The worst customer service EVER. We pulled close to the door to let our elderly father out of the car and she verbally attacked him. My sister tried to explain that we were not parking there but that he is a disabled veteran and is struggling walking this morning and she verbally attacked her. She didnt care why we pulled up there and that she didnt have to service us or let them use the restroom either.The rudest individual ever.

We stopped by for drinks and the powder room. Everything was clean and smelled good.The attendant there, Ms. Tia , was most pleasant in greeting us and being hospitable as can be. We plan on stopping in this precious hole in the wall everytime we pass Brownsville,TN 💯💙.

An overweight, white male clerk/owner cussed me... insisted my credit card was a debit card. He wanted to pick a fight with me. Insane!!!! He was aggressive and scary. I would hitchhike before EVER stopping at this place again. Plus, the place was nasty!!

Got $10.00 worth of gas and was charged $18.00. Went in and try to rosovle the issue and was given an attitude. Will not be back.

Atrocious bathrooms, very little product stocked, and a very rude cashier whod take any chance to kick you out the door than assist you.

Incredibly rude! We have been on the road for 10 hours, my husband stopped here so my son and I could use the bathroom. He pulled up in front of the door to drop us off.. we really had to go...and in less than 30 seconds before we could get out of the car an older male employee came out yelling at us that we can’t park there. Understandable but we weren’t even parked there. His foot was on the brake while we got ourselves out so that he could go park. Was just incredibly rude that he didn’t even want to give us a few seconds to get out of the car. So their one star they’re getting goes to their very clean, and nicely renovated bathrooms.

Incredibly clean and well stocked!! The bathroom has recently been remodeled, and the owner was incredibly polite and courteous. Bookmarked for future road trips it was that amazing

Restrooms were generally clean and friendly service by the checkout clerk. Not sure of the previous complaints.

Guy that worked there last night was rude as hell, and drunk or high. The place smelt like poop. Avoid this dump at all cost there are waaaay cleaner places just down the next exit

You have to hold the pump handle or wedge your fuel cap to pump gas. No receipts at pump. Old milky windshield cleaning squeegee without soapy water. FAKE unbranded Shell gas made my valves ping with horrible watered down fuel mileage. Must have been closer to 85 octane...

Nasty. Drinks are expired.
