I am an AT&T customer moving to T-Mobile. Had my first experience with T-Mobile by visiting this location. And wow, what a difference! Zay and Josh were friendly, informative and accommodating. I have no idea why I stayed with AT&T for so long! Their customer service sucks compared to the customer service that the employees of this T-Mobile provide. Highly recommend this T-Mobile store and its employees!

Customr service is very poor. Its always one person who is working all day. Your wait time is typically from a hour or two depending on what the service they are providing. Eric is knowledgeable, but does not know how to multi task. He will spend hours on one customer talking about non sense. They need to hire better management and more people. Its ridiculous 😒

Seriously could not be more pleased with my experience. The support staff were not only helpful, but knowledgable about the products and services. The associate that worked with me, I believe their name was William, made the phone data transfer process super simple to understand as well as passed the time with some pleasant banter. If all the staff are like William, Ill be going here for all my future phone needs thats for sure! Keep it up guys.

Cheryl G. is the best customer service Sprint agent Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with!!!! I was so frustrated when I learned my Sprint bill was higher than normal. So I went to Sprint in Brownsburg and I presented my issue to CG and she immediately located the issue and took the time to explained how I could resolve it. Was not acknowledged. Guy working by himself, answering questions for gal, that obviously was not buying anything, went to door to leave 3 times. We asked if we could make a quick purchase, he acted like he was going to ring up our purchase, then told us, we were not very courteous. We said fine, keep your item. We left.

They completely steered me wrong on my last upgrade! Their inability to explain the options is only matched by their inability to explain the products. SO now Im in a contract for two years that will cost me around $30 more PER MONTH! Stay away. GO to the Sprint Corporate store at the Radio Shack by Scottys! This is a third party store, stay away!

This is the worst sprint store. Do not go for any reason. Save yourself the trouble and buy online. I called ahead to make sure they had a phone in stock, the guy says yes we have plenty. 20 minutes later Im in the store, I wait over an hour to be helped by the 1 person that was working and he says oh we havent had any of those in stock for a week. Thanks Grant Communications. Rediculous.

Wife bought a lifeproof case from this store for her new iphone. The salesman installed it and told her she was good to go. He didnt inform her to water test it before submerging it in water. The casewas improperly installed, leaked and ruined her brand new phone. The store manager only offered an apology and to refund the case leaving us with a $650 broken phone. The General Manager was suppose to call me by the end of the day to discuss this matter further. Its been almost two weeks and still havent heard from him (Andrew)... No wonder your store has such a bad rating on here.

Do NOT EVER go to this store. GO TO THE CORPORATE STORE ON MICHIGAN ROAD (about 20 minutes away, but worth it.) I brought in a defective device and was told I had to file for the warranty on LGs website on my own. I called my phone insurance company for proof of purchase. Asurion said that guy has no clue what hes talking about, Sprint does the warranty for you. They should give you a free phone. I go back the next day, I tell the dude what Asurion told me. Hes like nope, thats not right at all. Plus your phone has liquid damage. Looks like there is chocolate in the charger port. ????? He said this because my phone was incorrectly diagnosed by another sprint store I had gone to. Im like no, it doesnt have liquid damage and the litmus paper is still white. You literally have no physical evidence of liquid damage. Where do I get a second opinion. Hes like i guess you can go to the corporate store on Michigan Road. Thank god he told me that. I went to the corporate store, they hooked me up with a new phone in under 30 minutes.Tl;dr: Representative literally lied to my face multiple times. I went to the corporate store on Michigan Road, they hooked me up with a free phone, saved me from having to make a $200 dollar insurance claim.
