Terrible line to pay money. At this pandemic time . All people do what they want standing so long...No distance. I will be not visiting again the store for long period because of risk to get virus standing so.... My regrets.. I love HomeGoods...

My wife and in-laws love HomeGoods, and true enough, this store has a good variety of products, a spacious store space, great discount prices, and friendly staff (some, I suppose). However, someone has to tell the security guy that ITS ALL RIGHT TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE PLACE AND THE PRODUCTS DISPLAY, and not go around accusing buying costumers with phone cameras of spying for other stores, or some such cockamamie allegations. I wanted to see the manager/supervisor to maybe at least let him/her educate their security guy on the merits of Local Google Guides as a free advertising tool, but somehow he didnt make that possible, so, too bad, heres my earful. (If the policy is no photography allowed, however, please post a prominent notice to that effect for everyone to see.) There are many other stores out there that probably deserve more loving attention.

Just had an awful experience!! They closed doors half hour before closing time! After we traveled 20 minutes to get to this HomeGoods store it was 7:30 when we arrived and closing time was 8:00, the employee Karen refused to let people in (over 7 people waiting..) claiming that the line was too long already and no one else can come in! Oh really!? Who decides how long they would like to wait on line the customer or the employee!? It was a very disturbing experience, and I hope changes will be made real soon!

Had to exchange an item that was broken that I purchased at a different store. Exchange was quick and the cashier was pleasant and helpful.

‘This store is usually clean and neatly stocked; they always have great items; The best part when it comes to check out it’s a horrible experience; the lines are from the front of the store to the rear ; this is most of the time; which shows not good planning on the customers behalf; today there are only 4 cashiers; this does not support or shows care in customer relations . Think about if every one would walk out and leave the items on the line in the shopping carts. Wow news flash “ SHAME ON HOME GOODS “ ☠️

Big mess everywhere can’t push your cart properly . Lines are out of control. Only 2 cashiers open. They don’t let certain customers go in after lines are long. I’ll stay at my other home good location !!

The worst store in relation to customers.Due to the fact that the management of the store saves on employees, you will have to stand in line for 2-2.5 hours. only 2 out of 7 employees work. this is not respect for clients.

It was said that the store had to work till 08:00 pm on Sundays but they doesn’t let people in from 07:30 pm. It is 30 minutes earlier. Don’t waste your time!!!!!

I love going to home goods! My favorite store! It has all the little home items that you need to decorate your home at a very reasonable price. Things that Pier 1 or West elm has at a affordable price. Love love love this store. Be prepared and have patience though because the lines are very long. Its worth it😊

My favorite store to shop for home. Has variety of unique souvenirs and interestimg kitchen appliances. And every time i come there - i find something new. And some things , I know, I cant get in other stores. On top of that it gets new items arriving every other day! I can keep on praising it forever here :), just please come to check it out!

Long waiting time in a line

Just paid $40 for a clock that broke right inside the store because of their cart that locked itself at the exit. Manager said they wouldn’t replace it. half of their stuff are broken and in poor condition in the store but they wouldn’t replace a clock that broke inside the store, shame. Won’t recommend this location, if the manager wanted to help he would but he just simply decided not to. two minutes ago it was purchased as a whole. Very disappointed, you know you could of help in this situation, but you simply didn’t want to.

So the other day I purchase a nice sleek desk lamp for $19.99. My mom loved it as well so I decided to stop in & get the lamp. I reach the register now it’s 29.99. So I’m telling them like no it was 19.99 how in three days it went up 10$. So I found out they go by the price of a next lamp. For example if you pick up a DKNY sheet with no price and a Ralph Lauren sheet is the only one left they will charge you Ralph Lauren price. Just to warn everyone!!!Also the management is Horrible!!!

This store has 9 cash registers and only had 4 open while the other employees cleaned up and customers waited on line for almost an hour and they refused to present the manager t o react to my complaint! It was the end of the night so the employees were more concerned with cleaning up the store to go home than getting customers out the store with their products!

For those that dont know there is now a line to enter the store. This my least favorite of all the Home Goods I shop. This is an accessible and popular location so the cool items move quickly and the store is usually disheveled. On a positive note the line moves quickly. For my drivers, parking is rough.

Decent stuff but why are your cashiers soooo sloowwww? I dont understand how 1 person can take 30 minutes with 1 customer when you have a line full of people!!?? The line wraps around, shes eating chips. Very nice.

Got my dog a very plush and soft bed. She loves it. Lol

ILL GIVE THEM 3 FOR CONVIENIENCY. This store can use some tightening up and bring some more chairs. Merchandise basically looked thrown on all shelves.

Hours could go by and you dont realize it when youre in Homegoods. I got this lovely coffee table there and everything on it. Handcrafted in India from wood with metal stand. Its a beauty.

Great product selection and friendly staff. We purchased a rug and the guy who helped us (didn’t get his name) offered to carry it to our car. Will definitely return here.

I went to Home Goods about 2 weeks ago to find a cast iron skillet that was on sale. I walked up to a tall man with locs who appeared to be in charge. I asked him if the item was available so I didnt waste my time standing in line. It was about 15 minutes before 7 PM, the time in which they close. He didnt have the answer, so I preceded to wait in the line hoping to get in. After waiting in line, I get to the door and a different staff member says the remaining customers cant go in. We complained to him that we were not given any notice that theyd be turning customers away who waited in line. He let us in but we were stopped by the tall man from before. He asked who let us in and told us the store was closed. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and VERY UNORGANIZED if you ask me. After being let in, people still went to look for items. I was able to find the pots and pans section that I was looking for, but another employee came over one minute later and told me to bring my items to the front. However, I didnt have enough time to look for what I wanted. If the store closes at 7 PM, dont continue to let people stand on an already long line. A better solution to what theyre doing would be to tell people that the store is closing at 7 PM and cut the line at around 6:30 PM or 6:45 PM. That way the last person standing in line will be the last customer and theres no confusion. I will not be returning to Home Goods as a result of this experience. The store is messy and it seems customer service isnt a priority at this location.

Great store if youre a decorator at heart. I love the dishes and the linens. I would stop in for my English tea and honey, olive oil and balsamic vinegar especially the white vinegar. I love the store around the holidays. The only negative is the store is too crowded, you almost cannot touch an item without something falling.

This place is full of so many amzing things! The name doesnt lie. I had a great experience picking things out for my family and friends. You can find almost any type of decor, and many other supplies. There are also many toys and food items. The prices are also pretty low! 👍💸

Good prices for quality home merchandise

At that particular location the manager (male) was very rude and condescending. I purchased several items (as I usually do)and one of the items were defective, the cashier then alerted him finally when he came over the way in which he handled the situation was appalling.

These places never let you down (TJMaxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods). Most times its not the thing youre looking for but its always something you didnt expect to buy that are the best finds.

Store half empty, cashier was talking to other ppl while ringing my stuff up. I was there forever.

A decorators dream. Even if youre not into decorating, this place is a must for affordable prices with all your home needs. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone. People tend not to put things back in their place so its a bit messy but thats more the customers and not the associates who work there.

On Wednesday December 6, 2017, I was shopping at Home Goods store (714), located at 2201 Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. When I returned home after a day of shopping, I realized that I had lost my wedding band. As you can imagine I was very upset. I retraced my steps and the places that I shopped that day. I called your store and spoke with Rudy, the manager on duty. He was extremely kind, understanding, and willing to help me with my situation. He looked in the stores lost and found and other places to see if anyone had found my ring. Unfortunately, it had not been found. He asked me to send him a picture of my wedding band, so that he could ask the other managers at your store to keep an eye out for it. I texted him a picture of my ring and was so appreciative of his effort to help me.Fortunately, this morning I found my missing ring in my car under my seat. I’ve no idea how it got there, but perhaps when I was putting my shopping bags in my back seat, it slipped off.Again, I cannot thank Rudy enough for being so compassionate and helpful. Rudy is truly a role model for excellent customer service, and a wonderful ambassador for Home Goods.

Homegoods has beautiful and decorative items for your home, but unfortunately it has no website with the ability to purchase anything online which can be an inconvenience for online shoppers. You have to make the trek to the store in person to see what they have in stock. The best time to visit this store is when they open up in the morning at 9:30 am, if you go during the day after noon, expect to wait on a very slow line from hell.

Buy all my gluten free and vegan stuff here. My favourite place after my bed.

Hi, I just left your store, your manager Fiona belong to the street,she is a gangster. I was in the line for 30 min, the item I had in hand had no price,she said its part of a set, I said I want to see a the set, she want to the back store get a set that doesnt match and try to sell it for $7.99, I said you just creating a set. I have been in Turkey, they sell them as color coordinates set dont insult my intelligence, she said when you go to Turkey again but them from there, start screaming called me mommy, and said fickle you and the corporate when I asked her for her name. This is my review about your store. And I will contact the cooperate for more.

Home Goods carry everything for the home. I especially love the glassware, teacups, dishes and everything for the bath. The towels are delicious and you can get matching sets in almost everything. They carry the most beautiful home decor. Whats not to love? They have expanded the furniture department. I love the food and health food department. I buy my honey, Macha tea and teas there. You can get healthy powders etc and lots of snacks.❤️❤️

I made a few purchases at the HomeGoods on Flatbush Ave and you would think it was still the holiday season! The line was so long, almost to the entrance and on top of that the amount of cashiers was limited but it was worth it because of the variety of items and the affordable prices.

People don’t go here. 30 minutes wait in line!!That’s my second negative review for this store.Lines are so long because only few cashiers are working. I would better go to Long Island than this location.

I like this place. Great way to decorate a new home or apartment. Parking is limited here but if you pay for parking there is plenty of space. Its also near Target and a few other stores. There are also a few places to eat around here too. Long lines in here always and prices are moderate.

This Home Goods location .. is the rudest store I have ever been in .. the guard at the door is a disgrace , nasty rude , not helpful. I have been in numerous Home Goods over the years with wonderful customer care ,, the Brooklyn location needs to have a clean sweep and hire new managers and sales people .. although before I end my post I would like to say the only sales person that I have had a wonderful experience with is a lovely lady named Valerie .. Ive only visited this location if I knew Valerie was in. Other wise I walk right out the door .

Place is a little crowded at times but I love the deals. I found a few really great items here for a nice price. They need to organize better though. Maybe not have sooo much out at once. And remove the broken items. The isles should be a little wider by the kitchen stuff.

Love love this place...I would find an apartment right around the corner just so I can go there everyday...the workers are nice too...

I recently shared with the staff how beautiful the store is. I happened to go very early in the morning and got to appreciate the beauty of this Home Goods store before the shoppers came to reck it to pieces!Keep up the good work.
