These guys have some really cool tech to make signs of all sorts. I was able to see their massive printer in action they can use on wood. They also have several automated wood router tables as well as a laser cutter and etcher. They also had a bunch of smaller laser etchers that just etched items. Super nice folks and a great business. They are on line as well as on Amazon and others places.

Awesome company with quality products and great customer service. I picked up an order today only to discover that the mistake was my fault. I offered to pay extra because it was my error. Bonnie would not let me do that. She made she it was corrected while I waited. I can not say enough about this company. Their products are beautiful ! Cant wait to give my niece her personalized wedding gift.

Great customer service. They truly care I have a older relative who ordered the same item three times as a gift in a weeks time. Fortunately the company saw this happening and stopped the third. After a short phone conversation they are also going to refund one and monitor the account so this can’t happen again. It was so nice to call and actually speak to a human and with no hold time. I found MRC Wood Products when they had an open house a couple weeks ago. I was amazed with the variety and quality of what they offer. If you are looking for a wonderful personalized gift, and they have so many choices, look them up online. They are primarily an online business, but do have a selection to look at in their lobby.

I went to their annual sale and it was so organized and the staff are all so kind, helpful, and fun!

Paid $12 for flat rate shipping ( the only option they give you) & it’s been a week and my item has yet to ship. I emailed them & they have yet to email me back and it’s been 2 days. I’m hoping for a good quality wood piece because I’m not impressed with their costumer service.

Received in a timely matter but I was deceived from the online picture and thought that the wooden sign was three separate rustic planks of wood making up the sign and not one piece of ply wood cut and painted to look like a rustic piece of wood. The piece looks good for what it is but wasnt what I was expecting.

UPDATE: Mike (the owner, last name Crowder) youll notice he gave himself a review at the bottom, SAD.......has been emailing me since last night , asking me to change my review and has been unpleasant in the process. You cant expect/force someone to change there review just because you say so. He is pushy and very inaccurate with facts of the situation. His actions are unprofessional and finds it necessary to harass and stalk my personal opinion. I refuse to be dishonest (even if he asks me to) or waste anymore time on this than I already have. I only hope that i help others to think twice. This review is my experience and is meant to help others when making a decision. I truly hope this unfortunate incident doesnt happen to another person. If deciding to purchase BEWARE of the length of time it will take to receive especially if you are planning to gift it, also hope you dont have any issues of any sort because it will be unpleasant to deal with . I wish I could give zero stars based off customer service and overall experience with this company.............My product was so late that I showed up with no gift for this person. The work was good but didnt make up for the time it took to receive (6weeks+) customer service or whoever replied on Groupon to my review was horribly out of line. I would NEVER recommend to anyone for that reason , in fact I would advise you to save your time and money and go elsewhere. (He even reviewed his own company on Google to bump the rating ...owners name is Mike Crowder, I wouldnt be surprised if the good reviews are family/friends or paid.)
