Delightful, helpful staff here! I was able to use the computer to access and print some documents. Very reasonable fees for this service.

The people here are so helpful and attentive, eager to be of help. I love that because I often feel so overwhelmed. Its very convient and perfectly located in brownsburg.

I had another great interaction with the folks at the UPS Store in Brownsburg recently. I contacted Tori about printing some items for my girls school projects. She made it super easy to email the files over, laid out the print in an easy way. When I arrived to the store yesterday, she had it all ready for me and greeted me with a big smile. She really did a great job for me. Also, the final cost was less than the original estimate and she had it all packed up very nicely. My girls were delighted by the final product for their school presentation. Tori went above and beyond to make this easy for me and the result was great.This is an example of how awesome this store is. The entire team is great to work with and makes folks feel special when they com in. They always greet me like an old friend. Great job!

After a failed visit to the Bburg post office I landed at UPS store. Totally should have went there first! Nice and helpful.

I didnt know UPS store kept addresses onfile on where you have ship packages before. Thats so convenient. Especially if you dont have the address on hand.

I have used this store as a shipping/delivery point for my business the last three years and it works out great. The personnel are very helpful, and I have gotten to consider some of them as friends over the past three years. I highly recommend using this for a business drop off point, because I no longer need to keep strict business hours to accept deliveries or receive customers. The rental of a medium sized mailbox guarantees they will receive any package of any size up below freight standards. And they are handy for doing occasional print jobs. Highly recommended.

Just visited during the COVID lock down. Not impressed, actually very scary. One worker had a mask. There were no safeguards that I could see, no distancing evident. Some guy came right behind me then next to me at the counter at an unmasked workers prompting. Other folks were everywhere in the little store. Seriously??

Very convenient to drop off a package, when you have to return an item from an online purchase. They weight it, print you a receipt and you can be on your way. They also can help you with packing an item if you dont have a box to ship it in. They also sell various shipping supplies.

Outstanding service is what I have always gotten at this store. I have used them for everything from packing and shipping, to printing and scanning. They are outstanding professionals. I am very picky, but they exceed my expectations every time.

As a business owner with a vitrtual office environment and clients all over North America, I greatly appreciate the service and “get it done” attitude by Tom Reece and his team at the Brownsburg UPS Store. They essentially function as a key aspect of our “back office” and have helped not just with shipping but also with production of workshop binders and training materials, posters and signs, printing tools and tips, and just advice when we say “what about this?” Just today I had a pretty complicated shipping situation, which is unusual for me, and they helped me unload, organize, box, etc with ease and a tremendous willingness to help. We are fortunate to have them as a part of our team and have been for the past 15 years!

Can’t believe I’m writing a review at all for any shipping company... but this store had Brian who helped us save money by replacing our oversized box with a smaller and cheaper one that would ship across the country over the holiday. The store was closing, he didn’t have to spend extra time on finding a cheaper solution, but he did. He volunteered to whatever it took to save us almost $15 extra bucks just because our box was too big. Over and above on the customer service.

Fast and Friendly

I have shipped 6 large computers out of this store and 3 have arrived damaged. I am an eBay seller, so all 6 computers went to different people. The owner, Tom, subtlety suggested that Im scamming him. I went to ship a Mac Pro tower ($1750 value) and he told me that they could ship, but at no value. Meaning they wont insure. I would never consider seeing as they have smashed 3 already. I tried fedex but they wont package for me, which is the reason I kept going back to ups. Im disappointed in their poor handling, then blaming the customer.

I have used them for shipping, scanning, faxing, etc. and have always been helpful and efficient.

I have used this UPS store for our business mail for many years. It is also very hand to get last minute print jobs, flyers, etc. and the print quality is great.

Probably the worst UPS store Ive worked with. The people there are pretty cold and dont at all portray a desire to help customers.

Not really impressed with the service seems to be over priced and very much up selling when it comes to packing. Dont even carry the free ups boxes because all they want to do is sell you one. Silly that a UPS store doesnt even have UPS boxes...

I WALKED IN AND ASK FOR PRICES ON BOXES THE LADY THERE WAS VERY RUDE MAYBE BECAUSE I AM A PERSON OF COLOR ALL SHE DID WAS SNAP AT ME THE HOLD TIME AND DIDNT TRUST ME ENOUGH TO LET ME SEE THE BOXES WHEN I KNOW THAT PART OF THE STORE WAS OPEN SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR BEING A RACIST
