Absolutely loved this place. Great prices. I sold some things and did a cash offer as well and received a fair offer. The store is so pretty inside. I love the decorations and atmosphere. The girls are very friendly as well.
- 0 - Horrible, Terrible, Disappointing experience with very Rude, Belligerent staff and I will explain. After driving by I noticed a sales rack with clothing outside of the business so I decided to stop by. I did find 8 or more items on the rack outside of the store that I intended on purchasing so I then went inside to browse more. As soon as I entered the store, I had only been there less than a minute I overheard one of the staff (Suzy) there telling another employee where additional sale items were(they appeared to be changing things around a bit). Overhearing what was discussed, my question to them before being rudely approached would have been if they could show me where the additional sale items were located at, but instead Suzy rudely approached me and stated you cannot try on any of the sale items and then Are those yeses? We can hold them here for you. Baffled as to why she so rudely told me immediately that I couldnt try any of the sale items on and also why she was so eager to hold the items up front as I had only been in the store less than a minute and had not implied at all that I needed to try anything on as I had just entered the inside of the store and not had a chance to browse the inside for any additional items that I may have been interested in purchasing. So I stated to Suzy that I had not asked to try anything on but before I could let them know what I really needed(I just wanted to know where the additional sale items were) another employee(Tiffany is what the employees kept calling her) approached the counter and questioned if I had ever been in the store before. I stated yes. Tiffany then stated then you should know that our customer service is top notch. I attempted to explain to Tiffany because I wasnt sure that she even realized what happened nor did she realize why I felt a bit appalled being told that I could not try sale items on as soon as I entered the store, when I did not want to or had not asked anyone to try anything on. I attempted to explain to Tiffany what happened several times not sure that she really understood the circumstance. Because of the approach, and rudeness of the staff (Suzy) , I then handed the items to Tiffany and told them to have a nice day and proceeded to walk out of the store and not purchase anything because of the rude customer service. Tiffany seemed bothered that I had given her the items back because of what had just took place and then the conversation soon escalated with Tiffany getting louder to bring attention to the conversation. I questioned why she started to speak louder, and that this whole situation could have been handled differently and that it wasnt what the employee said, it was her approach to a customer walking in the door. Tiffany stated that they tell every customer that they cant try on sale items, which I found to be strange since I had not asked or implied to anyone that I wanted try anything on and I had just entered the store. At this moment I still believe that Tiffany has no idea as to what took place but I will say this. My personal experience today was very disappointing, I was approached in a very rude demeaning manner that could have been avoided if the employee had just maybe spoke and asked if I needed help instead of blurting out you cannot try any of the sale items on when I had not asked to try anything on. Being rude, uptight, uppity and biased towards any customer as I had been treated by your employee warrants this review of your business. You never know how much I would have spent there today if your rudeness had not overshadowed the merchandise you had to offer. In the future, treat EVERY customer that walks through your door as if it could be your last. Dont be so quick to judge others like you were biased towards me today, you have lost a customer being very rude and belligerent. Rest assured I will NEVER visit this business again and will share with others who could have become return customers the horrible, rude and disappointing experience that I received from this place.
I cant say enough about Suzies and her delightful boutique. I am able to stay and try on my clothes, and even come out to talk to an employee if I want a honest opinion about the clothing-and how I look in it. All the staff are so nice and I thoughtful. You will never be treated so warmly. They only sell the topmost brands and the prices are so reasonable. I hope you stop by and see the way I feel about the store. I know you wont be disappointed !!!

I found what I was looking for and one of the associates even took the time to let me browse through some items that had just come in and werent priced yet. The buyers for the store have a great eye and choose some really beautiful pieces. I will be back!

We found this spot as my daughter and I were looking for prom formals. They really didnt have much for us as far as formals. However, we took time to check out some of the other offerings. We decided we would definitely be back.
They did not want to buy my Tiffany Ring Sterling Silver or my Givenchy Earrings today. Both in excellent condition. The owner said she could not offer me anything at all. That they were just a consignment shop and did not buy high end designer items and there just wasn’t a market for them here. I walked away feeling confused. The time before I went in and they didn’t want to buy my More casual typical mall brands and said that they weren’t in the market for those type brands. So....not sure what market they are targeting here. Hendricks county is the second highest income earning county in the state. Something doesn’t add up. Don’t waste your time with this shop because they don’t understand what they want as a business.

Seller beware! They do not buy most brands. I went in with a basket full of things that I had bought at Kohls (Gloria Vanderbilt, Croft & Barrow, and Bali bras (never worn)) most of them from summer 2016. All items looked almost brand new. Lady said that theyd call in a few days. They called me back the next day to tell me they didnt want any of my items. They get two stars because at least as a first time seller they let me come back and pick up my items. I dont think Ill be going back.
