Went very well. Came out within 3 hrs of calling. Had trouble with garage opener not closing all the way, then reopening. Nothing in sensor line. Tech was personable and did a lot of preventative maintenance. Been awhile. Replaced all 8 rollers, since one roller damaged. Door operates smoothly now. Worth the $220.

I contacted Superior Garage Door Systems at 8:30 a.m. and by 12:30 p.m. they had arrived and fixed the issue. This was after they indicated it would be between Noon and 4:00 pm before they could get there, and had several other calls already to make. The service was great and the repair bill was reasonable, especially given how quickly they resolved the issue. I would definitely contact them again for service or for any door replacements.

Just bought a new house where garage came crashing down when disconnected from opener. These guys came recommended, so I gave them a try. Called in the AM, they came at lunch as promised and with a call ahead, had it fixed in an hour! My tech Charles explained what kind of maintenance I wanted in the future, what an eventual full replacement would look like (because I asked), and was super helpful all around! Great experience!

I called mid-afternoon to see if a technician could come look at my garage door opener as it had stopped working over the weekend and they had someone to me within the hour. I knew a portion of the cost should be covered under my home warranty and the technician was very patient in answering the home warranty companys questions and awaiting their approval to begin work. It was fixed the same day and the technician brought other wearing parts to my attention but didnt push me to fix them. He was very friendly and professional and I would be happy do business with Superior Garage Doors again!

They were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. They cleaned up every scrap of debris and left the garage looking better than before they showed up. Our old garage door decided to collide with the back of one of our cars ;) and we had a door stuck open with no way to close it. Superior Garage Door came out with no delay and got the door back down and got an estimate to us same day for a new door and opener. They estimated 3 weeks to get the product in but in just 1 week they scheduled installation and got the door installed. I felt the price was extremely competitive and the installation was quick and professional. Id suggest them to anyone!

The problem was fixed using meticulous precision and care of the attending technician and he even saw some other potential problems and graciously applied his skills to remedy the problem before a problem would even pop up. He was knowledgable and able to replace the opener and all necessary parts within an hour and a half. The price was very reasonable as well. Called in the morning. Crew called to say they were running ahead of their 12-3pm window and arrived early within 10 minutes of their call, to my liking. Took them 20 min to replace two door springs and tune up my opener to silence the loud rattling that developed over time. Decent price and friendly reliable service. A1 in my book.

Superior garage door did an AMAZING job installing my new door. They were very professional. They came out to get my broken door down for me on a Monday morning and I had my new door installed at 8am on Wednesday morning. Every other place I called said it would be 1 -2 weeks before I could get a new door.Their repairman was able to give me the choices, the price and have the installation date to me all before leaving on that Monday morning. The other companies said the repairman would take measurements then a salesman would have to call me to give me the price and set up instillation.I would definitely recommend Superior to all my friends and family!
