Great customer service 💖

This gas station is by far the best around! I wouldnt go any place else. Ive been going here almost every morning now for a couple months. Their donuts and sandwiches are made fresh EVERY morning and taste amazing. Also the customer service by Kim is the greatest! She greets me with a smile every morning. Shes wonderful! Another reason why I go there! Keep up the awesomeness Kwik Trip!

Friendly service, staff went while I was at check out to find an item that was not on the shelf. They knew it had just arrived.

The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is clean and, for the most part has a good selection. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a lack of prepared food.

Everything is like $1.50 extra at Kwik Trip. I’d rather go to Holiday and get the exact same shopping experience for a smaller cost.

Best gas station in town

I am new to the area and stopped in for the first time today. The staff was so helpful, happy and very kind. Jan, who was running the soup counter is amazing; she guided me through all the specials, poured my coffee and served up my soup for me. Jan also informed me of the daily text special and handed me a coupon for my coffee. You have great Employees.. I will definitely be back!

Best place to put air in your tires with their automatic air compressor. Just set your desired psi and it will automatically shut off when you get there. Love it!

The way to go to be help you out what you are looking for and one of the staff will be able to come to you and help you o what you are looking for in the store I try to get. I love how they help someone else I look to see if there is any chance to get help from one of the staff person you have a great Crew that. you have wonderful people to work for you and they keep it very nice and clean

Great service and clean

This is the worst gas station I have ever been to in my entire life. I pumped my gas and selected the option to purchase a car wash. Then the receipt wouldn’t print and I had to go inside and walk through 3 inches of slush that was all over the parking lot. Then the manager apologized that the receipt didn’t print out the pump and gave me my receipt with the car wash code on it. When I pulled up to the wash there was a orange cone on the ground, and I thought that was weird. So I read all of the signage surrounding the outside of the car wash, and there was nothing stated regarding hours or anything like that. So I typed in my code and followed the instructions of the automated system. When I was in the process of coming through the dryer at the end of my car wash, the same manager that gave me my receipt for the wash code came up to my car and insisted I pull out of the wash before I had finished the drying cycle. I rolled down my window and he said the wash is closed and it is broken and doesn’t work. I asked him why he didn’t tell me this when I talked all the way into the gas station through the slush to get my damn car wash code, and he had nothing to say other than asking me if I ignored the cone on the ground... I really wish he would have told me that it was out of order and not working or “closed” when he had the chance to, as I would have asked for my money back and had my car washed elsewhere. This is the first time I have used this Kwik Trip and I will not be going across the street to HyVee from now on. Extremely disappointed.

Waited in line for 30 mins just to get a car wash. Did the soft touch option and came out with scratches in the back of my white car. These are not minor scratches they are noticeable BLACK scratches. DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH

Nice staff, fresh food, but they dont have the same hot food offerings as many of the other stores.

Adriana checked the expiration on a soda I was going to buy and saved me from buying an expired pop, which I had no idea was possible. Thank you Adriana you are very friendly.

This place is great: they take NFC payments (Google Pay/Apple Pay) at the pumps and the cash register, they have everything you could want out of a convenience store for food & travel supplies, theyve got an attached car wash, the restroom was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and quick.

Car wash is useless, my car was scratched all over , came out more dirtier than it was before. Carwash Should be closed down

Natures Touch ice cream and milk are always on my list when I stop in. I dont buy milk any where else.

Car Wash was broken, no signs up anywhere in the front of the building letting me know it was broken, bought gas and a car wash at the pump. Could not use, no ETA on fix and would not refund.
