I was impressed by their commitment to offer great friendly service at a great price. I highly recommend the Grafik Spot for your business marketing and communication needs.

Unfortunately, I can no longer leave a good review due to poor service by the manager. They damaged ( burnt and stained ) our shirt and wasnt given the option for reimbursement nor exchange. We carefully TAKE and PICK UP the shirts. The same day we picked up our shirts we noticed 1 out of the 4 shirts was damaged. We called and sent proof of the shirt and was given the answer we will not reimburse nor exchange. Even though his email disclaimer states in RED ALL PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ONLY IN-STORE CREDIT. Be careful with this company.
