Theses guys run a busy shop. They offered to look and give an estimate. We left it so they could fit it in at their convenience. Turned out they fixed it that day for a great price. Great experience, Ill be back.

I took a Honda conversion van (wheelchair accessible) to them due to a bad muffler. They discovered that the part was not standard and had to be ordered from Arizona. They kept me informed during the time we waited for the part to arrive and then got the van in quickly to fix it. They were very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. They did great quality work and I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area!!

They are also very friendly...especially when I’m not familiar with car parts and have questions. Very nice staff, reasonable prices. I took my car in with a busted flex pipe. I couldnt drive it without putting earphones on. I left my car there, got it back in a couple hours. Now my car sounds smooth and quiet! They are a full service shop, not just exhaust. Will be going back for regular maintenance! Highly recommend them!

This shop is great. Every time I go there, I think that I should be paying them more money! They are straight talking and only fix what needs to be repaired. I take my 4-Runner and BMW there every time a repair is needed.

These guys did great work putting a new radiator in my corvette. I called around and they had the best quote, and they were true to it. They also let me keep my car there for a week because I was out of town. Very accommodating. I will do business there again.

I was very impressed with the Brownsburg Muffler & Service team. I was traveling to The U.S. Nationals and had a charging problem with my motorhome. I pulled with trailer in tow at 3:30 P.M. and asked for assistance. They got me right in and diagnosed my problem. I was impressed with the personal touch everyone showed me.

I highly recommend Brownsburg Muffler.Ed especially helped me out. I took my vehicle in with a suspected problem that I noticed while I was changing the oil, and after their techs looked at it, ended up telling me to save my money and just keep an eye on it. I didnt even owe anything for the inspection. I guarantee you that if I took it into a dealership, they would have done the work regardless, and charged me an arm and a leg. They have found a lifelong customer!

Depends on who you talk to in order to get fair prices for repairs! One guy quoted me $2000 for brakes and rotors when my rotors were less than 3 months old.

These guys are the best in the Brownsburg. I had engine issues that the other chain automotive shops could not seem to get fixed. I finally took the car to Brownsburg Muffler and within a day, they had the car running perfectly and the problem resolved. That was nearly 4 years ago, and the problem has yet to resurface. I recommend all of my friends and neighbors to take their vehicles there.

Rude. Went in with a very quick fix and needed an estimate on price. All I needed was a tiny bit of welding done. Jeff was overwhelmed by all 2 of his customers and was very rude when talking to me. All he had to do was take 2 minutes of his time, walk outside, look at my muffler, and give me an estimate. Thats fine Jeff, Ill take my business elsewhere.

These guys are honest, fair and good. If they cant do something, they will suggest places to go that they deal with. My fathers truck had problems that might have several causes. They only charged for the fix that worked, not all the trouble shooting.

When ever I take my car in they are quick to check it out and give me the right information that I need before they just up and charge me right off the back plus they even tell me what else is going to go wrong with my car and give me options on if I want it fixed or not I personally think it’s a great place my family have been taking our cars there for a long time.

Best most honest shop in town.

These are people you can trust. Theyre a bit of an old-time shop. They do it all, and they dont need a script to follow. I try and fix stuff myself, but when Im up against a wall, this is the first place I want to take the problems I cant solve. Theyve worked on everything from my 49 Packard to my Chrysler Sebring, and Ill be seeing them again this week.
