I had a package that was delivered to this store. Online package tracking said my package was delivered at the front desk yesterday and signed for by an employee, but when I went to the UPS store to pick up my package, I was told that delivered meant it wasnt delivered yet and they didnt have my package - she didnt even look. I waited a few hours and called in to ask where my package was and was told it was there. I had to go back to the UPS store again and when I got my package, it the package is clearly marked showing that it WAS received by the store yesterday. Why was I originally told they didnt have it when clearly they did? They shouldve just left the package at my doorstep instead of taking it to this worthless store. I didnt leave any instructions for them to deliver it to this location. Avoid this location if you can. the staff is generally not helpful, competent, or friendly.

I just recently went into this store yesterday around 5-6 and i think they have a new employee who was so rude and nasty! She was a shorter African American woman. She rolled her eyes at me and was disgusting...she clearly does not need to work there. Every time i come into this store NO ONE ever looks happy or is happy to help people.

Unhelpful incompetent staff who treat you like youre bothering them. Printed label but didnt feel like putting it on the package in my presence. The Seven Hills location is 20-30 minutes out of my way but I will go there to avoid this joke of a store.

I come here a few times a month to drop of items or do returns and I have to say, this was not so good. Stood in line for about 5 mins and then I was told by some tall lanky guy I think named Tim, that only 5 people are allowed in the store. Each time I am there, there has been more than 7 people in the store. When he announced it, he was very rude about it. He told me and other people we had to wait outside. There were only 2 employees and still 5 customers in the store not including myself. So if only 5 people are allowed in the store there should only be 3 customers allowed at a time. I think for now on, I will take my business elsewhere. He was rude and very unprofessional. UPS should be embarrassed on the kind of employee he is.

Under 30 y.o. all of them but doing their best which is surprisingly good / Dude in charge w the glasses, deep voice and pink hair (I looked for a name tag but wasnt sure where it might be) went out of his way to help me w/ paperwork, helped me process packages on a busy Saturday afternoon w a long line/ was polite and helpful/ Id recommend that guy for a solid management-track position4 stars out of 5 because they didnt have a record of receipt for packages but solid, competent customer service goes a very long way 👍

INCOMPETENT STAFF. Yesterday I tried to do an amazon return, employee with glasses and pink hair refused to do my transaction stating that I needed a box and a printed return label which I did not needed I had my QR code and he kept repeating himself about not being able to do my transaction. Called amazon customer service they told me I didn’t need a printed label, so I asked them to change my return location to Kohl’s because I just didn’t want to waste my time with this UPS.Be careful if you have to go to this UPS, this is not the first time I see this employee giving someone a hard time with lies of why he can’t do a transaction. He needs to get fired, is extremely rude to waste people’s time and money just because you don’t know how to do your work, making up your own rules. Called UPS to talk to the manager, never picked up the phone. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

First was told Notary was there 2-5 p.m M-F then I get there at 2 i was then told 2:30-5 p.m. I then sit and wait outside a long line forms. I wait in line a whole hour while the notary takes care of a lady that is completely unorganized. A whole folder full of paper and pulling stuff out here and there oh I need this printed oh wait can you print this email. At that point she should have been told to have it all situated. I try to get my forms notarized and then he says no I need a paper stating what you need notarized. At that point I leave and Huntington does it within 5 minutes. This UPS is completely unprofessional.

I needed to return some items yesterday and visited this store in Brooklyn, Ohio. As a person with an underlying health condition, I was so pleased to see that only 4 customers were allowed in the store (and this was enforced, not just posted), and that customers needed to wear a mask for service. In addition, the employee washed his hands both before and after taking care of my transaction. I felt very safe and appreciated as a customer. Not only that, but service was incredibly courteous and friendly! Excellent all around.

I have been stopping there more often since I started my Prime account at Amazon. I have never once had service that was anything but quick, prompt, and perfect. Im in and out, and the employees are so nice. Even when the store is busy, they attend to everybody in a prompt manner. Kudos to whoever does the hiring there. Great employees.

Never had a delivery service give me the run around about getting my package, wont even let me pick it up theyre njist going to keep trying to deliver it while Im at work. Will never use them again or let anyone I know use them either.

I was helped from start to finish by an employee who expertly packaged up my returns and downloaded return labels for them so they could be returned properly. He was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and their A-1 service.

I will no longer be using this store for my shipping needs. I have used this store for the entire shutdown and now all of a sudden a mask is required. It is your choice as a business to require this as it is my choice as consumer to find a different means to ship my all my business stuff!

I cant thank Kimberly, the Notary Public, enough. She took time to help me figure out and get my I9 sent to my new employer. Im telling you I was a wreck when I walked in there and so relieved when I left. Kimberly really is the best. Thank you. And thanks to her co-worker who handled all the customers while I had Kimberly busy with my issue. what a super team!

I would leave less then 1-star if possible. I pulled up to drop off an Amazon package for return. Postage already printed and on box - all that needed to be done was scan and collect... The store closed at 3pm, I was walking up at 2:59pm as manager was locking the door. She would not let me in and said “we close at 3pm” and shut the door. I’ll drive out of my way to give business to another store in the future.

I went to this UPS location on Saturday and shipped 2 packages. They recommended the packages be sent media mail. Later that day they called me to tell me that they couldnt ship the packages through media mail and needed to update it to ground. When they tried to update it their system was down so they said they would call me back. They never called. I ended up calling them on Monday to see what was going on. The packages were still there and I was charged $20 additional to send them. On Tuesday I called back to make sure I would receive a credit for the initial charges. I was told that I could only do this through the manager (who was busy and would call me later). Now it is Thursday and I never received a call. I followed up today and was told I just needed to wait until the charges were removed from my account and to call back next week if they hadnt dropped off. I have never had so much hassle and time wasted just trying to ship 2 packages. I will not be returning to this UPS Store.

Dropped 3 overnight packages off at 11:30 a.m. on 12/31/18 and was promised they would be at their destinations 01/02/19. Not a single package moved from Monday to Wednesday (yes Tuesday was a holiday so that day I understand). I was guaranteed in the UPS Store that my packages would be delivered Wednesday. They were still sitting there Wednesday, so I was apparently lied to and even calling 1-800-PICKUPS, they tried to blame this on me because I didnt make arrangements with UPS for a pick-up. I have a daily pickup and was advised by my driver that I would have to take my packages to the store because there would be no pick ups on 12/31/18...so my driver was wrong, the UPS store was wrong, my packages didnt move even though the tracking says expected to be delivered 01/02/19---and now UPS is telling me its my fault...horrible customer service as always with UPS. Time to take my business elsewhere.

What a crying shame you should be ashamed of yourself.. while printing out fliers for a benefit for a friend of mine because her husband passed away suddenly.. I was told it was .10 cents for black and white and .39 cents for color I gave the gentleman my money and he put it in his little flower cup!! Didnt get my change no donation nothing

They charge 1 dollar to tape up a package and 2 dollars to print. Other ups franchises are less greedy. It’s not about the money it’s about modern day customer serviceThis location has refused a package because it wasn’t taped well enough.

I was running one minute late for their closing time. I called ten minutes to close letting them know I was on my way and begged them not to shut shop because Saturday was my only option to return some packages. The woman on the phone was snotty and rude and commented about my lateness not being her problem. I sped like crazy to get there on time. Got there a minute before close and the gate was down, store was locked up and no one was in sight. I couldnt believe it. Terrible customer service.
