Friendly and efficient servers staff this popular location inside the mall food court. Well worth a short wait during peak times.

I was standing in front of this place in the mall for ten minutes while the employee just ignores me and I finally say something to him and he says they dont open for another 25 minutes, even though it says they were already open! Terrible customer service and you need to update google!

Edwin was so sweet and kind he was very helpful I never got a drink from there he was very patient ! Definitely will come back thank you Edwin !

I stopped by on a Tuesday, in the early evening. It wasnt crowded, Ana was super sweet and very helpful. She let me sample whatever, with no pressure to buy. Im from Missouri, so the prices seemed a tad high, but perhaps its standard pricing for mall fare here, seemed a lot cheaper than California prices. When I finally settled on my choice, she validated it, making it seem worth it. The ice cream was tasty, but the customer service was superb!

Sweet potato fries were very good and portion size was huge too. The chocolate chip cookie was decent, but the macadamia white chocolate cookies were too hard for the sandwich.

The girl came to work after break and put her hair up, was taking peoples money, then handed me a cone without a wrapper. I asked for a wrapped cone instead. I am not going to eat a cone handled by someone who just touched her hair, the cash register, & money-gross! Safety-train your employees on cleanliness! Wear gloves at the register or put just one person at register. Take some pointers from Subway. And no more cherry ice cream was the nail in the coffin!

This was a great place. I brought my girls in and were greated with some huge smiles. Id highly recommend stopping by!

The people serving us were playing with the ice cream when we were there and we paid $12 for 2 scoops but it was closer to one. Would not recommend.

Went here last night. $9.00 for a disgusting milkshake. Got Oreo-it was old and gummy. Not even right. The main reason for my review is how rude the worker was. She didn’t even say hi-she was watching something on her phone. I told her what I wanted. The card machine messed up and she didn’t say anything or smile once because she didn’t get a “tip” for her lack of effort to actually work. What a joke. Just close this place down. I even told her thank you-she gave me the rudest gesture. I ended up throwing the milkshake away. Go get a real job. Learn how to work.

One reason why I even come to Flatirons is for this Ice Cream! Not from Colorado and this is the closest Haagen to me. Have great service from all the times I have ordered.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and the manager made a pomegranate smoothie. When I came back to ask for the correct flavor, she because cursing out her whole team. When her daughter told her that she (the manager) had made it, the manager tasted the smoothie and claimed it was banana straw berry. She then told me(with a fake, innocent smile) it was my fault and I was not going to get a refund or a new smoothie. When I had told her it was not my fault that she messed up, she threatened me with the police and said I was the rudest person she had ever met. I would not recommend that place for anyone (especially employees).I am seriously disappointed that Haagen-Dazs would allow such a horrible person manage a stand for them.

Love Haagen-Dazs, but this place is not recommended at all, bad and bitter service.
