Skyline Renovation did a great job restoring some of our furniture. They went above and beyond our expectations in order to be sure we were satisfied with their work. We recommend them highly.
I used the wrong cleaning product and ruined the clear coat finish on my expensive natural wood kitchen cabinets. Skyline was the only company I found who would take on restoring the finish…everyone else wanted to paint over my mistake. I took a sample door to their shop and they spent well over an hour trying different product applications at no obligation to me until they found a remedial procedure they thought would work. They were then timely in coming by my house to take off all the doors and drawer fronts. I was traveling when the work was complete so they held the doors in their shop until i returned. I could not be happier with the result.
After moving, some of my furniture was damaged during the transit process. The moving company was less than pleasant, but Skyline Renovation was absolutely wonderful! Justin & Tony were the 2 men that responded and came to do the touch ups needed. They exceeded my expectations and did a fabulous job!!!! Very grateful for all they did and they are incredibly talented at their job. Thank you, thank you!!!
Justin was really helpful with assessing what we need to do to restore our antique table. He was very professional and fair when quoting what type of work needed to be done to restore it.
When we moved to a new home, unfortunately the movers damaged several of our antique items (clocks and furniture). Skyline repaired everything perfectly. Also, had an antique sofa reupholstered. The staff was professional and their work was quality. We highly recommend them.
Fifteen years of hard use (kids and grandkids spilling water and food) had badly damaged our high end Stickley dining room table (see attached before and after photos).Given the quality and price of the table, we were very cautious about where to take the table for repairing the damage. Butterfly inlays on the table top made the task of sanding and finishing problematic. A poor refinish would have ruined the value and looks of the table. After calling and getting quotes from a number of companies, we chose Skyline ultimately based on the Stickley furniture stores recommendation.Skyline delivered the refinished table today. Very, very happy with the job that they did. Matched the color and finish perfectly. Skyline staff were courteous throughout the process. Performed the job for the price quoted. Frankly exceeded expectations given the degree of damage to the original finish.Would highly recommend Skyline to a friend. In fact, we will likely take more of out fine furniture to them for refinishing in the future.Five stars.Thank You!
My experience with Skyline Renovation was great. They refinished two pieces of furniture for me — an antique buffet and a secretary desk with curio cabinet. Both pieces turned out stunning! Even more beautiful than I expected. I dealt mainly with Justin and he was a pleasure to work with — always responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Since the work was done during the pandemic closure, our original timing was thrown out the window. However, Justin was great about keeping me informed on progress and new completion dates. I highly recommend Skyline Renovation!
Justin Wherry came to take a look at some of my furniture today, and he was so helpful. He was on time, friendly, and thorough. He was diligent in all the pieces I took him through and even went above and beyond to explain in depth what I could expect from re-finishing a table I love. Hes clearly knowledgable about furniture and it was a pleasure to work with him.
Unfortunately when the previous owner of our new home moved out they damaged the master bedroom doorframe. Skyline Renovations was able to come in and fill the gouge as well as perfectly match the stain on the rest of the door frame. Even knowing where the gouge was its almost impossible to tell its been filled/matched. Thank you!!
