I’ve had multiple cars worked on here. They are always knowledgeable and professional. They put LED lights a back up camera, and fixed the alarm system this last time. All work was done professionally and I’m very happy with the results.

Overall a decent place. They don’t provide much options of brands but they can show you the right way. Sometimes a little rude if you are window shopping or new to car audio and trying to perfect your set up. They try and make it fast and get you out with what they prefer not what you want. (Sometimes)

Great service!I bought an audio system for my car about 10 years ago. I have since changed vehicles and transferred the system myself. Through time, my subwoofer system went out. I went back to D-tronics to 3 separate times recently looking for advice to solve the problem myself. Andres helped me out each time, and even on a day that I came in right at closing time he stayed after the shop was closed to help me solve my issue. Turns out my subwoofer was toast and I was able to make a new purchase.

So heres the deal, I end up getting a call from D-tronics , I took it in on Saturday, so lets seeOmg after everything I get a call, its basically smoke up my brown eye but I will be there when they open the doors in the morning..Pray for me 🙏 I have a short fuse for bull s***Quick run down on these scamersc.Windows Tented, bubbles.Now the good news..$2500 worth of components and service and I end up with a POS..JVC 7 Head unit, had to replace my brand new phone in order for it to work, definitely customers falt, hint maybe they should test the product first or gain some more knowledge.Viper alarm system, has a mind of its own I have to use my keys more then I use the remote..5 exterior LED lights must be working with the viper alarm system because they dont work most of the time either, although they come on with out any help from time to time.All the toggles are feeling the pain as well some work some dont, more D-Tronics magic.Provided backup camera from Amazon, works perfectly...Now for the really good stuff..This was a new 32k GMC van :Alternator will not provide the correct voltage, they said it was fixed but nope..Abs and traction control are feeling the magic as well I get to enjoy seeing them lights on my dashboard now.I have no working lights in the van unless I turn them on. Super convenient..And last but not least I have a hole in my dashboard for no reason at all.Dealing with this bunch of clowns is just plain stupid. First the manager basically called me a lier a few times , they had my car for two 12 hour days and the system is still not working.Totally dont have any people skills or customer service.Now if you got this far, your thinking Im acting like a jerk, well I gave them lots of money and opportunity to get it working and I was pretty cool with everyone from the sales people to the installers, spending 24 hours between Fri and Saturday 12 hours a day you definitely get to meet the people.So check it out...Out of all the work and components I purchased the one thing that is working is the camera that came from Amazon..Oh yeah and the guy telll me dont worry its under warranty, I thought maybe my eyes popped out, so Im thinking nice you warranty your crappy work.I dont know, do what you want, but I think the place is a total scam, and now I have a crappy van to go with my crappy D-TRONICS system..Something is wrong with this picture..

I was promised that my suv would be ready within two days. PROMISED TIME NOT TRUE!!! They also told me that it would be an easy and fast installation / NOT TRUE!! Then they try to add other items without giving you all the information in pricing!! I don’t recommend this business!!!!! It’s the first and last time I shop at that so called business!!!!!

Was told to come early, was the person with an order/ tint on Windows. Its going on four hours and four cars later and still they are not done. See all nice and polite salesperson and I had to get the worse😵😠

At first the guy said that within 7 days i could return the item back for a refund as long as it wasnt used, i tried to return a set of speakers and he said that due to store policy i wasnt able yo return for a refund but only a partial store credit. Of course the day i bought it he said full refund and never did he mention that not recommended it is a total scam what they do at that store
