Very poor on handling issues. Had issues on an I really I put on layaway for my daughter birthday. Apperently the receipt said due date today and I called to check the balance they claim it was due week before. Seriously! So all the money I spent on the item gone! Even then we are in a lock down this is not essential. Today since it was grocery day I planned to get it out of the way. Very poor management!

Its a pawn shop if you need money its really really expensive money to loan that way.I dont use the pawn portion I have bought air conditioners and guitars from that store and other pawn shops. Realize that the tag is a starting point in the price. If it has been on the shelf for more than about three months you can probably get a very very good deal dont be afraid to walk away!

HORRIBLE experience. We went on Sunday, 06-01-19 around 2:00 p.m. and initially assisted by a female staff. One of the items was prices with WOW sign of 81.99 and showing original price 80.99. We let her know it didnt make sense for tag to show a higher price than even the supposed WOW price. She said she would need ro check the price, so she asked a male staff (assuming the manager). He then said the price was 80.99, mind you, the a white ticket showing each price reduction for the month was showing 35.00 for May. We told the male staff that their price was showing 35.00. He just said the price was 80.99 and he was ALREADY loosing money. So, we LEFT and will NEVER go there. Made us wonder what type of deals they make to advertise a supposed price on the ticket and then try to sell it for the same price they initially ticketed for.

Very good customer service. I came in to sell a few older firearms and expected the usual lowball that we get from pawn stores however I was offered a fair price. Will come again.

For a pawn shop it was lacking products to sell.

Horrible experience with trying to sell a modern new, and unused Smart TV. I was offered less than 50% of the current retail price of the TV. I looked at all the TVs that they had on the wall and the TVs that were the same size were selling for $110-$120. They were obviously used since they didnt even bother to clean the screen (smudges on the TV). Moreover, they more than likely didnt have the smart capability that mine did. Thats another point that I want to bring up. When a customer goes to see if they want to buy a TV at least put what the TV is capable of doing as well as the tech specs of it. I saw none of that at all. Very disappointing since this is a newer and bigger pawn shop here in Brownsville I would expect they would have everything in order and give me a fair price for the TV. Sadly, this is not the case. Suggestion: Market your TVs better so they can sell, so you dont have to low-ball me to make up for your laziness. I hope someone higher than the manager sees this and lets the manager of the store know since he probably wont even look at this.

They had a used Sig Sauer P238 in .380 for full retail price. Make sure to check on those prices they have listed.
