Let me start by saying I have AMPLE funds in my account. However, if I didn’t, I certainly did not need to be embarrassed by your associate Eleanor declaring “card declined”. Once I reinserted my card again the transaction went through!!!! Associates need to be trained to be discreet and simply say “can you try running your card again please?”And to think, prior to entering the store I had just declared it was my favorite to patronize. NEVER AGAIN!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They helped me with no problem whatsoever with 5mins to spare before closing and it was 4th of July eve!! My bestfriends Birthday wouldnt have been so specially filled with Balloons if it wasnt for their patience and awesome customer service!! Cant thank them enough!!!😁🌻🌞🤙👏!!!

Holly is the nicest person she goes out if her way to help anyone. The staff in general here are all nice. When you call you actually get a live person that always answers the phone.

I like this Dollar Tree. Its big and it has a fair amount of crafting supplies, but not a lot. I especially like that it has a large Hallmark card department. The only thing that is strange is that for a Dollar Tree of this size, it doesnt have a refrigerated section at all.

Well stocked, large variety but a very busy and sometimes crowded store.

Our teller was very nice, and LIGHTENING fast. I needed supplies to make care pouches for the homeless and found a good bit of what I needed.

This is by far THE BEST Dollar Tree Ive been to, and Ive been to a lot of them. They keep the store very clean, and neat unlike some, and they always have a excellent selection of items that others dont have. Theyre hours of operation are very convenient as well.

Great for the most part! Sometimes when its busy the other customers get rude and even some cashiers. However there are a few cashiers that just make me smile everytime I see them! Overall a great store.

I Wouldnt go there ever again. A cashier named Ruby, she was so rude. I gave her some changes (32 cents) ,and she said Are you serious?. I told her yes. What do you mean by are you serious? I gave you some changes, its not like I gave her all pennies nor gave her fake money. She gave me a dime roll( which was five dollars) as change. If you cannot count 32 cents then how are you working as a cashier? While I was waiting in line , a lady came into ask her about her receipt. Ruby scanned the cotton bags twice instead of once so the lady was asking why did you do that? Ruby answered so rude the lady just left mumbling some words. Honestly, if you are going rude to all the customers, why are you working there?

The store itself is fine, but the checkout lines take a very long time and the employees aren’t friendly at all. They should modernize with more up to date POS systems inclusive of self-checkouts.

Store is great, but parking lot is the worst Ive ever been in! No one and I mean NO ONE knows how to drive, park, anything in this shopping center. How someone hasnt totalled my car at this point is beyond me. Not worth the risk of my car to come here anymore.

This Dollar Tree is the best that we have locally. Its bigger than the others close by. That said, this particular store is always crowded and in varying states of disarray. Theres usually only a register or two open. Ive actually been there when there were zero registers open. Several employees talking behind a single register, telling customers theyre not open and another employee smoking a cigarette outside with her back to the store. Dont expect a quick trip to this place.

Card selection is good but not around the holidays. Hard to find a birthday card.

Large and spacious, this Dollar Tree is one of the better ones. They have a consistent variety of items - some you wont find in other branches.

The store is great and convenient hrs, but never no parking and not enough workers ringing out customers. Extremely long lines and normally one or two people ringing. Other then that great store.

Inventory is great...otherwise it is a freaking $...tshow! I am SICK AND TIRED of going in there with 1 or 2 things inhand and have to wait in line with 20 some people with a CART FULL of stuff . there should be a express line. there are people who work in the shopping center who want to grab a snack or something and have to spend their whole lunch in line. MGMNT get it TOGETHER!

My fave store to go to, even though there is never any parking in the parking lot no matter what time you go!! I only had a bad experience one time and called management and never seen that cashier again. Def a great place to shop.

It has a huge selection of stuff....but only 2 cashiers open with 10 people in each isle... and 1 lady telling 3 different employees what to do as they all stood around doing Nothing and the Employees complaining that they never got there lunch break... NO AIR CONDITIONING...so hot was unbearable...

Ive been shopping in this dollar store since as long I can remember and the people there are so nice including the manger I love this store I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the dollar tree but downside is not enough workers on cashier side and the parking omg is horrable but other then that the store and the employees there the best

I can usually find anything I need there from socks, cleaning items, car accessories, groceries, personal items...I think you get it, but for only $1.00, Whoo hoo!
