Dishes, glassware, silverware, any type of sauté pans, cooking pots, cookware! Plenty of choices for electric appliances such as Kitchen Aid mixers, coffee machines - we are talking upscale cappuccino makers here! Napkins and dish towels, spices, olive oil and vinegars galore as well as baking mixes, candies! Not to mention bar ware, bar mixes and cooking utensils! Pretty much anything you think you might need, they have it here! The staff is exceptionally friendly- specifically Nikki! Went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for!

Just dont buy anything William Sonoma branded there, as they wont stick by it. I bought a beautiful cutting board about 4 months ago which is now warped and cracking. They just told me that the knife marks show that I dont take care of it. I am a professional chef. I know how to take care of a cutting board. Now Im going to take it to a professional carpenter who maybe has a plane large enough for it.

Everyone is very nice here. Always asking if you need help and I also found a great deal on coffee pods for $4.99 for my espresso machine.

Fantastic Williams Sonoma location at Flatiron Crossing and the closest one to my home. The customer service is always outstanding, the store is beautifully arranged, and it’s located in a convenient, easy-to-access area of the mall. They are doing a fantastic job managing COVID-19 safety protocols, as well.

Im very disappointed in the quality of my most recent purchase at W&S online.I purchased a blender, it was, of course, not inexpensive. So, last week I was making my morning ending smoothie (also not cheap) when the blender top, that houses the smoothie, got stuck! I could not get it off! I had to scramble to eat something else and get to work. That night, tried again. Tried everything. Poured soap down the sides to see if that would loosen it. Nope. So the next day I was like, Im going to have to break it open because the smoothie inside of a grossing me out at this point. I tapped it with a butter knife container is heavy plastic, and BOOM! It exploded. Everywhere. Floor to ceiling. Fermenting fruit will do that I guess. Scared me to death! What a mess. I emailed WS and the response was, Ive had it over 30 days sorry.I expected more from a company like WS. STAND BY YOUR PRODUCTS. They dont care. I wont buy from them again. I cant afford to waste money. Can you?

Ask for Gillian if youre going to invest in any of the upscale coffee machines. She is very knowledgeable & friendly.

Great selection of cookware

All products here are very high end and nicely displayed. The reason I gave a 3 star rating is because when my husband and I walked up to the register to make our purchase, the cashier looked at us like we were lost before she realized we were making a purchase. I will not be returning.

Great place to satisfy your inner cook. Kind of pricy, but all products are premium and will last you.

For aspiring cooks, chefs and bakers, Williams Sonoma is THE place to grab that special utensil, gadget or other one of kind device to make your day easier. But the price of said device can detract many people into just using a regular cooking implement. The store is always filled with festive decorations during the holiday seasons and the staff usually prepare delicious samples that are usually worth a visit alone. I find myself in this store many times just to look around and see whats new in the cooking world.

Great place, great experience. The staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with. Our favorite person to deal with has always been Carol. The best time to go here is when there is a sale. (there are often good sales)

Upon walking in we were never greeted. We stood by the knife section, which is directly in front of the registers, and no one came to see if we needed assistance. My boyfriend had to walk over and find someone to help us. They acted bothered that we were there. All the knives were on sale and when we asked what the price was after the sale discount, they again acted like it was a bother to look it up. We were so uncomfortable to ask any questions. The only personable staff member was the younger woman who rang up our stuff in the end. I was incredibly disappointed by the experience here. I didn’t realize that purchasing items in their store and having questions would be such a bother.

We attempted to return the highest end Vitamix they sell after the motor burned out on the 2nd use. We were only hoping for store credit to purchase a different model but were denied our request and were told we had to work with the manufacturer. What’s even the point of purchasing from a high end store with overpriced markups if you don’t receive the customer service you’d expect to accompany it? We won’t be purchasing from William Sonoma again - might as well find things for cheaper online.

Friendly staff great items.

We love shopping at Williams Sonoma in the Flatirons mall. The staff is so friendly and helped us with our purchase of a full Ruffoni set of cookware. It was a huge investment and they answered all our questions. There was a shipping issue with it, and we got a set of plates instead of one of the pans. We took the plates into the store and they sorted it all out.

Took my girlfriend here to get the new nespresso and a few other appliances. The staff were the nicest Ive ever met. Knew the product so well it surprised me.

Best high end kitchen gadget store around, it will cost you though.

I would suggest that the people who gave this store 1 star should come back in and try again. The staff are very knowledgeable and often candidly critical of what they sell.

Pricey, but a wonderful selection. Their Turkey gravy base is incredible.

They had free cheese samples! Near the back of the store there were tables full of goods on clearance, with some killer deals. There is a lot packed into this store, so its hard to really see everything.

My first experience with Williams Sonoma, spent 20 minutes selecting a $400 coffee maker as a gift for my husband. Was offered a 20% discount if I applied for a WS credit card. Spent another 10 minutes completing the application. I was approved for a $5000 limit and the site indicated that I would need to complete the purchase within 60 minutes to get my 20% discount. Clicked the Place Order button....sorry this site is not available?!?!?!?! Called customer service and the rep was a complete boob-suggested that I turn off my computer and start over even though I explained twice that I was in the middle of an order that I needed to complete to receive the 20% discount. I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. DO NOT BUY FROM WS! I used to think they were an upscale company but you will get better service at Walmart

Great store, lots of fun gifts

This is the last time that I will do business with Williams-Sonoma. A little over 2 years ago we purchased a top of the line 6 qt. Calphalon Elite Nonstick Essential Pan, Suggested retail price $350. As far as we know, we have cared for the pan according to instructions. Within the last two weeks the non stick surface is radically peeling off. We went into Williams-Sonoma at Flatiron Crossing in Bloomfield and asked if there was a warranty of this Calphalon pan. The attitude of the employees was go away, talk to Calphalon, we dont have any information on a warranty. It was on the box it was shipped in, as if we should have kept the box for two years and we should know it. Here is the thing everyone should know, Calphalon Elite is a exclusive partnership between Caphalon and Williams-Sonoma. Williams- Sonoma is the only company that can sell it. Yet when you have a problem, the attitude is not our problem go talk to someone else. They could have said Caphalon carries the warranty, but we will talk to someone tomorrow and find out what the warranty is or who you should call. My wife remarked that they didnt every give us a phone number to call. Here lies the rub, what is Williams-Sonoma doing to make them a value add is buying anything. There is another Calphalon suite called Signature that is rated the same as Elite. I can buy this online from Amazon and have it delivered to my house in two days. Probably for less that I paid Williams-Sonama. I didnt do that because I expected better customer service. Since that is not the case. I pose the question, what value add does Williams-Sonoma provide, and I dont think it will be enough to continue to be a viable competitor to the large on-line retailers.

Had to return the same defective product twice. Employees acted bothered and just said yea that happens all the time Taking my business elsewhere
