. I guess its my fault and it would seem like if its a sale they would have plenty to satisfy their customers. Pharmacy people are very nice. Cashiers are okay just depends on who you get LOL.

This is a great super market with a Starbucks inside. They have wonderful produce, bakery, and deli section. To die for salad bar. Tons of unique products sold here. This is a must see in Brownwood, tx. Also a heads up their prices are higher than average grocery stores.

Extremely clean and well organized supermarket. The employees are super helpful and curteous. Theyre prices are fantastic as well as theyre quality of meats and produce. Wish they were closer to me. Its worth the drive.
