I ordered a Brunch Box which the menu simply indicated that it comes with “6 fresh-baked bagels”. I asked if I could have all of them be Sesame Seed bagels and the friendly young man at the register said he would have to check. A woman in black polo who I presumed is the team lead turned to me and rudely stated “it comes with what it comes” and went back to doing what she was doing. I then asked for clarification on which bagels does come with the Brunch Box and the answer was “several different kind”. I was pressed for time so went ahead with the order but I’ll take my business elsewhere in the future.

Poor customer service. The food was ok but they let us know they were out of a certain kind of bagel, and did not offer a refund or to replace it with another one. They also forgot our drink and we had to remind them that it was missing. I dont feel it is worth the price.

Okay, so today was just not very good service. When the manager is there everyone is efficient and getting orders out in record time. Sometimes I will walk over to the wait spot and they are already bringing out my food. Today she was not there and there was no urgency, nonchalance about timing and I waited over 15 minutes to get my bagel sandwich. There were tons of online orders and multiple item orders, but I still felt it could have been done with more urgency as I observed the staff. Also cut the bagel, when one of the gentleman is there he is up beat and always cuts the sandwich. Now there is another young gentleman that works the assembly line that is not in a positive mood most of the time and doesnt ever cut the sandwich. Small caveat I had to add. Dont work hard and give good service just because your manager is working.

I’m a manager at crumbl cookies & i was just in on 8/16 @10:40 am and had a day altering experience with one of your casheirs. i didn’t catch his name but you guys had ran out of a bagel i ordered online , your employee filled it with the best of his abilities but my mom hates whole wheat 😂 so i asked him for a plain bagel which he grabbed without a doubt for me and thanked me for being a civilized person since most people aren’t. i told him it’s a freshly baked thing that people don’t understand 😭❤️ he was the sweetest service worker i’ve ever met and whatever he’s getting paid he deserves more. customer service at its finest. such a positive attitude and pure heart. his energy was amazing. hopefully your managers read this review out and you remember me 😂❤️

They are great. The workers are very nice always smiles. Kay and Nicole are so professional. I pick bagels up and take them to hungry and homeless. These women bring them out to my van as I am disabled. Try them on 120th and Sheridan.

The last 3 times I have been to this store they got my order wrong or gave it to another person without verifying the order when there are 2 people with the same name. First problem used the wrong bagel and included an ingredient I specifically asked to be excluded. Second problem, they forgot to put the Lox on a Nova Lox Bagel and I had to return to the store to get the Lox and third problem they gave my order to the wrong person with out verifying and instead of offering any recompense for their error, they got angry with me for voicing my frustration. Horrible store.

I try to go only go to this location because typically Sheila is on the register and she is awesome. Super friendly, helpful, always remembers to ask for my rewards card and she is starting to know who I am. I like a place that feels personal. Everyone is very nice but I feel she goes out of her way and so I go out of my way to go there!

Went to pick up an order for DoorDash that’s delivering to the Omni Hotel. Customer has 10 drinks. No bag or drink carrier given. Just 10 drinks individually set on the table. How would you like me to carry those? How do you consider this order “ready” to be picked up? Waited 5 minutes to get an employee’s attention just to ask for a bag. Do better next time. Bag the drinks for the customer. Complete laziness. Would post the picture if I could.

Not impressed!! Im from the east coast. These bagels are smaller and had barely any chicken on the other half of my sandwich. 7 dollars after tax for a snack will not return.

Poor customer service: 1) when it was pointed out our bagel wasn’t toasted, the manager asked, “does it have to be?” 2) a plain fried egg we ordered was placed into a paper bag rather than something leak-proof, allowing oil from the egg to leak outFailure to follow directions: today was the second Sunday in a row our order was inaccurate and requests to correct the order were met with a lack of concernThis is a new neighborhood for us and a real disappointment.

Came in today for a sandwich and seemed as if 2 of the employees were miserable, so the customer service wasn’t the best. On top of that, the blonde lady with bangs told me they ran out of my bagel and I had to choose a new one with a very rude tone. I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer for my sandwich, but the customer service was absolute trash. Management should learn to treat their employees and customers better.

Fast service every time I go to this location. Coffee is great, bagels are greater. Huge plus because most of their bagels are vegan, they have hummus, peanut butter, and vegan cream cheese! And also they amuse us by saying our order name Pickle Rick. 😁

Place order for 4 bagels, sliced not toasted and an order of cream cheese to go , after 15 minutes asked the cashier about my order , he looks and then comes back and asked me what my order was again, at that point I just asked for my money back , no apology, nothing , great food lousy service.

Normally, we get good service at the one by my house. Today I order from their app for the first time since I am on a time schedule. I arrived a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. One the staff members comes out telling mw they are out of the bagel I wanted. Instead of waiting 15 seconds to get ahold of my son, who was the one that wanted them in the first place, she goes back in saying Let us know what you want. I called their number four times, just to end up going in to pick up my order. I am so irritated by this, and when I tell her I tried calling, she was like Eh, must be our phones. So disappointing.

Enjoyed breakfast here one day when the neighboring coffee shop was out of control. Breakfast was great. The coffee had free refills, and the double egg bagel was awesome. Highly suggest it!

My son work at this Einstein bagels For 5 months with no problems Did a good job.Then the manager decides she wants to get rid of Him and never said a word to him just did not put him on the schedule Because she hires to many people and doesnt have the courtesy to tell him that she is going to let him go. What a horrible person what a great way to make someone feel good about their job. By just not saying nothing to him and letting him go for a week he contacted her and she ignored him. My opinion that manager should be fired.

I came back to this place very early this morning little before 6am to give it another try because it is closest to where I live. They improved so much. They have three persons working on the counter. Good service. The cashier take off his glove when handle the cash register and put the glove back on when pick up bagels. Another person make my bagel sandwich. I didnt look to see whether he/she wearing gloves because I was busy pick out a dozen bagel. I assumed that person wore gloves. The place is much cleaner too. I appreciate Einstein listen to their customer comment and improve on sanitation. At least the cashier did not handle cash and food wearing the same gloves.

Wonderful scene

My gosh, has it been a month already!? Read the menu carefully. They put a schmear on things you might not expect it on. Cream cheese is gross. (Not theirs specifically, just as a product and a concept.)

It was super busy and not enough customer support. There was 2 people doing everything and then finally 3 others came out. My bagel was supposed to be toasted and warm and it wasnt since I was already there so long I just left.

Just went in and stood there for 4 minutes. One person on front of me being helped at the register. None of the other 4 people acknowledged my existence so I put the water back and left. Went next door to Starbucks where I was greeted walking through the door and got friendly conversation throughout the experience.

Always a nice place to go. They were fast and friendly . I love their rewards program. They have great offers and you get a lot of free things earning points.

Good bagels and friendly staff. I went in for the box of a dozen assorted on a Sunday morning. Other stores have boxes pre filled and cut that make it a little faster during busy times. This store should think of doing the same

I went in this morning for a french toast bagel sandwich, latte, and cherry pastry. The person at home loved the cherry pastry. My french toast bagel sandwich was good; hadnt had one before. The location seems pretty busy and Ive been in twice. The staff is always friendly which is great and the crew member remembered me which was awesome. Ill continue to come back to this location to support them.

Edit my review.. On 1/3/2016 I went here with my family to get a dozen bagels at 10:45 Am but they were out of bagels? How in the world is a bagel place out of bagels? This is all you do! I will no longer be going here!The parking lot is tiny and they share it with a Starbucks so good luck finding a place to park :-(

Their bagels and bagel sandwiches are awesome. We always get a farmhouse breakfast sandwich and a mushroom swiss egg white sandwich on a thin plain bagel. I do not like the ancient grains bagel. This location is also very busy. Even though there were plenty of people working, the line was super long and it took forever to get our food.

Literally just left this location and all I can say is I have never seen such a low amount of customer service in a business before period you could tell the cashier hates his job is not happy to be there and has no problem treating customers with 0 respect. Will definitely not be returning to this location again suggest that everyone stay away as well

I love these bagels. Guess I will have to go to Ashland to get some. Grants Pass does not have one. I was in Northglenn, Colo. In May and again the end of June so I had my bagels there at that time.

I was visiting the Bloomfield area from Long Island, NY. NY is known for their bagels so when a friend suggested Einstein Bagels, I laughed. Well I was pleasantly surprised. They had so many varieties and the flavors were unique. They were softer than what Im used to, but I enjoyed them especially the French toast and Mac and cheese ones. I will never make fun of Einstein Bagels again.

I love this place, but after catching the manager switching the date stickers on the veggies when I went in really early, I will not go back to this location! Good thing theres one a mile south.

The place was busy. They got my order all wrong. I asked for a flavored cream cheese and they gave me plain, I asked for a double toasted it came barely warm. Such a disappointment. But they got their money!

First time in. Ordered one bagel sandwich and the bagel was still raw in the center. The other sandwich was just as bad. Also ordered two drinks and asked for cream in both and we received them black. People squeezed inside the store we didn’t bother to say anything at the moment.

The only reason this place survives is they are next door to Starbucks. Don’t get any kind of sandwich, they don’t understand that someone wouldn’t want all the toppings piled on one side, it’s almost comically low effort. Just get bagels, but beware, they rarely make enough of certain flavors and don’t seem to understand that they can adjust how many they make of each type. Slow service, always a line. Bagels are ok, but this place is a joke.

Called to make a pickup order, the person that answered could not hear me so I had to repeat my self 4 times, just to be put on hold heard employees talk in the background about how they are confused. After 5 minutes of being on hold I got hung up on, I called back and another lady answered, I told her that I was on hold for 5 minutes and that I was hung up on, and she did not even acknowledge that, no sorry no nothing, she just asked me what I need. So I told her I need a pickup order, told her what I needed for food. After i ordered she told me that when i come in i still need to wait in line to pay for the food.......Cant i just go around people that have not ordered yet since my food is ready? I guess not i get to wait in line for people to order food after i ordered mine over the phone.Rude and worst customer service EVER! Will never go back to that location, they do not care for their customers.

Been sitting in their drive through about 35 minutes. Theyre averaging about 10 minutes per car. What a joke.

This location never answers their phones. I’ve tried calling three times in the last month on weekends and weekdays and I get no response. Because Einstein’s has a tendency to run out of their gourmet bagels before noon my boyfriend and I like to call to make sure what we pay for on the app is what we get. Unfortunately, that’s not an option at this location.

Unfortunately having to change my review. Two years ago this location was the best. Im not sure where all the awesome friendly employees went, but they are horrible here now. My drink is never made correctly. I went in the other day and the doors were unlocked, yet they decided they wanted to close an hour before their hours posted. When walking in the woman was extremely rude and said they were closed. Walmart door greeters give better customer service than the employees here. Please hire people who love their jobs, and actually try to be friendly and helpful.I went in at a slow point in the day with my boyfriend to chill and grab a bite to eat. The bacon egg and cheese bagel is SO delicious! The employees there were both really friendly and we overheard them talking about PUBG- Definitely a fan of this location!

Sunday a.m. it was packed, line to door. They were short staffed with ppl on vacation and ppl called out sick, staff was super friendly, calm cool and collected, yes it was a bit off a wait, however that crew ROCKED IT!!! KYLE at cashier was amazing! Thank you!

The employee taking orders behind the counter was just plain rude. She took 2 of our partys orders then when she came back to the counter she absolutely refused to take my order. She said that I had to place my order at the cashier even though she just took 2 of our orders. She was a bit mean about it too even after I asked why she couldnt take my order. At least the bagel tasted okay... But their service is a disorganized mess of people doing things on their own and no one working together.

They were out of all the major bagel varieties when I went on Labor Day morning. They probably had half of the varieties not available. I get they were probably busy all morning but it was the attitude that was received that will make me never come back. It wasnt just me that got the attitude when asking for a bagel which, in turn, got a drill Sargent like response that they couldnt slice or toast them. No explanation or any suggestion of an alternative in any way that would be called polite. This one star review is for the lack of availability of product as well as a terrible customer experience.This is a giant chain restaurant company so I doubt they will care about my review.

The kids who run this place which appear to be brother and sister offer genuine five star service. I frequented this location for my campfire mocha Caribou Coffee and Santa Fe breakfast bagel with a couple shmearfuls. However Im now forced to go to ivibe because you no longer carry campfire mocha or more importantly my marshmallow toppings. Unfortunately you you folks lost a customer.

I gave Einsteins another try and it was disappointing. The management must have changed because it was messy/dirty in the store and the bagel baskets were lacking in variety. The prices are ridiculously high for ONE bagel with a smear. I asked to have it toasted and it was barely warm when I went to eat it. And, the coffee was luke warm. Seriously? I will not be back.

The coffee was good. The bagels were good. Only criticism is that the bagles werent sliced half and half. More like 80/20, but that pretty darn minor. Customer service was perfectly acceptable.

I am not a bagel person, but my friends go there for lunch so I go too. Today I asked for just the chicken salad, no bagel and they were going to charge me the regular price. I declined. Do you know a bagel is the same as 8 slices of bread? Seems ok as far as bagels go!

Bagels are good. Customer service is indifferent, as always: no acknowledgement of waiting customers, no eye contact, no smile, no service. It is ridiculous that this location would not accommodate my request to purchase a glass/cup of nonfat milk (no coffee, just milk), when I am able to buy that from other Einstein locations. Not everybody in the world drinks coffee.

The times they are achangin!I used to stop here all the time. It’s been awhile since I have however and it will be my last. Parking was full, not unusual but very few people were here. They have migrated over to Starbucks.Service was great.Coffee was cold.I watched a worker cleaning the coffee counter, a timer goes off on a pot of coffee, she resets it, never returns. Half of the four are empty and the one non-flavor is cold. Yes, I emptied the poorly designed spout that holds 1/2 cup of coffee, but I think your heater is off.Good help is hard to find and keep in good economies. Not being able to recruit and retain good employees is a pure management fault.You need to do more than contac owners. I suggest you in-franchise them!*6/10/2019 update. This location had shown improvement over the last 6 months until today. Coffee timers were reset by front counter personnel and several didn’t have counters. I sat outside for 30 minutes and went inside or coffee refill, counters still said 0.00, no one bothered o make fresh coffee so I just went next door at Starbucks. Bagel was great, as was the delivery very fast.

I constantly get mixed shmear here, and I dont understand how that happens. Ill order one flavor, but there will be bits of other kinds mixed in. The only thing I can assume is they use the same knife for each order, which results in disgusting food. Most of the time, they will put a minimal amount of shmear on the bagel, and the bagels are often very dry, and if you get it toasted, theyre good at burning them. So, all around, it isnt worth it. Ill go out of my way to go to another Einsteins now if I can help it.

I’m giving a two because the lady is very nice. But I honestly go out to eat in the morning to get a nice breakfast and get a lot of caffeine to wake up. Second day in a row.. How am I suppose to wake up with watered down tea that has no flavor? I’ve loved the mango black tea and now the color is almost green tastes like water. It’s like you guys are trying to cut corners to be cheap. I’ve been a loyal/regular for years but this is might turn me to Panera instead 🙄.

Einstein never contacted me despite their promise to do so. Today I went in to get my favorite sandwich and it’s gone. Removed from the menu. Morons. There’s no reason for me to ever return. I have 8 visits in the last 4 months, but they don’t care about customers, just profit.Old review: I stopped gong after I went in there around lunch time, like 9 times in a row, and they were out of green chile bagels for their awesome green chile club sandwich. I even emailed their customer service team, and they asked me what location it was, then never responded again. All subsequent emails and requests went unanswered. These guys used to get a lot of business from me, but now they get none.

My daughters and I love going there afyer swimming classes. Great fresh bagels and sandwishes.. 😉

I have been here when this location is super busy and super slow. Staff does get frazzled when its busy but they are awesome when it is slow. To make it better who doesnt like unlimited refills of Caribou coffee.

Showed up at 3:40 pm wasnt able to get coffee, any egg on my sandwich and they locked us in the store. Which is a fire code violation. They also started vacuuming while we were eating. I will never come back again.

Have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Once got veggies that were rotten and when I took it back to get something else had the cashier argue with me that what I was getting as a replacement was not cheaper and that no she would not refund me the difference. I have more than once received sandwiches that were missing items and then told we must be out of that. I normally only go to this location if the other Einstein (which has been great every time) is not on my way.Gave this place a try again and got a sandwich with rotting spinach on it.

Ive been coming to this store for years for now. Employees at this store used to be happy, enjoyable, always greeted me when I came in the door. But the last year it has gone down hill considerably. The store is usually understaffed at the worst times. The order before you pay cashier is never open anymore leaving the one cashier up front overwhelmed with phone calls, orders, coffee making, etc. Furthermore, the cashier that I have dealt with about 99% of the time is not happy to be there at all. When she talks to you she stares out the window and talks in monotone. This morning I had a different cashier and she just didnt have good customer service skills. She was confused by a customers order and in clear frustration she turns to the cook and asked her what the customer orderd completely embarrassing the customer and causing him to apologize over and over again. After that customer the cashier gets a phone call for a pre-order of bagels. The cashier out right tells the caller in clear irritation Im sorry I cant take your order Im too busy, I have a line of customers in front of me. The customer on the phone hung up on her and the cashier then says, she hung up on me, I dont care I dont have time for that. No manager should be putting their employees in a position like this or putting an employee with poor customer service skills out in direct contact with customers. Ive always loved coming to this place but lately its just been plain uncomfortable.
