Everyone at Burbank is very responsive and helpful! The quality of their work is top notch, in fact some of the best embroidery work I’ve had done! They turned around an order quickly that we needed for an upcoming trade show. Highly recommended!

I had to personalize a graduation stole for my undergrad graduation and I gave them specified details of what I would like on which side of the the stole, they said they could finish it in less than a week, and the day of me showing up for pick up, the embroidery was switched on the stoles, even though on the detailed layout it was written with labels, on what words would go on what side as well as the size of the text definitely being smaller than discussed from the initial picture.Though they didn’t charge me for my stole, I am disheartened that they didn’t pay close enough attention to detail on something that is as esteemed as a graduation stole that I will be walking with for the first time, being the first in my family, and will now not be able to purchase a new stole due to time constraints of graduation even though I entrusted this business to be able to provide a great level of service.

Burbank was the only place I called that would do my single bag embroidery. They did and excellent job for a great price and shipped it back to me.

This place is awesome! Fast and friendly service, with very decent pricing for the quality of work you get! Jesse is a great embrodier I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone! You can tell they really care about their customers given the amount of time and work they put into each order!

Top notch! The team here helped embroider a couple jackets for me - the thread is an exact match the the existing content on the jacket, and the turn-around time was exceptional. Friendly, quick and honest people to work with - will do business again.

Best place ever, Jesse is an amazing embroider who works there and he will always make sure that anything that goes through him will be done to the up most perfection. I highly suggest giving them your business and you will not be disappointed. I always try to support family owned companys. They have good prices and are fast!

I am very disappointed to be writing this review. As Burbank Embroidery was recommended to us by a reputable company who are also friends of ours. And even though Burbank Embroidery was not able to meet our needs, we would have still recommended them to others. They were very swift with getting us a sample, and the response rate. However, given the way their customer service speaks to people over the phone, there is no way we would ever recommend this company to anyone. It takes zero effort to be a kind human being, especially when you are in a customer service position. I really think this company needs to reevaluate the personality they have as the front line of communication.

Horrible Experience dealing with Dorothy Chaffee and staff. This is very unfortunate because my previous orders came out good. I sent just dozen camps to have embroidered with my companies name. Very simple, at least I thought. The turnaround time took three weeks and when I received the caps, 4 were damaged and I was still charged for embroidery costs. There was no quality control, not did anyone contact me to address the issue. After sending the email, I got a response apologizing, but there was nothing they would do to assist. Very, very disappointed because Ive worked with them in the past. Not sure if theyre under new management, but I would not refer any client or friend looking to get quality embroidery with this company.
