Helped me with an oil change problem performed by another establishment. Normally go here but was having recall work done at the dealership so had it done there. Faulty oil filter caused a leak that had oil leaking & oil was all underneath. What a mess. Theses guys changed the filter & put oil I at no charge to help a customer. Really appreciated the kindness. I will be back.

Usually these places try to take advantage of teenage girls, assuming they know nothing about cars and therefor charging for useless stuff. They did not. They treated me just like everyone else in there, even making polite conversation. They were even cool with my dog, who I try not to leave home alone. And they gave me an extra discount because I had to wait a while. The only problem is the button to reset my oil apparently broke at some point (not necessarily by them) so now I will ALWAYS be told that I need an oil change right away.

Cary the manager was very friendly and professional, he kept in contact with me while my truck was there and gave me updates. They did a good amount of work to my truck and were able to get it done quickly. I was happy with the price for the amount of work done. I would definitely recommend and return to this shop.

Needed brakes and rotors replaced. Warranty covered with great service. Sometimes you get treated like its your fault when things need to be replaced and get treated poorly.. Not here, very professional. Gary, the manager, is a great pleasure to work with.

I dropped my car off for an alignment at 4pm yesterday with the promise of an hour to an hour and a half. I got a call an hour later saying that the vehicle before me apparently dropped all its brake fluid while on the alignment machine. I could either pick up my unworked on car, or wait till today. I chose today. When I got in I was bluntly told they werent able to do any of the work, machine was broke, and to go somewhere else. I understand equipment breaks, but the general lack of communication around not doing the work, and the fact that after all of this effort, I still have to go get an alignment somewhere else.On a positive note Cary (not sure how to spell his name) in the front office was awesome when I worked with him yesterday and spoke with him on the phone about the difficulties.

Cost $20 more than the dealership, but could schedule an appointment. ($370 here versus $350 at dealer)Booked for Thursday at 1:00 on the Monday before, they needed my part driven from a near by store.On Thursday the part hasn’t been brought over for my appointment. They called the guy at 11:38 and he showed up at 2:10….. Lafayette to Broomfield was the drive.Wasted my time and charged more than a dealership.Not the worst service I have ever had from a shop like this but I won’t be back.

I called the day before and they were able to get my car in as soon as the next day! I was dealing with a weird airflow problem that I had previously taken to different places where the problem was “fixed” yet still went out, then I went to Meineke, and they not only fixed the problem but also added to a dye so if I had a leak I would be able to tell and could bring it back! The customer service was great, and I definitely plan on going back!

Brought my truck in for a A/C check and brake bleed. Was found that I needed a A/C control panel. I was charged $340 for the part when online it was anywhere from $95-to$195 at Autozone. Then in addition my brake flush and bleed left my brakes worse off than when I came in and my brake light on. All this for an outrageous $660 bucks. Had to take some where else for a flush and bleed and it cost $89 vs their $140. The gentlemen at the desk was nice, but that is all I can say that was positive. Would not recommend...

This was simply the fastest, most care free car care experience I have ever had! From the office to the shop, everyone was pleasant personable and down to earth! I felt comfortable to ask questions and felt that everyone actually cared about me and my car. I knew going in that my brakes were in a really bad place and from previous experiences, I was fairly certain it would take a few days to get the parts and the complete the work. The turn around time was less than 24 hours from the time I dropped off my vehicle till pick up, and would most likely been same day if i was able to bring it in before noon. I will be returning for most if not all of my future work on my vehicles.

IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Toyota said the oil filter was not seated correctly and the engine had no oil. Thats what caused the engine to seize up. You took responsibility because it was your fault and even told me this happened to several other vehicles. I also just posted a pic of the oil spill where my truck was parked. My truck was finished on a Saturday and I picked it up on Monday, wheres the 3 additional days for the rental car? Also, I didnt even get a rental car until you had my truck for 3 weeks, then you finally provided a rental car, which I had to use my debit card for the deposit. My windshield did not have any existing cracks, you broke it.UPDATE: TLDR They messed up my oil change that led to a blown engine. Though they covered the replacement, it took them over a month to replace the motor with an engine that had more miles than my original engine and still had to take it to Toyota to fix things they missed.On June 9, 2019 my vehicle broke down on the highway and stranded my wife and 8 year old son. The vehicle was towed to an unknown location which appeared to be a junk yard. I had the vehicle towed to Toyota for the initial assessment. Toyota looked at the vehicle and determined the motor was blown due to lack of oil. After further assessment Toyota recommended Meineke inspect the vehicle since they changed the oil on June 5, 2019. The vehicle was towed to Meineke, assessment conducted, and confirmed the vehicle lost all oil from the filter housing, which was installed incorrectly by Meineke. The facility accepted responsibility and agreed to replace the motor. The experience was terrible because of the lack of communication from the manager Rob and the new owner Tammy. They would say, “the truck will be ready Friday.” I would call on Friday several times, no answer. Then, I would physically go to the office. They would then say, “It’ll be done Tuesday.” Then, Friday I would go through the same process again and again. I finally got my truck back on July 15, 2019 along with a cracked windshield, which they paid to replace. That’s right, they had my truck from June 9 to July 15. Then, on July 21, exactly 6 days later, my truck starts failing. The check engine light was also on. At this point I took it to the Toyota dealer because I don’t trust them to work on my vehicle anymore. They found a faulty ignition coil and the spark plugs needed to be replaced. Considering they had my truck for over a month, I can assume this is the lack of attention to detail that led to my motor blowing initially. On top of that, the windshield wiper fluid hose wasn’t connected, and the fluid levels were low. This vehicle was purchased brand new by me and well maintained, had excellent running condition, no misses, no misfires, and all maintenance performed as required. Another issue I had is they said they would replace my motor with an engine that had less miles. After they complete the job, they tell me, this engine has more miles than my original engine. Terrible experience and communication all together. Buyer beware and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Heres my original review. I used to really like this place under the old owner, but they seem to have serious issues and I wont be back.Got a oil change and noticed when I got home my truck was leaking oil. I took it back about a week later, because of my schedule, and they found a crack in my oil cap. They ordered a new one and topped off my oil. Good work! I bring all my vehicles here and have been for about 2 years.

Wow, what a difference a new ownership makes! Id had some not so great experiences here in years past,, but that seems resolved.. Cary and James, the technicians, were friendly and professional. They assessed my vehicle issue, provided photos of the problem, provided a reasonable and accurate estimate, didnt try to upsell, and completed the work in under two hours! Ive been going to this Meineke for two years now and they do a great job! The manager Kerry doesnt just treat you like a customer but a real person. He listens, advises and really knows how to take care of people as well as the cars. The service they provide of driving you home while your car is getting fixed and/or picking you up is also a huge perk that I really appreciate.This business is highly productive and professional when it comes CoVid as well. More problems were discovered along the way, and they notified me of these problem and explained why they went wrong and how it affects the vehicle.Getting to spin the wheel before paying for my services definitely saved me a good chunk of money and I appreciated how personable their staff was! It was convenient, close to my place of work and I could drop it off before work and pick it up after work while they changed my oil. I do feel however the cost for an oil Change was way too much! Im used to paying around $40.00 for an oil change and I was charged close to $80.00. This is rediculous pricing! I dont know that I will come back.

I’ve been using this Meineke for several years now, and they are very honest with repairs needed and very quick and reasonably priced to do the work. On my last visit, they shared a summary of the cars inspection work with pictures, which enhances the trustworthiness of the whole experience. Cary is a very kind and caring manager, who answered my call after hours and went above and beyond to help troubleshoot car issues I was having. I would definitely recommend this location!

Great place to get all services done on your car. Was there just today and got great help with everything that I wanted to accomplish. None of the employees were wearing masks, despite the state ordinance requiring everyone to wear them indoors. When I asked them about it, they said they didnt wear masks there because it was too hot (this was said inside an air conditioned room) and they couldnt breathe well in them. They should at least wear them inside the lobby when interacting with customers 2 feet away. The car bay is probably well enough ventilated where they can get away with not wearing masks.They even had we practice safe maintenance written on their marquee. Sure, Jan.

MISQUOTED AND MASKLESSSign says they practice safe service, yet every employee gathers in the small shop office without a mask (often even when customers are present, and even after I told them I couldn’t be in a room without masks, one employee Still turned around and pulled his mask down for a drink while I was paying)Went to get my suspension checked (as my wheel was a little shaky at times) and also to get my brakes fixed (had been squealing)Upon inspection, they sent me an immediate recommendation to replace my front brakes and a “future attention needed” for “worn” shocks - in reality my spring was somehow Broken, not worn, but was only pointed out to me in person (by a maskless tech) after I overpaid for the brake service.They quoted me $350 to fix my front brakes, or $125 for the diagnostic fee if I didn’t get any work done with them. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they said it would cost $450 due to shop supplies, taxes, and topping off fluid (they mentioned no charge over the phone)I tried to debate (from the doorway, as I couldn’t justify standing in their office for long) and got the price down to $399 - but I would have paid the $125 and done the brakes myself if I had known this would be the case.They suggested replacing all 4 struts and several fluid lines. (To the tune of over $2k)After getting a second opinion, my rear struts are fine, and only one fluid line is leaking (and dripping onto the others).

It was disappointing. Will not use again. The mechanic managed to leave greasy hand prints all over the car and it looks like he spilled oil all over the top of the engine. Not very professional..He also spilled everything out of the glove compartment without a word of apology or anything else. I went here thinking it wouldnt be the slop job walmart did. Disappointing.

I had a feeling before I’d even arrived at Meineke that this was going to be a good experience. Sometimes you just have a feeling, ya know? I pulled up, not knowing where to park and called to see when I was met with a very pleasant greeting and I was instructed to leave my car right where I was and to come in. :). Then a gentleman coworker approached and asked me to move my car, and when I told him what I’d been instructed he was also so very pleasant! I use that word intentionally because as we know, “pleasant” isn’t often correlated to any facility dealing with car maintenance or repair. Am I right? Then I go into the store to be met by the man on the phone, Terry is his name. He was professional, kind, & patient with all he communicated with and to. The man who changed my oil was also very courteous, although maybe music on your device while walking through a public place of business isn’t maybe the BEST place to enjoy your... 🤔 was it rock? Haha anyway you catch my drift... There was one man that was... he seemed extremely... angry? He cussed a lot which I do as well but another man in the waiting room voiced his opinion in a fun judgy kind of way. 🙄. Maybe too much coffee, or Covid... who knows! Anyway maybe he could reserve his expressions for a place where it’s fully accepted.😁.More importantly though, I absolutely believe in the integrity of this establishment. That isn’t said lightly as finding a place to take your vehicle and leaving feeling better than when you got there is... a diamond in the rough! Fast service. Alternator went out the Thursday before 4th of July everyone else was closed the entire weekend but they got us in Friday morning and had the car back to my by Friday night when I was taking it would at least take 2 days this is including diagnosis and repair. Everyone was helpful and respond right away!

Ive had great service at this place every time Ive been there. Most recently, we needed an oil change as well as some repairs to a seatbelt and door handles.The folks here went above and beyond what we needed, for an excellent price, and Kerry was very straightforward with us and kept us updated. The shop even sent a detailed diagnostic report afterwards so we know whats in good shape and what the car may need in the future.If youve had problems with auto shops overcharging you or being dishonest about what your car needs, come here instead. Theyll treat you right.

Outside of my last experience I would have been a regular here.The same mechanic worked on my vehicle all four times I came in. First, an oil change, then to replace four broken door handles on my vehicle. To start, I made an appointment for every visit, but my car wasn’t worked on until 45-52 minutes later every single time. Second, they originally quoted me $120/one hour of work to replace all four. It ended up taking an hour on the first two door handles. Ok, whatever it was an estimate.I come back to get the last two handles replaced and the mechanic is saying it will take two hours to finish the last two. Carey/Kerry at the front was not part of this negative review. He was always kind and professional. He sprung into action and showed the mechanic how to jump whatever hurdle the mechanic was having with the back doors. Suddenly 30 minutes later, the guy is done with my car. I leave very pleased with the 30 minutes vs. 2 hours the guy said it was going to take. But it should have been a red flag. I didn’t even check his work until 2 days later when I try to use my back doors. They won’t open. His work was incomplete and the door handles weren’t actually connected to the mechanism that opens the doors. Ok, I didn’t check his work, but why didn’t he check his work??? And if he did, he knowingly gave me back my car without informing me that they weren’t functioning...either way, WHAT???I come back in, Carey/Kerry comes out to look and tells me they aren’t connected and they will fix it for me. Again, it’s 45 minutes after my appointment time at 8am (when they open) when my car is still sitting in the parking lot. I finally decide to say something to Carey/Kerry about it. He tells me the mechanic is trying to finish a car he’s been stuck on for three days, but goes in and tells him to start on my car. Thank you! The guy comes out a short time later, clearly frustrated, saying that that mechanism that opens my doors is broken. That the door handles are actually connected, but it’s broken and was already broken. This doesn’t make sense since they worked with the nub of a door handle I had left when I brought it in. I immediately point this out and ask him to show me the broken piece. This threw him - he did not expect me to question what he was telling me and ask to be shown. He stumbled on what to say and was getting angry. He said he needed to go take off the door panels first in order to show me - WHAT??? How can you tell me it’s broken if you don’t even have the panels off yet??? Seriously, WHAT???While I’m waiting for him to take the panels off to show me this broken piece, I ask Carey/Kerry if he’s willing to come look at it with me. He has a great character and I trusted that he wouldn’t screw me over. He of course said “absolutely.” Suddenly the mechanic comes out and very quickly grumbles angrily, “your car is done” and disappears to the back. I’m left there sitting confused without an explanation. The last thing he told me was that they were broken. Carey/Kerry starts walking outside with me to make sure the work is done correctly this time. I say, “so it’s not broken??” Kerry tells me that the mechanic was missing a connection and that they are working now. Ok, great!! He even apologizes about that guys anger, but ultimately dismisses it because his frustration supposedly stemmed from the vehicle he was struggling with for three days. Whatever, that is no excuse for the mechanic to treat me like that!Why did that mechanic tell me it was broken before even investigating? I am a young girl, and he wasn’t expecting me to question him. If I had been more gullible I would have left that day having paid for the improper installation of two door handles that didn’t function. That’s not ok!!! And it doesn’t make it ok that I got what I needed because I stood my ground. I shouldn’t have to stand my ground in order to not be taken advantage of. I no longer trust that mechanic and will not be returning. THAT mechanic lost you a regular customer...and I had quite a few more things to get fixed.

Ok this is the first time I write a bad review.I made an appointment at Meineke a week ago for this past Tuesday. I called to confirm early in the am, I was surprise to hear they didn’t have the parts, same gentleman promised to call me right away to let me know. I didn’t get the phone call as I was promised; next day I call them back and I was asked to come back on Friday. I arrived at 11:30am they said the car was going to be ready in 1 hour. I waited for 2 hours to find out they didn’t even touched my car, no explanations, I understand unexpected things can happen so decided to give them another chance and asked if my car was going to be ready in 1 hour? They confirmed it will be ready in another hour. As a side note I had to cancel all my appointments of the day…An hour and a half went by and the car is not ready they hardly even touched the parts. At this point, I requested a logical explanation and at least an apology; The gentleman in charge of fixing my car was really rude and started to argue with me. I am very patient person avoid confrontations so I left. I basically waisted almost 5 hours for nothing.An hour ago I contacted the owner, I explained the situation the best I could and asked what was the best way to fix this issue, well she was extremely rude, no wonder her employees have zero respect for customers. She told me they don’t provide the services I was offered and stated she was not responsible for all the troubles they have caused me. I told her I was going to write a review so that other customers are aware of their bad business model she yelled at me and told me that I can do whatever I want. No one deserves to be treated this way. I waisted a whole week trying to fix my car not only that but I got mistreated by the people who work and run this business. Neighbors be aware.

My check engine light came on right after leaving after I got an oil change. Ive never had the check engine light come on before. I also just had the owner call me and yell at me for leaving a one star review and try to tell me that the check engine light was on before I brought the car in. I took a picture of my dash before bringing my car in, as I always do, and theres no check engine lights. They also didnt complete tire rotation that comes with oil change. Now my car doesnt start. Its smoking. Due to being overfilled with oil. I will be sending meineke an invoice for damages.

Great experience!I took an older car of my wife’s that had been sitting and in need of pads and rotors for front and back. I was planning on needing to pay for both, but when Rob at the front desk called with the quote he let me know that the car only needed the front done. Cut my already very reasonable verbal quote in half!! Great to have some honesty when I had already told them that it needed both.This car also had a broken outside door handle on the driver door. I had ordered the part sometime ago but never took the time to tear the door apart and put it on. I gave him the handle to have his team change out. When I showed up to pick up the car and pay the bill he told me no charge for installing the door handle.Rob and his team at Meineke we’re honest, fast, and super friendly. I had my CV axels replaced. I was leaving on a trip the next day, so time was critical. They had incorrect parts delivered to them by the parts people. They saw me right away got me right in and out within 30 minutes. Great service and very friendly. It ended up being a very simple fix and they did not charge me. A colleague of mine uses this shop all of the time, it is just right down the road from our office. We also get the company car serviced here too. Highly recommend.

I came in early Friday morning (yesterday) without an appointment - just hoping I could wait and they would fit me in for an oil change. Rob took me in right away. I also had a special request - a long shot at best. Id lost my wedding ring while putting lotion on my hands. In the blink of an eye it flew into the tiny opening at the emergency brake handle. Id put off having the area disassembled to look for it because Id been quoted up to $150 by 2 other places. In about 45 minutes I had my oil change and my wedding ring!!! These guys rock. If youve not been to this Meineke in a while, do yourself a favor and come back. Super courteous, fast, and - oh...did I mention? They didnt charge me for finding the ring! Theyre amazing. We are repairing our 96 jeep at home. Its the only vehicle we own can not affored new or used we are retired live on one ck SSI and can not take to an auto repair they want way to much. We needed one end of the new oe catalytic converter expended we were not getting it done right and being that neither one of us are a professional mechanic or a magician.They took 5min. Great experience! The office manager was extremely pleasant. Arrived at 9:00am without an appointment and was out at 10:15. The price was fair especially with a $20 Off coupon. The price of the full synthetic was $20 better than the dealership price for the synthetic blend. Tire and brake inspection showed Id probably be due for front brakes at the next oil change.

Fantastic experience. Was able to call and get a same day appointment for oil change. No BS up charges or claims that additional services are imminently needed like you so often get at dealerships. Staff was friendly and also gave me (and other customers present) a coupon we didnt even know was out there for the oil change. Highly recommended, this is the only place I plan to come for service from now on.

Initial appointment was on June 30th for muffler repair which resulted in new rear brakes, pads, rotors, knuckles, ABS sensors, coils (4) and spark plug wires and plugs, and valve cover gasket.. The mechanic, (Cheyan), that worked on the car was great and honest replacing the faulty parts. After numerous call (20+) the work was completed on July 21st due too incorrect part orders and vending shipments. Beware of the price markup on all parts, some were 450% above online retail and would suggest you purchase them be you can.

PLEASE READ! Someone at Meineke flagged my review until it was removed, seems like a cover up! I know another man who also went through this same thing, I found him through YELP and I see up here a month ago another man is going through the same. I purchased my vehicle brand new and it did not have any issues before taking it to Meineke. I took my car into them in May to get an oil change, they ended up putting the wrong filter into my vehicle which resulted in a blown engine due to lack of oil. All the oil ended up draining from the vehicle due to the wrong filter being installed. I did not get my car back until this week, so that is almost three months without my vehicle. I had to wait for their insurance to finally give me a check for a new engine. I am shocked that this has happened to someone else, they need to make sure their mechanics check over the parts theyre putting into customers vehicles. Cars are a huge investment, and also a big contribution to peoples livelihoods, I had to pay for a rental by myself for 3 months until my car was finally fixed by them. Once it was fixed I finally got reimbursed for the rental, that was months of struggling to make sure I could still pay all my bills on time while paying for a rental so I could get myself to work all due to their terribly irresponsible mistake. I hope whomever put the wrong filter into my vehicle has been terminated and they hire more responsible employees because a simple oil change shouldnt have resulted in a blown engine and almost 3 months without my vehicle. UPDATE: I HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE BACK FOR ONLY 2 WEEKS NOW AND THE USED ENGINE THEY REPLACED IT WITH IS MISFIRING! Engine light is on, when will this nightmare end??? BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! ALSO UPDATE 2/15 I am completely without this vehicle now due to their negligence! They totaled my car! And I saw that someone a month ago left a review on google that they also put the wrong filter in his car, what kind of scheme are they running?!

I took my car here for an oil change and brake job. I was told by their technician that I needed both front and back brake pads and front and back rotors. I thought this was suspicious. I was told that it was normal for them to replace the pads and rotors together EVERY TIME which I knew wasnt correct. I proceeded to take my car to Brakes Plus to find out they lied about the state of my back pads (they were only about half worn) and like I suspected my rotors were fine. I definitely feel like they were trying to take advantage of me, a woman in her 20s. I would have spent around $800 for the brake job at Meineke WITH a $50 off coupon. Instead I got a lifetime warantee premium brake pad job at Brakes Plus for what I actually needed for $180 after coupon. I usually dont write poor reviews as I know this is only one experience but over quoting someone by $600 is not acceptable and made my day very stressful.

I thought I had lost a bracket (?) that held one side of my muffler and called Meineke in Broomfield to ask if they would be able to fix it. I was told to come by and they would look at it. It was a few days before I did, but when I did they looked at it and told it wasnt a bracket but some other damage when I had backed over a concrete barrier. They said they would try to bend it back in place. After a short time Rob gave me back my keys and told me it was done! When I asked how much I owed he told me Nothing!! I said are you sure. He said yes. Just tell your friends about us. Rob told me how much he loved his job and helping people. So I am happy to recommend them! It might not be free but you will get good service.

Our car battery died. Car was in garage. Got a jump, took husband to work, went to Meineke, explained what was going on. VERY nice people working there. Car was taken back immediately, tested, technician explained results to me very clearly. New battery installed with no problem. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Price was terrific. Were going back to them, most definitely! I couldnt have had a better experience, and I thank them profusely for their assistance!!

These guys are beyond fantastic (Rob and whole crew). Even though they are located little over an hour one way from where I live, I will not go to any other mechanic; they are absolutely worth the drive. Not only are they honest and trustworthy, but they are also very thorough, intelligent, hardworking, friendly, and helpful. They have taken great care of making sure that Im safe in my current car as well as helping me with the car buying experience by thoroughly inspecting used cars that I bring in. Because of them, they saved me money and saved me from buying lemons. I also feel very safe and I know that my best interest is in mind. They whole team treated me so well!I had taken my car to another mechanic for a quote and was quoted almost 2000 dollars to fix my air conditioning.... well when I took it here they looked at my car (for free) and gave me a quote a third of the price! And when they saw a few little problems with my system they fixed them free of charge! Also I had just previously lost my side mirror and when I came to get my car they surprised me with a new one!!!! These guys are the best ever!!!! I will never go anywhere else!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If I could double the rating on this shop, I would! Every time I go in, Im treated with great customer service and a smile. Being a woman, I always had a hard time finding a mechanic that wouldnt screw me over. I stumbled into this shop a few months ago because I heard it was under new management, and I will not take my car anywhere else! The new owner, Brent, is very kind and exceeds customer satisfaction in my book.The shop manager, Victor, is very knowledgeable and will explain to you exactly what your car needs. I went in for a simple oil change and will be taking my car here for everything that they are able to work on! When a part had to be ordered, they were able to get it in within 15 minutes and I was on my way in less than an hour. Highly recommended! I trust them and you wont regret taking your car here.

Ive been going to this location for over 10 years. They have always been upfront and ethical about repairs needed. Even after a management change, they maintained their integrity. I recently thought I needed tie rods and an alignment, but found out I didnt. I do need brakes, but they saved me about $300 on the other stuff. They also have amazing coupons on their app, and you can schedule your own appointment. The staff has always been very patient (with my 100 questions) , professional and friendly and they will actually drive you back and forth if you have to leave your car there on a work day. 5 stars!

Rob had my truck lifted to replace worn shocks 30 minutes after calling to get an estimate. Rob worked with the distributer on my behalf to ensure the rear shocks were going to have the correct travel. This level of customer service is a rare find these days. I highly recommend Rob and his staff.
