Scott worked on our lawn mower and leaf blower last fall. We paid a premium in cash for the service. He told me I would have lifetime service for free, if I would allow him to pin our address on google as his Broomfield location. When I went to start both units up this spring, Im having the same problems I did last fall. Neither units will stay running! I figured Id just set up service, as he told me it would be free from here on out. Ive been calling him for two weeks no answer, no response, no return call! Today I had my wife call him and set up an appointment, he responded to her immediately! At this point, weve lost the money on the repair and I will likely end up buying a new lawn mower anyway. I personally would not trust this guy! Its rude and disrespectful that he wouldnt have enough decency to respond to me! I WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
