Great experience. Even though the store was short staffed the gentleman that helped us was very kind helpful. We purchased gravel and he noticed the tire on our trailer was. Suggested we go next door and fill it up before he dumped the rest of the gravel in. We did and when we returned he was waiting for us and loaded us up.That is great service.

We were in the Patio Town in Brooklyn Park recently, and were amazed by the excellent customer service. The manager, I believe his name was Troy, was exceptional in helping us figure out self installation of a paver patio. He was so kind, took the time to answer all our questions, and his knowledge made it so much easier for us. He definitely went the extra mile for us! I would highly recommend Brooklyn Park Patio Town without hesitation!

Great selection, reasonable pricing, but the real difference is the staff. Their passion and expertise for landscaping shows through in their attitudes and how they treat their customers, regardless of you are a pro or a beginner. Definitely give this place a chance.

Their prices are a little high this year been a few years since I was out here but still good product and the kids loading me up made sure I agreed on the yardage what the competition called 7 yards they only called 6 I know its more than 6 they did the same thing last time when we bought 12 yards they probably gave us 14

Very helpful staff and they always seem to have what Im looking for whenever I go in.

They dont have any prices listed online, but they do have a price sheet with all their products available if you stop into the store (not convenient for some). Their delivery prices can sometimes be more than the product itself which isnt good if you have no other way of getting it to your home.They do have a vast selection with reasonable prices, but you can find certain items cheaper elsewhere if you shop around. They are convenient as aone stop shop for your project though.

I was driving by and seriously thought the sign said Potato town. I dont know why. Second glance it very clearly Patio Town. Anyway, one star, they didnt even have tater tots.

Nice guys, great hands on service and their reclaimed plastic yard furniture is very comfortable. We looked at 5 other stores for similar products, but for price and feel, Patio Town had the best product. Weve purchased landscaping products also and had great experience then as well.

Patio Town in Brooklyn Park is the most finest landscaping business i would recommend. They are excellent at customer service and wonderful at offering a pro advice. I purchased retaining wall blocks, ledge stones, class 5 ,including sand and rocks. Their product is top of the line, especially what kept me going back is, great quality on their products plus honest and friendly approach from all the staff. Barely i give 5 stars on a review but Patio Town (Brooklyn park) earned it!

I go to Patio Town in Brooklyn Park. These guys and gals are great. I cant recommend them highly enough.What I really love is the black dirt. Sounds weird. But the blend they use is AWESOME for my raised bed gardens. 1/3 black dirt, 1/3 sand, and 1/3 peat moss makes for the perfect combo. Ive never had such results.Definitely my go to for all my landscaping needs.

Not only do they have everything you could need for outdoor landscaping materials - but Pat, Troy, and Larry are all super helpful! Great experience and I would highly recommend the river rock boulders if youre going for a more rustic look. Heavy, but worth it.

Very bad reciever...they actually stole another customers order and didnt want their own order ...and threatened to call the cops if I returned to empty my trailer ...race baiting maybe? I dont know ...but theyre nasty people...( 5 year veteranclass A driver Michigan Drivers association, Baker College graduate, Egr Student , Culinary Grad ..

Troy and his crew offer exceptional customer service. I changed my mind on chair colors three times and they could not have been more courteous or helpful. They even let me borrow a couple chairs while the replacements were on backorder. Highly recommended!

Landscaping requires over four cu yds of dark brown mulch. For ease of handling / placement bags are preferred over bulk. Purchasing over sixty bags per annum allows me to compare competitive alternatives from multiple sources. I have found Patio Town bagged mulch to be my first choice based on volume, quality, and price. Really appreciate support and input from Troy, Pat, and Arnie on many, many home improvement projects.

I usually love shopping at Patio Town in Brooklyn Park. However, the new manager Troy Smith. Has no idea what he is doing, and should not be a manager. He has the personality of a junkyard dog, he messes up people order and then refused to take responsibility and apologize.

Great friendly and helpful crew on staff we had to make several trips up here for our hom & yard projects and its been good expierence every time. Rock, malch, dirt & bricks, pavers And Saturday enjoyed brats and lemonaid :) thanks again!

The manager, Troy was horrible at customer service. We originally wanted to get our supplies there because of a helpful older gentleman, but when we returned, the young guys were obviously untrained and gave us wrong information. They delivered too much class 5 and would not pick it up. Troy doesnt apparently like to use the words Im sorry either.

Great place to find your landscaping materials

They sort of ripped me off.I did a 12x16ft patio, gave them the specs, they estimated the amount of pavers Id need. Fine, except I ended up with a full palette of left over pavers. I had 3.5 palettes delivered and had more than 1 palette left over. Thats WAY more than I needed, more than 30% more. Thats $300 I pretty much wasted.Their delivery costs were high and they wanted to charge me to take the extra pavers back despite such a high overestimation.I cant recommend them unfortunately. I wish I had gone to Menards.
