This was my first visit to Grease Monkey. I was very happy with the Customer Service. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful. The work was done with high quality and met my expectations for timeliness. I plan to give this location future business.

If I could rank higher than 5 stars I would - this is the fastest, best service I’ve ever received. I loved that they showed me my air filters before recommending getting new ones - I didn’t have to just take their word for it. They were honest, quick, and I felt like I was in good hands.

This location is the best... The manager, Davids honesty, integrity, transparency, and kindness is why I will drive past 30 other auto-shop places to go here. Never pushy and only recommend replacing things that need to be. A few visits ago I was recommended to change my wiper blades...I foolishly did not. The next time I was driving in the rain unable to see squat I thought of my friends at Grease Monkey, had I taken their advice I would have been cruising! Fast service even when its busy and free coffee on site. Wish I could rate higher than 5 star...

Excellent service and very fast. I was a little apprehensive because I have a pluggable hybrid but they had no trouble changing the oil. Its my new favorite oil change place because I dont need to have the dealership change my oil anymore, yay!

Wanted to stay away from people by staying in car wasnt allowed

I’ve used this site for years but last oil change wasn’t done properly. Didn’t tighten oil filter and most of the oil leaked out. Luckily I caught it before it was completely dry but it was close. Their mistake could have cost me an engine. Too risky to use these people if they aren’t properly trained.

I drive 20 miles to get my routine oil changes here. Michelle is professional, friendly, and gets the job done in a timely manner. Trust me you wont be disappointed visiting here.

I appreciate the services; however, the snickering in the background was quite unprofessional and counterproductive. I am Veteran and yes, I am fixing my vehicle’s interior—it didn’t stop the technicians from doing their job. Only issues, besides that everything was fine!! I probably would’ve tipped if the snickering was involved or maybe it was because I parked my vehicle around back instead of going through the stop sign in front of the store. You may not think customers, especially empathetic ones can’t pick on those little things—uh, we definitely can. Anyways thank for the services and professionalism goes a long way to reoccurring customers to your business establishment. I’ve got 8 years of management skills, 16 years of customer service skills, and 6 years of retail service skills. My expectations are unfortunately very high for everyone—even for myself and how to treat people respectfully!

I went to Grease Monkey this morning because I was concerned about an oil leak, they took my car in right away to look at it and was able to find the problem. They fixed the issue and put more oil in my car in no time. Service was quick, reliable, and friendly.

This is my go-to oil change with how quickly they get it done and do a once over on all other things like fluid levels, tire pressure, air & cabin filter etc. They wont do big fixes but will do the regular maintenance to avoid the big issues later. Thanks for always being quick and fast.

They were quick and friendly but they parked my car outside and it stared poring down rain. They guys left my window rolled all the way down and my whole drivers seat area was soaked. I had to sit in wet seat. It would’ve been nice if they rolled up the window.

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because it was quick. Number 1 rule of service in automotive is to get authorization of price for services. This does not happen here. Suprise! Your $85 oil change is done!

Didnt feel like changing it myself for once so decided to get it done for the first time in years. These guys were super fast and attentive as soon as I pulled my 4 runner up. Picked full synthetic and was on my way in 15 minutes for about 100 bucks. Cant beat that price if you dont have to get dirty.They even pulled my air filters and asked if I wanted new ones. An extra 2 dollars to check, I didnt ask for but Im not complaining.

I wanted the 75.00 service my car required I wa s planning to use a 10.00 off coupon. However they were out of that oil. They offered the next higher service at full price initially. I offered it’s not my fault they are out of the product I need. They offered me a 10.00 off coupon and I restated my statement. Then he had to check with his manager. They got me down to 75 but I wasn’t able to use the 10.00 coupon I intended to use.Over all it was a fine experience they did the right thing with minimal hard line stance.

Needed oil change and transfer cases fluid changed. They completed the work quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. As always very satisfied with the work.

I had a negative experience upon arriving. The oil change was advertised at a lower price and I ended up paying $84 vs the $42 told over the phone. In addition an employee directed me to “pull forward into bay 3 and reverse into bay 2”, I got confused because the instructions made no logical sense. Upon seeing my confusion the staff “laughed at me and snickered”. What he really was trying to tell me was to pull into bay 2 but he explained it incorrectly. In addition the “oil change” took less than 10 min which I am suspect as to whether an oil change even occurred. I plan to take my vehicle to get checked out later this week. When I asked if the fluids were topped they said yes but the tire pressure was not checked and they didn’t want to check it or give me feedback on the levels of pressure. Also most of the staff appeared high on something and one of the female employees was not wearing a mask!!!!I will never go to this business again. Horrible experience.

I ended up here on a recommendation from my roommate after some issues trying to get an appointment for the meineke close to me. The service was quick (under half an hour) and it was a reasonable price ($55 for an oil change and replacing a blinker bulb). I see no reason not to come back with my new car for timely and professional service!

I’ve used this grease monkey in the past. It’s a good location and the employees are friendly.I only had to wait 15-20 minutes which was nice.I brought my vehicle in and specifically asked them to fill my tires with air. They read 31,30,30,28.When I picked up my car, the low tire sensor said the air was still the same. I went in and asked if they filled up my tires and the guy told me they did.You guys did not. I’m sure it’s an honest mistake but come on guys, I went to the gas station later and filled them up. Low tire sensor went off.Double check they fill up your tires here

Very quick. I usually go to Walmart and thought I would try Grease Monkey. Walmart usually take 2-3 hours. Grease Monkey had me in and out in less than 20 Minutes. Screwed up my Saturday as now I had a bunch of extra time. Really nice service and very Professional.

These guys were so nice! They were so gracious when explaining things to me, and they did not push when I told them my wallet was tight. I called jiffy lube for a price comparison, and grease monkey was cheaper! Not to mention that they will top off any fluids for the next 3000 miles or so!

I have gone here for more than 25 years and recently, its gone down hill. We had rude service the last time I went there. We went today thinking maybe he was having a bad day. Today, same rude unprofessional service. Not helpful. Their card reader started acting weird and I had to tell him multiple times to turn around from watching t.v. to help. And boy, it seemed like a lot of money they charged for an oil change. 85.00 for a 1998 rav 4? Nope.Bad! I will never go there again.

Was a bit expensive. Paid over $100 for top tier oil change but I was seen immediately and out the door in about 30 min. Was super fast! They wiped my windows, vacuumed my car. At least 3-4 men working on everything to help each other out!

Guy who came out to my car was not wearing a mask, I was told I would get a call when it was done, never got a call walked up and it had just been sitting there ready. Was told that I would get a full inspection specifically about a noise my car makes but then when I picked it up they said they can’t answer mechanical questions..? Overall pretty bad. Cant think of one good thing other than maybe price.

My car had not had an oil change in about a year. I was slacking I know. I went in. They were kind, walked me thru the options, showed me my air filter and even tightened the bolt on one of my windshield wipers for free for me. They were so kind and quick. I HAVE A NEW FAVORITE AUTO SHOP.

Stopped in at 8:30 am and was out by 8:45 am. Super quick and professional. A little pricey but worth it for how fast they were. A+!

Suddenly, when I had a $7 off coupon my price went up by $6 with fees that had been previously forgotten. Service was quick. Some workers had masks, others did not. Offered the same pen the previous customer had used.

I have no problem with the employees that work here. They have always been as professional as anyone would be in their position. However, all this place cares about is speed and up-sale. That is not what you want when someone is handling your car. I’ve always spent an outrageous amount of money on getting an oil change with Grease Monkey. It never feels worth it. Each time I go, I want to remind myself to try and not go again. The best part about this place is that they are open on Sundays. It’s actually the only reason they get my business. I can’t necessarily recommend this company, though. 3/5 stars.

I’ve been to this particular grease monkey several times now for my oil change and it’s always the best experience. The staff is friendly and always gets me in and out under 20 minutes. Times are tough right now but I know I can trust these guys and that’s important.

Very nice guys and good service. But if you dont print out your grease monkey coupons ahead you cant use them.

Not one employee wearing a mask or taking any sort of health precautions, even when at the counter and face to face with customers. The air filter they offered to sell me for $39 is available from the auto supply down the street for $14 retail. They also charge extra for an AWD vehicle, which was not made clear up front and the employee could not give me any reason why they have this surcharge. My $72.99 oil change, already the most expensive oil change Ive ever had, was over $100 when it came time to pay. And they didnt top off the washer fluid, which makes me wonder what else was left undone.

I got services done here in April for two cars. Both battery and oil change. They messed up the battery on one of the cars and didnt tighten the screws. We had to bring the car back in as it wasnt starting properly. The assistant manager lied to my face and said there was something else wrong with it. The employee that worked on it after apologized and said the person who originally installed the battery just forgot to tighten (not a big deal and happy to have it taken care of). Fast forward a few months and I called today to see when my last oil change reading was so I knew if I needed to get this done before a road trip. The assistant manager was extremely rude said he wouldnt check without a license plate number and hung up on me. Called back when I had the license plate number and he said he couldnt find me in the system (I got agitated as I have been going to this location for 3+ years). I explained this and he again was extremely rude and hung up again after dropping a racial slur at me. I finally was able to get through to a different employee and they gave me the information I needed right away. However, due to the extreme rudeness of the assistant manager I will not be returning to get services here every again as I have never been so disrespected as he was today. This guy should not be a manager and I pray he does not treat his employees this way. I highly reccomended taking your services elsewhere and to not support this business.

I could get my car serviced anywhere and possibly even cheaper, but I really like the guys @ Grease Monkey. I especially like the vacuum they do when they are done. Oh and the fact that my steering wheel is never greasy or grimy. Ive never left there feeling like they took advantage of me being a (badass) girl!Thumbs up!

Horrible service! I take my car in for an oil change and then Im told I need several hundred to fix it. I passed, as I was a female not understanding all of it. I then get my husband and went to a different GM and was told everything is fine, no need for additional work. Shame on places like this that try and scam women!

I needed a quick oil change for my car. They told me they are doing a sell for my wiper blades as well. The total was supposed to be $90 total. Then there was this wrong and then this was wrong. I refused all other services and still paid over $120 for the oil and wiper blades. The service had nothing wrong with it but watch out for there pricing and there breakdowns at the end

Everyone was very nice and my car was taken care of in a timely manner. The one thing I did not like was, not every employee was wearing a mask.

Only one employee was wearing a mask when I got my oil changed today. The gentleman that greeted me when I arrived walked right up to my car, almost without giving me enough room to get out and did not give any space. Certainly less than 6 feet. The girl that brought me my keys wiped her nose with her hand and then proceeded to give me my keys with that hand. No Plexiglas at the checkout. I understand that not everyone wants to follow these suggested guidelines during COVID-19, but I feel businesses should be enforcing safe practices. Not only did they put me at risk, they put everyone I know at risk. Luckily, I was wearing my mask and there was at least hand sanitizer on the counter after I paid. But even me wearing my mask doesnt fully protect me from them. The only positive was that the service was finished quickly and I could get out of there ASAP. I wont be going back to this business.

I waited for 2 hours at another establishment (after making an appointment). After leaving there, I went to Grease Monkey. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by the staff and my oil change was done in less than 20 minutes. Thank you!

Back in February went to this particular Grease Monkey in Broomfield for an oil change and tire rotation on my way back into town from running errands up north and was so pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff at this location that I made the 30 minute drive from the Lakewood area to get my car serviced here again! They do a great job.

They did their job the only complaint I have is when I got back into my truck the steering wheel was dirty and the seat moved forward. Im tall and do not enjoy hitting my knees when I get in. Just move the seat back and wash your hands first! Or put on gloves to drive.
