Great new store with experienced staff that can help with the stuff I might miss as an electrician.

Employees laughed at me when I asked to exchange my broken Klein tape measure. Any other location Ive been to has always been eager to help.

Condesending staff that tell you that you dont know what youre talking about and require proof of what you need even though you specifically ask for it by part number. Ignores customers walking in to finish small talk with other staff.
