We had been putting our heads together for sometime I was working on getting my credit score up and one evening while on Facebook I did a friend request. I called the day before to either set up an appointment to bring my truck in or find out what I need to do. The guy told me to bring truck in for 2nd opinion and wouldnt take him but a matter of minutes to confirm or deny the 1st place I took, in which we both agreed that this particular business has been known to replace or fix things that they didnt need to. So i did as he said. Brought it down to later in the afternoon when he said hed be slow or have time to see real quick.The parts n automotive repair department office was rude, saying they had to charge me $100 something to look at it. I thought it was still under warranty. They spent more time trying to prove that it had just ran out, than just let the mechanic look at it. Wasted my whole day waiting on them to get nothing done but humiliate me. Treated me great when buying the brand new truck, but the 1st time I bring it in with may or maynot, a big problem I get treated very poorly. Dont think Ill be buying my next truck there.

I was in Brownwood on 10/17 and stopped that this dealership to see my son, Bud McCorkle, who is a salesman there. We had a few minutes to chat outside by my car when Bud noticed a screw in my right rear tire. After the service department removed and corrected the problem, they also noticed that due to the wear on all of the tires we should think about replacing them soon. Bud explained there was a sale on tires there where you buy 3 and get one free. After consideration, I drove back to Stanley(we live in Burnet) on 10/23 and bought a new set of tires. I’ve worked in car dealerships and this people are 100% liars!!!!! This is what happened they said and been still advertising a truck they do not have or had for at least a month now and still on website and auto trader! I told them that already had a loan for it! So did not give them all of my ss# but they were begging for it! They got pieces of my info and was going to hold the truck for me!! They never had truck and they admitted they had it and somehow pieced my info with my approved loan and ran my credit without me even going there!!!! Do Not Go There!!!!!!!

Jerry worked with me and found the car I was looking for even though I was in Japan when I first contacted him. He found the car and had it delivered to him and made the deal with me all before I moved back to the states. When I arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready for me and I just had to sign the paperwork. He was wonderful to work with as was everyone at the dealership. Great experience!

This is more like a self help dealership. They are clearly aircon-salesmen. By that I mean they do not come out to help or assist you, they stay indoors where there is air-conditioning and expect you to find what you are looking for, then go in to see them where you are then privileged to be served by one of them. O not to mention they WILL give you a crappy trade value on your trade. I ended up going to Austin - Covert Dodge, and bought a truck there. Got $2500 more on my trade and a great deal on my new Dodge. I have been to Stanley Chrysler several times and NEVER did someone come out to ask IF I need help! Pathetic

I actually live in NC. But I was looking at a truck locally that carfax showed was maintained by Stanley Chrysler. I decided on a whim to email them and see if they could give me any additional info on the truck to see if there were any issues with it that I may not be able to see on the surface. Minutes later Jose Mares emailed me back and told me he would do his best to find out some info for me. I didnt really even expect and email back much less him to go through the trouble of looking into it for me since I wasnt actually buying anything from them. He actually tracked down the mechanic that had worked on it and talked to the General Manager and got me more info than I would have ever expected, and he spent way more time on it than I would have ever expected.I wish I was closer to this dealership so I could actually purchase a vehicle from them. Great dealership and staff!

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever had dealings with!! Not to count the mutltiple times work vehicles over the years have never been fixed in a timely manner, but our personal vehicle as well. We have made 2 trips to the dealership to get warranty work done, only to have wait 5 hours to leave with no fix to the problem. Always the excuse of the computer system is down. Understandable, but then don’t freaking schedule work, don’t let us sit around for hours. Total incompetence and uncourteous service department!!! Will never do business with Stanley again!
