My 17 year old daughters truck wasnt driving right but I didnt know what was causing it so we so stopped by and after doing a trip inspection, they fixed it and the truck is driving BETTER THAN WHEN WE BOUGHT IT!

The Red Barn Tire Center is probably the best place for auto service, tires, brakes, ect.... Been going there since Ive been in the RGV and always get excellent service. Would definitely recommend The Red Barn to everyone!!!!!

They never called and updated me about my vehicle. I had to show up in person to get any kind of update. Then I asked them to take a look at an additional thing, and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle (finished or not) they didn’t tell me if they addressed that second issue. They were friendly and they got the (initial) job done but the customer service was NOT there. I expected updates/calls/estimates and got none. Instead, I had to show up in person to get any kind of answers.

Bought some new tires and had them installed here but how can you offer free rotation but not balancing wth. then every time I go they dont have time to rotate the tires even though the shop doesnt look busy. I do not recommend this place!!

Im done giving this place chances. Will not be coming back. They fix something and break something else. They wont return phone calls. Dont keep their word with time frames. Lie about sevices performed. I have literally spent thousands here and was always hopeful time after time but never again. Thank you Red barn for proving to me that youre the most expensive, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wish i could do 0 stars.

Service wasnt good. It took them a month to install a lift on my truck. Never going back. They didnt even give me a price discount or sorry for the inconvenience.

The worst place ever. I came here two weeks ago to buy some rims that were to arrive within two days, but they never arrived, so I asked and they told me that because of the holidays there would be a delay and I thought it was understandable so they told me to wait 3 more days. So there I am waiting more days for a set of rims shipped from dallas, supposedly as they told me, and they dont arrive and at the time I call constantly to see if they have arrived and they keep giving me different days and wasting my time so I go and see whats going on and they tell me the rims were never delayed and that they were actually being shipped from arizona for my suprise!! which still shouldnt even take two weeks plus to be shipped to brownsville tx, In few words very bad customer service. They dont synchronize on their matters, and when they mess up they dont even know how to lie there way out of it!!!!! Im very upset and they act like its of no importance to them if a customer is satisfied or not, so this is why I write to aware other customers.
