Robin was so fantastic!! I hate doing reviews, but this one was worth it! She was patient and answered not all my question but all my wife’s questions. I had both my kids who were under 2 with me and she was nice enough to have toys for them while we talked. She was patient while we even tested almost all the beds. We went to test sleep number and it didn’t even come close to the bed we got. She gave me two quote and worked with me all the way even after with honoring a deal we had! She was the best sells rep I have ever had! She didn’t seem like a sells rep! I wish she was my rep for all big purchases! Thank you Robin!!!

The team here is excellent and very respectful. We decided to come in on an off chance one day just to try the mattresses out and we instantly knew we were going to get one. Robin was very kind in helping us understand what the benefits of the different mattresses were and why we would like different kinds. We needed time to think about which we wanted and Robin was kind enough to come in on a day off when we decided that we wanted to go ahead and get one.If youre looking for a new mattress, I recommend these guys over something like mattress firm as they can give you the full experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the immaculate condition of this store and the customer care that i received. Especially after being honest with Robin the salesperson that helped me. I went into the store to try beds and am purchasing through a friend that is using their employee discount for me. I expected to be shrugged off and left to discover beds on my own but Robin treated me as if I bought beds there once a week. She explained everything i needed to know about the different mattresses and did so with class. Her side kick, (and store manager) Laurence was charming and knowledgeable and i just had the best time with these two while i was there. I cant turn down the savings i am getting through purchasing from my friend but I will recommend this store and its fun, thoughtful staff to anyone that i can. We wanted to replace our Sleep Number after it broke and decided to try Tempur-Pedic- we were sold immediately after trying them out at this location. Usually we would try something in store and then go home to look up more info and order online to avoid pushy sales people, but Robin was absolutely wonderful and we had a great experience and ended up wanting to order in store. She was very knowledgable and able to answer every question we had, she gave us good recommendations based on our preferences, and she was honest and transparent which was most valuable of all to us. We ended up trying out different options since we felt comfortable working with her, and upgraded our queen to a king with dual adjustments.The new bed arrived yesterday- shipping and delivery was all very easy and fast (and earlier than we expected which was great), and we love it! Would highly recommend Tempur-Pedic and especially this location thanks to Robin.

She was patient while we tried out different mattresses, bases, pillows, and configurations. We probably spent a good 2 hours picking out the exact match for us. Knows the Tempur-Pedic brand very well. I have had a Tempur-Pedic for 10 years and love it. Looking forward to the new king size one and the cooler technology.

Was on the fence for a while if I should get just a regular spring mattress but with the help of Laurence, I invested on a tempur-pedic mattress and it was the best choice I’ve made.

I think this is my 2nd review ever but me and my buddy had such a good time bed shopping at Tempur-Pedic at the Flatirons mall. TBH we were kind of expecting the salespeople to be the used car salesmans dirty distant cousins, but man were we wrong. Robin was so rad! She had us laughing while teaching us about the beds..she was so down to earth and not at all that pushy, in your face sales robot that we all expect in todays world. I almost bought a bed haha! I wasnt even the one looking! And the beds are fricking amazing let me tell you. I just wanted to say thank you to Robin and the store manager for opening up my eyes in several ways. I will think twice before ever pre judging or stereotyping anyone and I also need to start putting away some money to buy one of those beds because i am telling you I just know they are game changers. You gotta go check em out! And make sure to lay on a bed or 2 while you are there. You wont regret it.

We went to a mattress firm before coming here and definitely would recommend coming here to the Tempur-pedic store over the other places. The Tempur-pedicure store was much cleaner, had a more relaxed environment, and they had all the options available for testing. Overall, the in-store experience was much better!The guy who helped us, Billy, was awesome! He was super patient with us and our indecisiveness and never made us feel pressured or rushed!

I had been using the same mattress and box spring set for years that was bought for my wife and I as a wedding present. I was hesitant to make a change but my experience with Billy put my mind at ease. I did not know anything about the fancy new mattresses or the adjustable bases until Billy showed me just how they work and what they are all about and now im happy and comfortable. We had a friend recommend Temper-pedic mattresses but didn’t know anything about them. I called to ask several specific questions and Billy was wonderful. When we visited the store he showed us options and really listened to our needs. Robin helped as we checked out with additional helpful answers. Both were very knowledgeable. We had came in to look at pillows. When we came in we were greeted awesome. Decided to get some of the pro-pillows and wanted to discuss the price. We left and came back a little later. We looked at the website and found the matching picture and description of the pillows we were looking at. The website was $30 cheaper for each pillow. Instead of price matching or helping us out with why the website was wrong or the description in the store was different. We were told just to order the stuff online and deal with what comes. Pretty disappointed in the customer service..... especially for 2 pillows that were almost $500.

Billy helped me get set up with a lux soft king with adjustable bases. I got a great deal and he walked me through the whole process to get financed and sleeping better. I never knew pillows could change how much better you sleep until Billy fitted me for my own!

Absolutely terrible service from Billy and Lawrence. We had a good initial experience with Robin when we bought our mattress. The good ended there. I had to call several times to get updates on shipping after receiving auto updates from the carrier. Our mattress was never checked in by the delivery company. We found this out after getting the tempur pedic service line number. We were told by the person we talked to that the store could have called the same number and gotten everything figured out several days prior to our calling which would have had gotten our mattress to us a week before it will get delivered. Billy or Lawrence never called the service number. I was told by both Billy and Lawrence that I would be called back with information and an update. They never called me back. I had to call them again and again and got the same information repeated to me over and over again which was useless. I was hung up on after having excuses repeated to me over and over again.We spent a lot of money on this mattress to be treated like we were and receive the service we did. We hope the mattress performs better than the store did.

After buying mattresses online for the last five years and having to replace them year after year, we decided it was time to buy one great mattress, even if it was expensive. We had friends with a tempur-pedic mattress that they swore by, so we decided to look into getting one for ourselves. After research and seeing the 10 year warranty, you know that it is a good product to stand by. We decided to go straight to a tempi-pedic specific store and we weren’t disappointed. Robin gave us excellent explanation of all the different types of mattresses, materials, bases, specialty packages, specs and price points. Discussed financing and delivery options. We purchased our first mattress without a worry left to consider! She was attentive, helpful and didn’t even blink an eye at entertaining our very impatient toddler. She took it all in stride and with great patience, no pressure and was a great reference for every question we gave her. I highly recommend this store and especially Robin. We will get our mattress delivered soon and we couldn’t be happier!

Excellent customer service. My last Tempur-Pedic mattress lasted 12 yrs, and is still extremely comfortable, only got a new one because of a long distance move. Tempur-Pedic is the best, seriously will last years and years, totally worth the price.
