Im usually satisfied with the service here. Arrived at the store and sees signs on the door saying no customers allowed in the store, we are to tell them what we want and they will bring us the merchandise. I told the young ladies st the door I need 2 black rinses. I paid for my items when I got home to do my hair, its a permanent dye. Thats not what I ask for and this was unacceptable. Rethink this setup. I was not a happy customer.
