Exceptionally bad. I wanted to pick up my order curbside, that didnt happen. The app told me it would be a few minutes, it wasnt. I waited 30 minutes and I went inside, the greeter, also the dot-com person, was assisting another customer. I waited. He got an envelope. It took her going to the cash register (an empty one) and 3 minutes of figuring out... She came back and asked me how she could help, I (maybe a little sourly) directed her to the other customer who had been waiting ahead of me, not hiding, mind you, just maybe not actively annoyed... It was a quick question and then greeter asks me if I have a pickup. I show her my phone and mention that i have been at curbside for 30 minutes, to which she flippantly responds sometimes it doesnt go through... Okay sure... 30 seconds shes around the corner and back... Here ya go, have a nice day... See, the words are right but the attitude isnt. Im not gonna complain that she was young or that she was a horrible human being or that she technically did anything wrong... I am reminded of when you go to the burger joint and get crumby service and say they want to be paid $15/hr.Not for this. Lacking urgency. #itried

I love Michaels. It has such a nice variety of things for crafting or crocheting or knitting. So many things to look at.. Im sure you will find things to buy. The prices are not to bad. The yarn is priced right for crocheting or knitting. I love their brand of yarn.

First time I go in and I loved it! I was looking for art supplies for my son and I was quickly approached by two very very friendly, attentive and helpful employees to help me. They got me everything I was looking for. Thanks thanks! Too bad I dont know the name to mention them here.

Talented, professional and helpful.I cannot say enough about her and highly recommend her.She is worth more than 5 stars.

This store was clean and I was easily able to find what I was looking for. Only complaint would be some of the pricing was a bit high.

Not every thing was easy to find. And when asking some staff members I got I dont know lady Im new. That wouldnt bothered me if it was followed by lets ask someone whos been here longer so we both will know for the next time.. Plus I could have gotten the same exact paint at Walmart for about $1.00 a bottle instead of almost $3.00 bucks a bottle!

I love Michaels! They can be a bit pricey on certain things but they always have what Im looking for. They have a large variety and I love when the fall and Halloween decorations come around cuz they are the best!!!

This place is great.. cant say much for the customer service. Waited for 10min outside for a pick-up order, went inside to get it and a rude woman up front said they had no time to do it even though there were 2 cashiers standing behind her. Not sure whos job it is and frankly dont care. I even Parked in front after awhile.

Well since Pat Catans is no longer here. This is my next best place to go for hobby stuff. For anyone whos a hobbiest this is a good place.to start..

Staff is always friendly. Been lucky enough to find most of the supplies Ive needed up till date at the store. Prices can be a little high and thats probably due to the lack of competition in the area but the selection is good.

My favorite place to buy sketchbooks and EVA foam for cosplay. If you have the app, you can almost always get 20% off a select item.Ive never had an issue with this location and they even have fabric now! Im a regular at the store and I cant get enough of it!

The only bad part about my shopping trip was there was only one cashier. Right before I was walking out the door they brought up a second one. But I waited in quite a long line. Other than that the store was clean the people were very friendly and they were eager to help if you needed something

Micheals shelf s in the paper crafting the hardly had anything the stamps were pretty much empty and the ink pads .

I wasnt able to get the yarn I wanted online. There was an online coupon available for it. So I went to the store and when I got there the yarn wasnt on sale.

Good selection. Lots of clearance items. Not too busy at 11am.Update: 4pm one person working, 12 people in line.

They had everything I was looking for except for 2 things. Which i found something else to accommodate for the differences. There was also a longer wait to cash out. There was 1 cashier. Then there was 1 customer up at register, a few front of me. And then by the time that person left the register, there was at least 12 people in line. No one ever came to helo while i was inline and he should have called for assistance once there was 4 or more people in line. I know it was later at night, but I know there was more than 1 person working there at night

I bought a $400 dollar gift card for my girlfriend to do a custom frame. When I went back to the store with her, we were told the print was too large and they recommended going to a gallery. At the time we were both upset and just left the store. Today I tried calling to see if I could receive a refund to my debit card. I was placed on hold for over twenty five minutes. Horrible experience!

Wonderful but a lot of things featured in other stores out of state arent in this store.Standard items like pearl flowers,gold battery operated candles,,pearl hanging strands.

Spent 131 dollars and they didnt have the clay I needed.

Clerks are very helpful. Everything Im looking for is always in stock and easy to find. The only difficulty is that I take public transportation and the bus routes in that area run far behind one another. Im not savy with online shopping. Otherwise, Id visit more often.

Michaels is great when they are stocked. But I seen a lot of empty shelves in areas.

I was so disappointed. I had several ideas for a birthday that was coming up for my daughter and I was amazed to see the prices throughout this store. I was prepared to spend between 100 and $150 on some silk flowers that I could make a nice arrangement and also a wreath for her front door. The wreaths that were already put together started at 60 to $75 and honestly they were gaudy and overdone. They certainly were not worth $75 but when I saw the price of their individual stems I realized how they come up with that outrageous price. Thank goodness I have Old Time Pottery nearby and the internet.

Michaels is too high priced. But the only place to get my yarn when I need it. Pst Catans was cheaper and better deals all year.

Cashiers are extremely slow moving, sloth like. More interested in chitchatting than doing their actual job.Also, stock your shelves.

The store itself is great, most locations are. However their online site as far as inventory goes is just straight trash. I’ve placed several orders over a course of time and each time they cancel my order. Obviously because inventory is off and shows it’s available for ship or pick up, until an employee cancels the orders because it’s not in stock. Should have a much better system that reflects what’s actually available and in stock rather than place the order and cancel it while my money just sits on hold through my bank for 3-5 days because of cancelation on their end! So tired of it. They cannot even provide you with a confirmation or reference number stating it’s canceled to show your bank. I will be sure to NEVER place an order via their online site again and purchase elsewhere !!

Im a crafter so quality and quantity matters to me. There isnt a wide selection for Knitters and such and the materials are over priced for what you get. The cashiers are nice and sometimes the customer service is mediocre at best. Nicely located in ridge park square which is convenient.

We really like this place. You can always find coupons or discount. In the staff really doesnt give you a hard time at all about using those coupons.

This play skills classes and has a little bit of everything but not a wide variety of one thing. So like if I wanted to go get a piping bag there are only 2 to choose from. But they sell really nice crafting things/ suplise/ kits. It is a nice place to get a gift for someone.

Highlyyyy overpriced craft store that took over all the other craft stores in the area. Lots of sold out items that craft stores should have available. Always just one person working, slow moving lines. Why can’t you hire more than two people Micheal???? Especially when you charge $10 for like 2 beads. This store really brings out the Karen in me....

Nice store, conveniently located in a plaza with other good shopping options. Michaels has good sales from time to time & they carry interesting holiday decor. I just hope their acquisition of Pat Catans creates a better store, incorporating the best of both, employees, merchandise and fair prices included
