I called before going in regarding a pick up order and the lady was very helpful. When I walked into the store I was greeted by the associates who were all very friendly. I spent some time smelling a bunch of candles and hand sanitizers. An associate asked if I was finding everything alright, without hovering or being pushy. They had a ton of stock. I will return to this location.

Im here so often its honestly embarrassing lol! The employees are ALWAYS phenomenal, its like they never have a bad day! Jenn is always at the door with the biggest smile, and the warmest welcome when I walk in! I blind ordered a few scents online after reading reviews, and didnt really like them. I came back to see about replacing them, and Jenn was AMAZING yet again! She went above and beyond, and made it super easy for me to switch to a scent that I loved. Day made!

Anyone else COMPLETELY fed up with bbw lately?? No new scents, just recycled scents year after year. Selling candles without lids this year?? Not everyone burns their candles when they buy them BBW. Most of us have a cache. How can you preserve a candle without a lid? Every fall candle I purchased this year has smelled great on cold but when lit there was zero throw or they had a plastic synthetic smell that you get when you buy cheap candles. It has been this way for about 2 years now. Price increases as of late. Sale price increases and not just a small increase. The fall tote that actually had no tote bag this year was now $35 instead of $30 and had the same scents in it that bbw has had forever. If your confused, Im talking about the tote bag of goodies they sell once a season with a $30 purchase for $30. I have been a customer for more than 2 decades and have never seen it this bad before. I need to find a new company to buy my plug-ins, candles, and soaps. I spend wayyyy too much money on this stuff to be continually dissapointed. Shame on you BBW. I know your not hurting for money or business. If anything you are more popular than ever even though the quality has been lacking. Others see it to and you will loose customers eventually if you keep it up.

The store is always well stocked. I found everything I needed and more. All the attendants are very polite and helpful and extremely friendly. Every time I have been there they have gone out of their way to help someone. Today a older gentleman had a list and was trying to find something, one of the attendants spend the whole time I was there helping him find the perfect gift offering suggestions and showing everything he wanted to smell and try. I loved to see that.

Love Bath & Body products and always take advantage of their sales. Quality items & a variety of options. The star rating is low as some of the employees at this store lack basic customer service skills. I felt as if I was interrupting their personal time when I asked for help. Other stores I have visited have cheerful, helpful staff.

Went there to get foam soap for $3.00 each, plus if you spent $10.00 had a coupon that you get a free gift. Did that...anything up to $14.00. when I first walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed any help and she then showed me where the soap were and asked if I was looking for any peculiar scents, told her and she showed me. Then she said her name is and if I need anything else, let her know and she went on to help someone else. Cashier was wonderful too. Helped me with a question about my coupon and asked how the girl that waited on me did. I said great and off I went. Love Bath and Body.

Love that store.

The store is very well organized and clean, however my displeasure is in the fact that as I shop I am hovered over. All of the employees are very nice but from the moment you walk in, they bombard you with scents they “totally love”. I would totally love to be granted a little space. I will find my way to the products I love most, and then find my way to the checkout counter just fine without being asked a thousand questions and handed a bunch of products that I care nothing about.

Prices went up from $10 to $12 and $15 dollars. Not worth the useless products they sell. Body sprays do not last long and the lotion does not hydrate.

I love love love the store the fact is is that I can never get a coupon I called the company they say that theyre going to send a coupon out to my house and I have yet to received it for 2 months now also I always check my inbox through my emails and I still get nothing and yet here I am standing in line and I see people with 10 to 15 coupons dropping them on the floor because they have so many of them yet I cant even get one and I shop there quite often I think its highly unfair and its very upsetting to me it drives me nuts quite honestly

They actually have lotion here! At other locations, all I get is candles and like 2 shelves of lotion and bodywash. They have a nice variety too. Love this location!

I love coming to this location it is very close to my home. The staff is very friendly they even remember me when I come in. Maybe its because Im in this location alot. But I love coming in when they have sales and I can use my coupons. The one lady I forgot her name but she helped me alot when I had questions about an aromatherapy bubble bath I think it was the sleep one bc I was having trouble with my 6yr old falling asleep and she said she used it for her 6yr old as well it was nice hearing her advice and hearing how a product helped her personally and hearing her experience with that product. The only thing I dont like is when the staff follows you around the store like your going to steal something

The store was great they were fully stacked I went for the candle sale and they had lots of cashiers ready for the loads of customers they had plenty of products in stock to support the sale and the large groups of people coming in everyone had a good attitude I was even offered coupons

Love all the items they sale here and with 75% off sale going on now I cant buy enough.

Its a bit pricy, thats my only complaint. But, they run sales often. Always very clean & organized & staff is helpful & friendly. I love putting their products in my bathroom bc theyre always so fragrant, which I absolutely love.

Well stocked store, clerk was helpful, cashier was polite but offered no way to recieve coupons and didnt offer anything toward future purchases. First time that has EVER happened in any store.

I like coming to this location because of the fact that it is so convienent and close to me however, EVERYTIMEEEE I go in there I’m harassed my associates! They hover over me offering me a bunch of products that I actually can’t stand the smell of and then they tell me their name, but still stand right next to me instead of going to find something else to do or someone else to help. And the associate Jessica is the worst I don’t need to feel her breathing down my neck, or watching me from the other side as if I’m stealing something when I come in there and spend good money every time and because of her and other associates like her I end up going all the way out to the Avon location because at least I can breathe and don’t feel eyeballs burning through me. If they can change the way the associates force scents down your throat and stop them from hovering I’d consider going back!
