Quiet neighborhood grocery store with friendly and helpful staff. Good quality produce and meats. Less selection than the giant King Soopers nearby but plenty for my family and much less crowded. Cindy at the Starbucks in the store remembers names, faces and coffee orders for her regulars.

Was busy but vaccination appointments were handled quickly.

Better variety of foods than KS.

First and last time I’ll ever go to the location. The lady working self checkout is rude (6:30PM on a Wed). I was waiting in line, and started walking to the next open checkout. She stops me and says I can’t go but let’s someone else go. I tell her I’ve been in line. Then in her condescending tone tells me “well you’re in the wrong line”. Which would be fine is she wasn’t rude. THEN, I get to my turn in line, AGAIN, and she lets someone cut in front of me and doesn’t say a word. I about dropped all my items and walked out. It comes down to her being rude. I wish I knew her name so I could call her out. But yea, stay away and shop at Kings. They are better at treating people with more respect.

This Safeway is the BEST! I have shopped at this Safeway for over 5 years and have found their store well managed- always stocked, clean with employees who are always friendly and willing to help out. I particularly like their meat department, their treasure trove of finely marbled steaks is second to none. Oh... and as an added bonus they now sell full strength beer!

The store was very clean and they was very helpful, there in.was asked if I found everything ok ect.. Great service.

Nice store, lots of parking, has a fuel station with diesel but awfully tight for bigger trailers. Bathrooms were pretty gross.

We are the same distance to another huge supermarket. We prefer this Safeway. Its always clean and very well stocked. The best things is that it is never crowded. It seems there is usually no waiting at check-out.

I had a tire that got damaged and I needed air and I went to Safeway and their machine work perfectly for filling my tire with air. I was very grateful that they had a air machine at the gas pumps.

Love this pharmacy.Rob and them are great and friendly.The store itself is small and has a poor variety of brand/foods.And tends to be a bit more expensive compared to other larger stores.But its also a quaint and less anxiety inducing shoping experience because of this.

Clean and well stocked. Do like the Self-Checkout option for small amount of items. If I do have a lot of items, I will use the Human Interaction Checkout.

Safeway is absolutely a great choice for me and my family. Kings soopers has become horrible the past few months, kroger refuses to hire baggers, their selves are always missing stuff we need, they crowd the aisles with product displays in an already crowded store. The workers at kings soopers seem miserable as managers walk back and forth keeping an eye on cashiers and dont bother helping with bagging the groceries. Safeway was a sight for sore eyes, a grocery shopping experience I remember I enjoyed not long ago.

I love this Safeway. The employees have been there long enough you get to know them. They are always friendly and happy to help. The store is always clean and organized, the fruit and vegetables are always fresh.Keep up the great work!

Mostly do quick pick up items at this Safeway they are limited on products they carry compared to King Soopers in Erie.

I had to check the receipt twice, its so much more expensive than Trader Joes

I typically shop at the Safeway at 3333 Arapahoe in Erie, but being out running errands I stopped by this Safeway instead. I will never make that mistake again. Shopping experience very similar between the two stores until the check out. My checker first asked me if my bags were already paid for, which I can kind of understand, but a question I had never been asked before. Then as the checkout proceeded, it became increasingly clear that my checker had no intention of bagging my groceries. Jumping in to help clear the belt so that none of my groceries would start to spill onto the floor, I used my own bags to bag the items that had already been scanned. Once the checkout had concluded, the checker read out the total and printed my receipt, at which time I was expecting him to jump in to finish up the bagging. But instead, he just stood there holding out my receipt, watching me struggle. At one point I inadvertantly dropped a pkg of raspberries and they spilled out onto the floor. Still no help from the checker. At another point I had to unbag my produce to get a box of spinach in. Still no help. I think I jokingly poked fun at myself mentioned that the bagging staff make it look so easy! And as the next customer arrived, he waited patiently, waiting for me to finish before starting her checkout -since I was still in his way.Two lessons: 1) A shout out to the bagging staff. They do make it look easy. 2) The Safeway at 3602 W 144th Street in Broomfield is officially on my no fly list.I can say for sure whether this was a lack of staffing or training, but either way, not a good experience.

Well. Woman in deli was told to a man before me and then I asked a question she was rude to me. Then a nice lady filling in for the store came and cut my bread it was not her job. But she cut my bread by hand. Nice lady rest of workers just walked around. Talking to each other. Crazy I have not been there in a few years.

Prices are not competitive enough compared to king soopers but the pharmacy is quick and they do have higher quality items

Good service at bakery. No service at checkout. Bring back the old cran dip please. New kind is not good.

What a well maintained and clean market

Pretty disappointed from my recent stop at the store. The gas station was completely out of paper towels in all dispensers. Heading into the store after filling up....the interior looks like it hasn’t changed since 1970. Bathrooms were pretty sad. The prices were nearly double what you could find elsewhere (*ahem* Wal-Mart). The plus side? It wasn’t crowded. So, if you like living in the past, paying double for items, and want to stay away from people...this is the place for you. I, on the other hand, probably won’t be returning soon...

This is a newer Safeway store with plenty of parking. It is part of a small strip mall but is the most prominent building. Clean, nice staff.

The Safeway is clean and organized, however some of the produce there is not the best quality.

This I just the sandwich shop. They used pre-made bread and guac. The board says fresh bread and avocado. Fresh doesnt come in plastic bags or plastic containers.The rest is 4 star. Clean & well organized (good signage). But, my shopping list was small. So, YMMV.

This used to be our favorite spot, but after my friend brought home bread that expired the same day, slimy lunch meat, and apples rotting in a bag, we had to shop elsewhere with fresher produce. We love how friendly the staff is and the amazing deli/bakery!

One of the first stores to carry the new cereal variety packs! It has all my favorite cereals - Coco Puffs, Frosted Cheerios (Honey Nut & plain too), Golden Grahams, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Trix and Lucky Charms!!!

Staff is fairly friendly most of the time. Produce and meat is often fresh while the shelves are always stocked with everything you need. This location lacks some of the ingredients you may find necessary for more ethnic dishes. Other than that this store is neat and never dirty. This location is managed exceptionally well and always provides great service during even the busiest holiday seasons.

This store is ran by a micromanager who has no care for anyone. I went in to bring my husband lunch today with our young son and he seen us mind you he has never met me. Proceeded to follow me all around the store and when I looked he acted like he was doing something. He followed me like I was stealing!!! I felt like I was being profiled because I had a bag in my hand. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. What kind of store manager does that? The things I’ve heard I can see why the staff never stays and they are always short staffed. So I would avoid shopping here and definitely not work there!

Clean worth all the thing that gleam

Good, clean store. The staff are very helpful and friendly and have a good attitude about helping people. The app its also really nice and easy to use. I have four stars because I think Sprouts has better produce and bulk bins.

This store is always out of sale items

By far the worst Safeway around. I won’t support them any longer. Work across the way and have tried multiple times to get lunch at the deli to only be ignored or cut by some other rude customer. The deli is and always will be this stores biggest downfall. My wife works in the same shopping center and refuses to even bother anymore. Nice to grab groceries and get in and out but don’t expect any help if you need it.

The young man in the Starbucks who Name Escapes me right now, possibly Gavin, was super great and even though Im not a big fan of shopping at Safeway I happened to be in there and he was wonderful. The store is very clean. I think the front end managers could use some retraining on how to talk to people especially their staff, the courtesy clerks and I dont think theyd appreciate it either. Its going to be management I think its important you know how to talk to people with some semblance of respect

Best bakery in Broomfield! The danish are great! We love the Fruit Cream Tart! Perfect for a dinner party. We make a special trip for these treats for Sports Leagues.

Im not a huge fan of Safeway. Stores are usually poorly decorated / designed and just feel old to me. This one is nice though. Clean, Well lit, well stocked and the staff is nice.

Wouldve given 0 Star if possible. Absolutely worst grocery store!! No one to help, check out or do just about anything. Very poor selection and ALWAYS out of few good things it (occasionally) carries. Unfortunately since its the closest grocery store to us we REALLY hope it closes down and gets replaced with a reputable store.

Poor selection, poor prices. Im willing to put up with poor selection if the prices are good, or slightly higher prices if the selection is good. But having neither makes me never want to come back again. On top of that, the manager in charge of the self-checkout area lost all peripheral vision when I needed to void a purchase, which I did when I found that an item was mislabled and more expensive than I anticipated. I shall not be returning to this location again, and it casts a pall over all Safeways in general.

So tired of the terrible quality. Even though this store is super close, I usually drive by it to go to King Soopers because their quality is so much better. I dont like to buy Safeway meat, eggs, and produce because of several bad experiences with spoiled food. I still go in occasionally for dry goods, thinking that was relatively safe. Attached is a photo of a Lindt chocolate bar I got there a few days ago ($2.50 ea). The expiration date is 02/21 so its not expired, seems like bad temperature control or something. If it was occasional I wouldnt mind as much, but Ive gotten sooo many bad things here. How are they still in business??? Only reason for 2 stars is the employees are generally nice.

Worst customer service ever. We were extra friendly, trying to lighten the mood feeling like maybe she got bad news that day or something but she rolled her eyes and felt like we were inconveniencing her just by checking at at her self serve station.

I really like this store. The location is convenient and the grocery selection is good. It is extremely disappointing that the self checkout stations have been removed. I have no idea why this was done, but it was a bad decision. Definitely not a customer -friendly decision.

Other stores have better selection of fresh food and dont require a card to get decent deals. The bakery at this Safeway also frequently disappoints. Its good for prepackaged foods, eggs, milk, etc. when youre in a hurry.

This is my closest grocery store and I am always disappointed by the number of expired items. Its one of the only grocery stores I have to check every date. Even yesterday, forgot to check one item and it expired on 1/29/2018. Its 4/30/2018. Not to mention several items on the shelves had expired in 11/2017! Yikes!

As far as grocery stores are concerned in Colorado the only good thing about Safeway is it they have a Wing Bar other than that everything is highly over price I would totally recommend making the extra couple mile drive to a King Sooper better value hands down

This store has an AMAZING staff. Their store manager, Starbucks manager and the floral department went ABOVE AND BEYOND to serve me and they helped me make my Aunts birthday very special - unforgettable really! THIS is a great store!!!

Quick trip, always uncrowded, got pharmacy assistance right away, and also less than a mile from home.

Overall, this is a decent Safeway. I use it all the time, and prefer it over other grocery stores. It comes complete with a bakery, a US Bank, Starbucks, a deli, and a florist.
