The donuts I was able to purchase were of tasty flavor. Light and delicious. However, there were only three selections. Normal yeast, two cruellers, and one eclair. Then the stock was gone.

Love this place! Friendly service. The donuts are so fresh and delicious and the carmel frappe was just what I needed to start my work day. Will be going back for sure 😍

Staff friendly & helpful very conveniently located which we love. My husband really likes their coffee options. The donuts are good & fresh. My husband likes The Old Fashioned & cream filled the best. I like the custard filled & Tiger tails the best. My adult son likes the custard filled, Tiger Tail & Fruity Pebbles topped donuts. To me the flavor is about the same as Duncan or Krispy Creme. Im sorry, but no one comes close to the yeast donuts at Longs Donuts in Indianapolis.

The donuts and pastries are good quality. This location has 2 problems. #2 - the donuts are overpriced. The donuts cost about $14-15 for a dozen. And you dont even get a bakers dozen (13) which most donuts shops do. Krispy kreme and Dunkin donuts tried to sell a dozen donuts for $10 and their strategy failed. I will not pay that for a dozen and neither will most people.#1 - the biggest problem is bad management and lack of business accumen. I only go there to buy apple fritters. Over 50% of the time I go there for that item they are sold out! It doesnt matter what time of day I go, I could go at 1 pm or 9-10 am and the result is the same. I went at 10:40 am today 10/4/2020 and the entire store was sold out of everything!! They had nothing left to sell!! And they had no intention of making more!! A restaurant with no food to sell!! Great idea! You can take that business model and open up countless other businesses with your genius!! A car dealership with no cars! An office supply store with no office supplies! A gas station with no gas! I have an idea for you - when you run out of something, make more of it!!! When sell out of something consistently, increase your production/supply the next time!!!! Its called supply and demand you morons!!! Its the basics of capitalism and economics!!! Well Im tired of it and I will not patronize your establishment any more. You have lost me as a customer forever !!!!

Very clean very decent at exercising mask protocol the selection was awfully slim I realize it was 9 in the morning on a Sunday but one might think there would be more than three or four things to choose from at this point what we did get was delicious and Im sure Ill be back

Stopped in with my son for a quick morning treat. I ordered an apple fritter and my son got a powdered donut filled with chocolate pudding. The staff was very helpful when deciding which donut to choose. It would make it much easier if all the donuts are clearly labeled. I also ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it was yummy. Donuts were very fresh.

Started off as a 5 but the last half dozen times really seemed like I got day olds. I do go in later in the day but with that being said still havent been as good as they once were. Down to 3 for me.

I ordered Jacks Donuts for a school event and will definitely call them again. The service from Jacks was outstanding. When putting in a large order, Jacks was very personable, reliable, and convenient. I received several texts and a follow-up message to make sure everything was to order. O yeah 5 🌟 one word amazing.... Employees are younger not that that matters but what amazed me is everyone of them I have delt with have been extremely nice big smile and fun. Must be the donuts because I have a smile walking in there myself but anyway worth the stop.

My husband and I tried this place out for the first time last week! We went a little later in the morning (11am) and there was a huge variety of donuts and cinnamon rolls to choose from. I got a cinnamon roll, my husband had a donut, we both got iced coffees. Everything was delicious, service was friendly, restaurant was clean. We will be coming back for sure. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff was warm, friendly & really made you feel welcome. They were so kind to my kids. It was really clean & the donuts are delicious. My kids were devastated when Marsh closed because they loved the tiger tails, so we were thrilled to discover Jack’s. Having said that, try the tiger tails! We will definitely be back.

Delicious donuts. Long johns can be filled with anything. Great kids area, tv and coloring. Wish there was comfy seating for adults near it. Coffee was good. Service was good. Clean unisex bathroom.

Jacks of Bburg is one of my favorite stops just because of the exceptional service. In a world of poor service, walk into Jacks and take notes on their acknowledgement and description of their products.My favorite is all of em but the maple pecan puts me in a sugar coma. Tiger tails that were almost as long as a yardstick... Cant just get one.Sometimes the donuts leave a little grease taste in your mouth, oh well.

Did not disappoint... Donuts were delicious, coffee was good, and best of all service was exceptional. Donuts are a bit on the high side, ($13/dozen). These donuts are larger than traditional donuts, and a bit more sugary. They seem to make donuts throughout the day, and are one of the only shops around to do so.

I went here on the way to Chicago for a bachelor party and all I got was an apple fritter and a Starbucks drink, but that fritter was probably the best one Ive ever had. Their doughnuts are absolutely amazing, and I wish I could be hungry enough to eat more than one.

Great donuts, great coffee, great price, poor seating. There are no tables to use for eating, only couches and a high bar - neither of which are good for kids.

The level of crazy on these donuts is unprecedented! Price is palliatible for even a large group. Highly recommend!

So sad I went to Jacks Donuts because it said they closed at 10 on Wednesday evenings. Got there about 8:45 and they were already closed. I wanted a box of donuts for my trip the next morning and now I cant have any.

New place in Brownsburg. Donuts only for food (no muffins or sandwiches). They have coffee, chai, hot chocolate and a lot of bottled juices, milk, and cold coffee. They have a little seating area and a kids TV/table. Very nice inside. Donuts are scrumptious!
