Run dont walk to Best Buy 1000x better customer service. Will never buy another thing here EVER! They screwed our company selling us $3000 Meili and the sales person knew it was for a company, sold us an extended warranty and then after a few repairs they reneged and said that it was not meant for commercial use-there sales persons are commission go figureThen on a personel issue we bought over $4000 in TV and stero equipment and have the extended warranty. When the TV needed service it was scheduled for a week day. They told me they would call me the next day with an ETA. I received no call so at 3:00 I called and they told me I would probaly get a call in about 2 hours, 5:00 pm???? How am I suppose to schedule my work day if I dont know until 5:00 when they are coming and I need to let them in. That is absoluely absurd. I run a company in the service industry and have 700 regular customers and do a schedule for 60-70 customers a day and they are able to get an ETA anytime after 2:00pm. and if they need it I will do it asap and work around it. Even if you do get a window what good is it when you cant schedule anything else for that day because you dont know until 5:00 the next day when they are coming the next day and most other businesses are closed already. We also have an appliance from Best Buy and this is not how they run their scheduling, its much more customer friendly.I will be spreading this to everyone I know too!
